Bios recycled here are from players who either don't wish to play these characters anymore and are allowing others to take them or members in need of a character to be played for them. If you see a bio of a character that needs to be played for someone for their plot ideas, at the very top of the bio will have the player's account name for you to PM/DM. If it is a bio where it states for you to PM/DM staff, that means no ideas are currently attached to the characters and you can freely take them.
