Today turned out to be beautiful, a perfect day to sneak out into the city, possibly go to the library. Her parent's were quite busy today, so she had ample time to change into more normal clothes, and take a bag with her kimono in, perfectly folded, in case she wanted to change. It was much easier to escape while in regular clothes, because she didn't have to worry about dirtying her kimono, or tripping over it. Yumi, being a fox, always had quite a light jog, and was especially careful to be extra quiet when running off, so she ran silently until her nose was suddenly assaulted by the sweet scent of caramelized apple and made her nose twitch. This wasn't right, she wasn't even close to the city yet. She usually wouldn't go explore odd smells, in fear of getting hurt, but something about this calmed her, so decided it was a good idea to see where the smell was coming from, and there she was, this adorable bunny girl, minding her own business. Yumi didn't want to disturb this persons piece, so she hid behind a tree. Unfortunately, she didn't see the crunchy leaf right under where her foot, Yumi winced hoping the person didn't notice.

Yumi squeaked softly in panic, her instincts telling her to not be too loud as to agitate this gorgeous bunny girl's presumably quite sensitive ears. Her eyes shot open after hitting the ground, expecting pain, despite this girl tackling her to the ground, it was a rather soft landing. She didn't land in any puddles or dirt, so she wouldnt need to change.

Yumi's voice quivered in almost fear as she replied "My name is Yumi Hanabira, I live in the village up there" she pointed her hand at the village. "When I want out, I have to sneak out, which is why you found me so deep in the woods.." Yumi cleared her throat and calmed down as she reached her hand up and took Alcmene's hand and got up. Something about Alcmene made Yumi really safe with her. "Don't worry about tackling me, by the way, I'm not hurt or anything, in fact, it was quite a soft landing. Apologies for sneaking up on you, as well, your gorgeous smell drew me in, and you seemed peaceful, so I didn't want to disturb you, but here we are."

Yumi let out a soft chuckle as she took her other hand and placed it on Alcmene's helping hand and shook it softly. "It's nice to see someone for once, and you seem super nice as well, when I sneak out to the city, I tend to go things alone, but something tells me good things might happen with you, so please, if you would, could I join you? I'd love to make a friend out of this situation.

Yumi returned the smile back to Alcmene. "No worries, seriously~ My mother's are pretty strict so it didn't hurt much" she replied to Alcmene's initial comment, rubbing her butt a little, memories of the numerous spankings she's recieved for being caught sneaking out flood her mind. "Correct - I believe... If we continue North, we might hit the beach? I'm not sure, I do always see sand coming from that direction, though, so that's my best guess."

Yumi had a think, Alcmene's face was familiar from somewhere, but Yumi was too starstruck to think about where she knew her face from. "I love your ears by the way, they're so fluffy and snuggle-able" Yumi commented, letting out a little giggle, cuddling the air in imitation of cuddling Alcmene's ears. Glad to have a new friend, Yumi leant forward and hugged Alcmene softly, completely forgetting to ask first, so she hoped to god this was fine with Alcmene. "Thank you.."

Pointing to the the direction she was already heading, south before bumping into Alcmene, Yumi answered Alcmene's question "Also, the city is this wayy~" her grin widened, always happy to help.

Yumi's cheeks turned a soft shade of pink as her hand got grabbed and she got dragged behind Alcmene. "That sucks, I tend to use my tail as ear defenders of sorts. since I get pretty lonely and pamper it a LOT, so it is in top shape. I can use it for your ears too, or - well- try, it should be thick enough to wrap your ears, and its pretty long." Yumi rambled, quickly gasping for air, and continuing to run behind Alcmene, them both quickly arriving, Yumi surprisingly not out of breath, even after that ramble.

"Luckily, my village is pretty secluded, so I don't really have to deal with it a lot. Though, I suppose on the flipside, when it does happen, I get completely freaked out, if I really tucked, I could probably fit completely in my tail." Yumi really couldnt help but stare into Alcmene's eyes for a little while, as they spoke.

Shortly after, she was sharply distracted by a pair of hands on her ears. She immedietly turned bright red as soft, meek noises escaped her mouth, as it trembled. "Y-Yes... My ears... Very sensitive" a large shiver ran through Yumi's entire body.

Yumi let out a soft gasp and turned a surprising shade of red as Alsmene winked at her, it fading a little quicker this time, since she's slowly getting used to Alcmene's nature, this is probably the quickest it'll ever disappear though, since Yumi's easily flustered. "I mean... We could go back to your place after this, I've never stayed close to the city before.. It sounds comfotable to be pet like that..." Yumi daydreamed a tiny bit about what could happen for a tiny bit, before being snapped out of it by Alcmene taking her hand once more, both of them continuing on their way to the beach, Yumi managing to keep pace with Alcmene now. "Well, with my village being quite secluded and away from the city, we don't really have much in the way of modern technology, so my limited knowledge on modern technology is from just years of running from my village, heh."

Yumi had a short think and had a look down at her rather bland body. "I wouldn't call myself the prettiest, but I suppose my opinion is a little bias" She said, brushing her hand a little with her hand, forgetting it probably would have gotten a little messy when she was knocked down. "Yeah, it's all fox women, not a single man in sight, so you can imagine my surprise when I first ventured out into the city and saw a man" Yumi let out a soft chuckle at her comment "I'm not sure how well they'd take to an outsider though, since we don't get many out there. How about yourself? I'd love to learn about you too" Yumi smiled warmly.

Listening to Alcmene's response, Yumi watchated her ears be dragged back slightly more by the wind than Yumi's due to the size difference. "I think that'd be a nice idea, to be help adjust, though I'd have to always remember to split city and home life, due to the seemingly large difference between them." Yumi chuckled, thinking about if that'd be difficult and if she would have to be extra careful around family. Though, having a younger person helping her out will probably also help her get better, stealthier clothing to sneak out to the city in.

Yumi nodded along when Alcmene repeated the bit about her tribe, presumably trying to wrap her head around it, due to the fact that the tribe is pretty hidden away amongst the forrest. She continued to listen along as Alcmene asked questions about her tribe. Thinking to herself the questions, since nobody's really asked about her tribe before, before responding. "We're pretty evolved over our namesake animal, so I'm pretty sure we wouldn't really eat you, also the fact that quite a lot of the village is vegetarian, due to the location. Other than that, I think they'd probably be more concerned about the fact I found someone outside of the village than anything, so we'd just have to hope to talk them down, other than that, we'd just possibly have to get you a kimono, since they just looove to be traditional." Yumi rolled her eyes slightly, because she still thinks the whole thing about sticking to tradition is dumb.

Yumi chuckled and smiled at Alcmene as she spoke, responding "Yeah, I can imagine them getting in the way sometimes. Mine have never been much of an issue for me, personally, but I can imagine how they could get in the way with a career such as yours" Yumi smiled."Y'know, I never would have guessed you were vegetarian" she said with a light-hearted chuckle, looking up, mesmerised by Alcmene's ears as they moved.

 "Well, hopefully, if I'm ever in the area, I'll be able to cover you up, so nobody sees anything they shouldn't" She said in a more teasing tone, puffing her chest up to look strong and respectful.
