Rebecca nodded, really appreciating the help that Kuri was giving her. Not only did her hair feel less heavy but her face felt less greasy as well. She would definitely have to look into getting some cleansing wipes to keep up with that. Normally, the blonde wouldn't neglect to groom herself but lately, she'd been so busy with school and work combined that she hadn't thought much about or had much time to put thought into it. But she didn't want to get into the habit of neglecting herself which is why she was here. Getting some help and getting tips on things she could use that would be beneficial for her.

Kuri was a big help so that meant from this point on, Rebecca had to do the rest herself after this. Which was fine. She was used to being independent but she also learned through meeting Yuugi and the others that there was nothing wrong with asking for help and relying on someone when you needed them. That said, Rebecca had to make a list of new haircare and skincare products to get when she returned to her room. But in the meantime, she was going to let the brunette finish what she needed to do and didn't want to just suddenly up and leave right in the middle of it. That didn't seem right at all. "Well, it would seem I have a lot to do when I retire to my room. Right now, my hair is starting to feel not as damp as it was before so I'm sure you have something that would keep it from completely drying out and breaking?" she asked.

Kuri clasped her hands together and nodded with a smile. "Hai, of course. I did make sure to bring the hair products I have to use on your hair. Every hair texture is different so some things may have an effect when first used and then wear off as the day progresses. Hopefully, this won't be the case," she said as she grabbed a small pink tub off the counter that was placed beside the shampoo and conditioner products. As she opened it, Kuri squeezed some into the palm of her hand, sat the tube back on the counter, and began to rub her hands together to spread it around. She then retook her place behind Rebecca again and began to gently grab fist fulls of her hair to get the cream in her hands onto the strands of it, carefully running her fingers through it and keeping it straight at the same time.

"What I'm using here is a daily moisturizing treatment. You can use this on wet or lightly dampened hair but it's supposed to hydrate your hair and not leave it feeling damaged and brittle. It does wonders for my hair and it lasts all day," Kuri told her as she continued running her fingers through Rebecca's hair to make sure all the cream she had on them had gotten off her hands and into the blonde's hair before she reached to grab the tube again and squeezed some more into her hair. "They have different product types similar to this one on Aveda's website but some local stores here in town do have some that you could try if this doesn't work out for you. I really hope it does because I'd feel bad for using it and it doesn't give you the results you want." It all depended on the hair texture and on occasion the length of one's hair. Rebecca's was longer than her own. So if it didn't work the way it's supposed to, then it could be that her hair is just too long for the product to do what it needs. For now, it made her hair feel soft and a bit oiled so it wouldn't entirely dry out.

Kuri also made sure to keep her hair straight as she hadn't wanted it to get tangled. If it started doing that, that was usually the first sign that the product wasn't right for one's hair texture. That hadn't been the case though so it looks like this was going to work out for the both of them. And at least she was doing her best to be of help to her sister's friend since she wasn't here. She could've easily gone back to her own room and called it a day but she decided to stay and take a chance with her. The brunette couldn't be more obliged to help. "The cream seems to take well to your hair so that's definitely a good sign. It's not frizzing up or getting tangled to where I can't run my fingers through it. So, I think this product would definitely help your hair out." Kuri then grabbed a brush and began to carefully brush Rebecca's hair, making sure the cream gets deep into her hair and her scalp like it should.

"Alright," Rebecca replied with a nod as she continued to sit still while holding her glasses in her hand and allowing for Kuri to apply the moisturizing treatment to her hair. The moisturizer she was using had a nice fragrance to it as well, just like the shampoo she'd used earlier. Though her hair was starting to dry, it wasn't drying completely out as the blonde would be able to tell the difference and it'd make her hair very difficult to brush and comb. Not to mention, her scalp would also feel irritated as well. Rebecca was taking mental notes of everything the brunette was using that actually felt like it'd worked as soon as it was applied to where it was needed. She was very glad that the cream Kuri was using was working for her hair. She often struggled trying to find the right products to use that could help not make her long hair feel so greasy and heavy or frizzy after just one wash.

'Well, I certainly need to start making an online shopping list for this stuff. I am definitely glad I came over,' Rebecca thought, her gaze shifting toward the window in the room and she'd noticed how dark it'd quickly gotten. 'Anzu-san hasn't returned. I wonder if she works late like this all the time?' Rebecca wondered just how often Anzu was absent before returning to the room and how Kuri felt about that. While she did think it probably wasn't the best of ideas to ask, the blonde was genuinely concerned for the older woman. "Say, Kuri-san, does your sister work late every day or once in a while ?" she queried, just to see if the brunette would answer her question.

Kuri continued brushing the moisturizer into Rebecca's hair while also making sure there were no knots and tangles trying to form in the process of her doing so. However, the blonde's question surprised her as she wasn't expecting it. It didn't bother her to be asked that. It was bound to come up sooner or later but she didn't think it would be this soon. It showed that her sister's friend was pretty observant. She nodded her head and said, "She works late a lot, yes. Most of the time voluntarily. She doesn't have to nor is she required to, she just does so for the extra hours. I can tell it takes a toll on her but she tries her hardest not to show that it does." Knowing how her sister is when it came to expressing herself, she could with some things but not with something that was definitely important that she needed to talk to someone about.

But she couldn't force her to do so. Anzu had to do that on her own. That doesn't erase the concern that Kuri has for her sister. "It worries me a lot when she works late. I started to notice a long time ago that work was like an escape for her to deal with ... what she went through. She doesn't like to talk about it. Mainly to avoid worrying the rest of us but it's worrying when she doesn't talk. I feel as if ... she's letting what happened to her eat away at her soul to a point that she doesn't know how to be who she was anymore. Like ... she's missing out on things due to always being scared. It's also why she's highly overprotective of me whenever I'm alone. I made a new friend months ago. Sweet guy but given his age, I already know onee-san wouldn't approve of me hanging out with him," Kuri said, sighing.

Rebecca continued to sit still as Kuri brushed the moisturizer into her hair while she'd answered her question about her sister's work life. Both her and Anzu were similar in voluntarily working long hours for the work they did but while it was enjoyable for the blonde to do so, it didn't sound like it was for her brunette-haired friend. It became more clear when Kuri stated that Anzu was using as a means to escape dealing with what happened to her. Rebecca was aware, if only in bits and pieces of the entire ordeal that Kuri's sister had gone through. It was very common for people to use means of coping to deal with traumatic experiences. This was Anzu's way of dealing with it, it seems.

She won't lie and say she was concerned and thought about questioning Kuri as to whether or not had Anzu thought about seeking therapy treatment to talk and work through it, but she thought it best not to. Yet, listening to Kuri, she could tell that she was worried about her sister's well-being. Considering how much she was always at her friend's side, Rebecca found it odd for her to be distant from them. No doubt, they were worried about her too. "I see. She seems different from the last time I spoke with her and the others. Not at all like the Anzu I first met. She always struck me as confident, outgoing, and protective of her friends. It seems that protectiveness has been shifted to you," Rebecca assessed.

Though she didn't ignore that Kuri mentioned she'd met and made friends with a guy that was definitely older than her. Possibly an adult which is why she believed Anzu wouldn't approve of her sister hanging out with him. Rebecca understood the worries and the dangers with that mindset but that's like painting everyone in that bracket the same. Which isn't fair all things considered. But being who Rebecca is, she couldn't help but tease to lighten the mood a bit. In the event that Anzu did return home soon and she was still there, she didn't want her wondering what was wrong with Kuri. She'd feel bad for putting her in a dower mood because she inquired about how Anzu was doing. "New guy friend? If he's anything like Yuugi, then Anzu shouldn't have anything to worry about. But she might if he has potential in becoming someone you'd want to mate with in the future," she joked lightly, chuckling.

"Hrn." Kuri simply nodded at Rebecca's words as she'd finished up conditioning her hair for the time being. She had a few hair accessories laid out which were just black scrunchies that she didn't mind giving to Rebecca. She assumed that based on how long the blonde's hair was, it would do best in cute but long pigtails. It was a bit girly and probably a little childish for her age but the idea of it fit Rebecca perfectly. At least in Kuri's mind anyway. She didn't know how she'd take to it but she took the comb that was on the counter and carefully began to part her hair down the middle. Gently, she combed and separated half of it from one another, she then did her best to neatly style Rebecca's hair into two big yet long pigtails, while making sure the ends of her hair didn't tangle on the process.

As for what she'd said about her sister, Kuri knew that Rebecca wasn't wrong at all about what she said. Her sister had indeed changed from the person she once was to someone who was trying to hide how scared she was to be that confident and open individual. This didn't mean she wouldn't be there for her sister but Kuri did feel that she was holding herself back for her sake and she hadn't wanted that. Eventually, Kuri was going to get older and want to live her life on her own. Her sister had to know that she couldn't smother her with protection forever. 'I'm going to ... have to talk to onee-san at some point. She may hate it, maybe even fight me on it to warn me of the dangers but I have to live my life eventually. We're away from our mother and we're living a better life now. She doesn't need to worry so much anymore,' Kuri thought with a small sigh.

As she finished up styling Rebecca's hair, her face immediately turned red as the other insinuated that the new friend she spoke of that happened to be a guy was someone she would consider potential to be "her mate" in the future. That thought never even crossed her mind whenever she spoke with Bridget or hung out with him secretly and technically lying that she was hanging out with a group of friends but it was really just one friend who the brunette was just worried for and didn't want to see him shut himself away from the rest of the world because of his powers, which he feared. She may not have fully understood his situation nor could she help him to better control his powers but Kuri was willing to provide a form of comfort and reassurance to the older male that not everyone that knew of his abilities would run away in fear because of them. She didn't want to see him ... live a life that was similar to her sister's.

That said, Kuri still never thought of Bridget in that manner. Plus, she was still a high school student and he was clearly an adult. It wouldn't be right. And she couldn't hide her blush as she finished with Rebecca's hair but hid her eyes behind her bangs as she slightly backed away and began to twiddle her thumbs in embarrassment. "I ... never thought of my new friend that way. He's someone that's really scared to socialize with others. That's a reason for it but it doesn't seem right to tell others. I think it took a lot for him to trust me when I first met him. He seems like a really sweet person who just really needed a friend. I can't ... compare him to Yuugi-san but that doesn't mean the two of them don't have some similarities. Similar as in being kind-hearted," Kuri said.

Rebecca couldn't deny being interested in why this new friend of Kuri's was afraid to be social. While there were several reasons as to why, her mind calculated up to at least three reasons. Taking into account that the brunette's friend was male, she didn't want to assume anything too drastic or serious but she had concluded that the possibility may be just a distrust of others due to being betrayed and mistreated so many times. At least he was kind to Anzu's sister so that was something. Sharing qualities similar to her darling Yuugi was always a plus. Given that Kuri, as far as Rebecca knew, wasn't a duelist, it's possible this new friend of hers wasn't either. That said, she won't know anything for sure until she asked further questions. Especially when the other stated that her friend had 'reasons for being afraid to trust others. "Reasons? What are those reasons? If ... it's okay that I asked. I'll understand if you can't tell me," Rebecca said.

She knew she could be pushy at times and had to learn to back off. She caught on and learned pretty quickly and it's stuck with her ever since. Maturing her for the better. That said, if people wanted to keep things between one another, the blonde was respectful of that. Still, it does sound rather sad to hear that they're afraid of trusting people. In this society, it's quite understandable to feel that way. On the brighter side, at least Kuri got her new friend to open up to her so Rebecca couldn't feel too down about it. Remaining positive. Well, as positive as she could since they got off-topic really fast. "We could always talk about something else if you'd like. I apologize for bringing the mood down by asking so many personal questions. I feel like I have no right considering you're helping me right now," she said with a sheepish laugh.

'Would it be okay to tell her about Bridget's powers? I don't know. He seemed rather standoffish as it is about his abilities. I'd feel bad if word got out that I mentioned his powers and someone who knows him gets wind of it too. I don't know. I'm so conflicted,' Kuri thought. She wanted to talk about it because Bridget was struggling so much to make friends with other people because of his powers. He was constantly afraid of hurting someone with them unintentionally and she couldn't help but feel just so bad about that. She'd like to do more for him if she could. The only way she'd be able to do that is to get some outside advice. "Well, I suppose it's okay. I can't tell you his name. Not right now but I can tell you that like a lot of people, he has powers," Kuri said flat out.

"I don't have a problem talking about it but I know he does because he fears them. He fears hurting someone without meaning to and feels like he has to restraint himself to avoid doing so. It was rather heartbreaking to discover when I first met him. I've been wanting some advice on what I should do or what can I do to help him out more. I know nee-san wouldn't be the best person to talk to about this. That sounds unfair I know but maybe suggestions from someone else might be helpful. If you have any. It's okay if you don't. I wouldn't expect anyone to be an expert in this sort of thing," she assured Rebecca. She was taking a chance here, hoping that Rebecca would keep this talk between the two of them and no one else. But she also still seemed to be worried about everything and again, Kuri had to assure the blonde that everything was fine.

"We can talk about anything, Rebecca-san. You're not bringing down the mood at all.  I'm glad to be of help to you since nee-san isn't here. It also allows me to get to know you a little more. She's had more interactions with you than I have. So far, you seem like such a nice person so don't ever feel bad for asking questions. I'll let you know whether or not when I have to draw the line," Kuri told her with a smile. But Rebecca wasn't wrong either. They had strayed off-topic and it'd gotten pretty late outside from the looks of it when Kuri's eyes briefly shifted in the direction of the window but she quickly shifted her gaze back to Rebecca. "A-Anyway, we can continue to discuss this while we finish up what we're doing. I'll make sure to write down everything I used so that you'll be able to find these products later and order them." It was also a mental note for herself to make sure she did it before Rebecca left once they were done.

"No, no, it's okay. After having met, Yuugi and the others, I've come to familiarize myself around more people that have powers. I won't sit here and pretend to understand it but I can be more aware that there are others around me that are going through different struggles every day. Some are more anxiety-inducing than others," Rebecca told her. She knew and understood many things but those with powers weren't one of those things she was well knowledged in. That said, it hadn't meant that she was never interested in trying to understand those who had powers. It's more when she showed an interest, no one wanted to meet her halfway so to speak. She was viewed as strange for wanting further details about how someone's powers worked and did they struggle with them regularly.

Rebecca could admit that the way she went about approaching situations and people wasn't great but it doesn't mean she hadn't tried to get to know anyone. She couldn't help it if it was the most noticeable thing about a person. It's not as if she was trying to make them feel bad about having powers or just being different overall. However, they didn't see it that way. Given how many have responded to her whenever her interest was piqued in such an area, she couldn't help but be surprised to be asked for advice in this. Outside of Yuugi, Rebecca didn't personally know anyone that had powers that she was close friends with. The blonde knew people who had them were more than just their powers but if she wasn't allowed that chance to get to know them more, there wasn't much she could do.

She couldn't help but be a little envious that Kuri managed to interact with someone who was afraid of their own powers and not shut her out. She couldn't help but wonder what was it she was doing wrong that Kuri did right. She shook her head, pushing those thoughts aside. This wasn't about her. This was about Kuri's friend. Well, the brunette didn't say she couldn't add in her own experiences with her advice but Rebecca would do her best to not make it all about her. "I am not sure how to help if I'm being honest. I'm not someone that's lucky enough to make friends with others who have powers. Outside of Yuugi, I'm just looking from the outside while everyone else has friends both with or without powers and they seem to have fun hanging out with each other despite that," she told her, lacing her fingers together in her lap as she looked in Kuri's direction.

"I think your friend still needs time to accept that his powers are a part of him and just being his friend may help him with that. I believe that's a start for now. And it's not unfair that you don't want to ask your sister but I feel like eventually, you should. Yuugi was in that same situation from what she told me and you'd get better insight and advice on how you can help your friend from her more than you can from me. I hope that's okay with me saying that." If not, then Rebecca couldn't say that she didn't at least try and offer some sort of advice. It wasn't the best but it was better than nothing.

"Right," Kuri replied with a small nod as she listened to everything Rebecca said to her. Bridget would just need time to trust himself to be around others without worrying about hurting them with his powers. The blonde was also right about her sister being the one that she should talk to specifically about something like this considering that she is friends with Yuugi who has experienced some level of worry regarding the Millennium Puzzle he wears and the spirit that lives within it. That was about the extent that Kuri herself knew regarding that. The only reason Kuri didn't ask was that she knew that her sister would think the worst of Bridget because he was technically an adult and she was still in high school.

Kuri knew how weary her sister was when it came to strange men, which is why she hadn't thought to invite Bridget over to hang out and play some video games. Have him placed somewhere he could be comfortable instead of paranoid. So it did make hanging out with him difficult. Thankfully, Kuri did have other friends she attended school with so it wouldn't raise too many questions from her sister. Still, that didn't make her any less weary. The brunette was going to do her best to have a life and she made a new friend that she wanted to keep and he seemed rather lonely and scared. Abandoning him would be the worst thing to do after being able to calm him down enough for him to trust her. She wanted to stick with him and help him and she couldn't do that if she had to hide that she was friends with him from her sister.

Overall, she understood. She half-expected that response but appreciated it all the same. "Arigatou for being honest, Rebecca-san. I know I should talk to my sister but she does make it difficult to do so, sometimes. I know she's worried about me but I would like to make friends too. And keep the friends I have no matter who they are. I just ... felt she'd blow everything out of proportion if she knew my friend wasn't, well, my age. He was just someone I met in the cafe after school. Every seat was taken and I asked was it okay to sit with him. That's literally how I met him. I'm not ashamed to have him as a friend. I am scared that nee-san would judge him because he's not my age," Kuri explained, giving Rebecca a little more insight as to why she chose not to speak to her sister first.

"Hm, well if she did, then that wouldn't sound like the Anzu-chan I've come to know considering that Yuugi-san and I weren't the same age when we met. Yes, I'm aware, that my love for him is probably childish in some aspects but even if I don't expect anything to come out of it, it's just nice to help him and the others as friends. Our ages really shouldn't matter at all. You know, as long as nothing weird is going on," Rebecca stated, making sure to clarify that last part to avoid Kuri getting the wrong assumption behind her words. Rebecca had also refrained from swooning while mentioning Yuugi which felt next to impossible to do but it would seem it depended on the situation at hand.

And there was no reason to tease Kuri about her interest in Yuugi since the other girl clearly had no interest in him. Only her sister did, even if she was unwilling to admit it. But the topic of conversation was not her own, but Kuri's. Kuri needed advice on how to handle her situation and the blonde didn't really have anything. She was never great at making friends herself and still struggled to make them even to this day. However, she wanted to offer the brunette some advice that would be helpful to her. She wasn't sure if what she would say could help her but it's better than sitting there saying she didn't know what to say. "If your sister did act that way towards your friend, then I would be very disappointed in her. And you can tell her I said that too," she replied sternly, folding her arms across her chest with a serious look on her face.

"You have every right to make your own friends and as long as you feel safe around them, that's what matters. Anzu-chan is letting her own issues cloud her judgment and she needs to work on that. That's only if she acts that way regarding your friend. I'm not saying she would be you seem to feel like that would be the case. If it happens, just be honest with how you feel. She's your sister and you'll always love her but you have to live your life too just as you have to live your own. You can't do that if she's controlling how you live it." Rebecca didn't want to think that Anzu would control her sister's life. The only reason she would is out of fear and it would be up to Kuri herself to tell her that she has to let her fear go so they can both live.

Hearing Rebecca say what she did catch Kuri by surprise but also, she appreciated her honesty. So much so that she couldn't help but chuckle a bit when she said she'd be very disappointed in her sister if she acted the way Kuri believe she would in regards to her friendship with Bridget. Admittedly, Kuri herself would be disappointed as well but at the same time, she would not be surprised if she did because she'd know deep down her sister would only act that way because of her past transgressions and what happened to her. Instead of working through those issues, she'd allow them to cloud her mind and all her judgments. To a point where she'd more or less not allow Kuri to live her own life, whether with friends or without.

But she didn't want to think less of her sister. It's only a feeling she had and nothing more. After all, when they first moved to Tokyo, her sister encouraged her to make friends as she had the freedom to do so without judgment being placed upon her due to rumors spread about by others. No one knew them here in Tokyo unless they were already acquainted with them. Outside of that, both she and her sister had to start from scratch in rebuilding their lives and forming new relationships with people. Kuri enjoyed doing that and made a lot of friends with her classmates. Many of them were seniors which weren't all that different from having Bridget as a friend. He was just an adult. That's all. And they liked similar things. Plus, she was doing her best to try and encourage him to not think so low of himself.

While it would feel like she was talking to a wall sometimes but others, it did genuinely feel like she was making a breakthrough with him. More than she was with her own sister. And that was saying something. Having finally stopped chuckling, she ran her fingers through her hair and gave a small sigh. As conflicted as she felt, she also knew that Rebecca wasn't wrong either. At the end of the day, this was more her own problem than it was her sister's. The only time her sister needed to get involved is when Kuri felt it was a necessity. Right now, it wasn't a necessity. "Thanks, Rebecca-san," she thanked the other girl with a smile. "And if the topic of discussion does come up, I'll be sure to tell my sister what you said," she added, jokingly. But a part of her believe that Rebecca was serious.

Rebecca nodded to Kuri as the other girl thanked her for her advice. "You're welcome. I know it isn't much since this isn't really my area of expertise but my advice is based on better judgment. You need to be honest with Anzu-chan about how you feel. If you don't, then she's probably going to always be overprotective of you and without realizing it, hinder you from doing the things you want to do. Live your life. Nobody ever said it was going to be easy after all. If it were, then I think everyone would have an easy time settling down and finding something and someone that makes them happy." Rebecca couldn't help but smile a bit, her cheeks flushed red as she pushed the strands of her hair behind her ear, for she suddenly felt a little embarrassed about what she was going to say next.

"It's definitely something that I know I want. I have someone that I like very much but I know it's next to impossible for them to remotely pay attention to me. Still ... it makes me happy knowing that I can be there to help him as a friend. So I don't mind helping him whenever I'm asked to. I feel bad for how I treated him in the beginning but it makes me extremely happy that he forgave me and was willing to be friends with me anyway. And I'll always cherish that and the card he gave me." Rebecca always held onto the ties of friendship card that Yuugi had given her. She made sure to have it kept someplace safe where she wouldn't lose it. Her friendship with him also allowed her to form a friendship with the others as well. It was nice to have friends after struggling and being in denial about it not having any.

She could tell that Kuri seemed to enjoy the new friend she's made in Tokyo. It'd be a shame for her to not be able to associate with them simply because Anzu didn't approve of them. Now that really would be selfish. Again, she didn't want to assume or believe Anzu would prevent her sister from doing such a thing but it was a concern. However, she did tell Kuri to just be honest with her sister. After all, they weren't going to be living together forever so Anzu would have to accept her sister's new friends. Rebecca was confident enough that Kuri could take care of herself and realize that someone wasn't a true friend or not. It's for her to discover and her sister can't do that for her. Realizing it finally, it was getting way late and the blonde felt like she overstayed her welcome.

She appreciated the hair wash and her hair felt so much lighter thanks to the products that the brunette used on it to wash it. Rebecca would definitely get online and research these products and have them on hand. She gave Kuri her full attention and then said, "I apologize, I took up so much of your time and you were supposed to be helping me with what I came over to ask for assistance with. But I do hope that I was able to give you enough advice even though we got a bit sidetracked." She gave a sheepish chuckle as she lightly scratched the side of her cheek lightly.

"It's no problem at all, Rebecca-san. Really. I don't mind helping you. I'm glad that I was able to do something and talk a little bit. You're not wrong though. I do need to be more honest with my sister. I just hope she'll listen and not overreact badly," Kuri thought with a sigh as she rubbed the back of her neck lightly. All she could do was be honest with her sister. It was only up to her sister to accept what she says and allowed the brunette-haired teen to live her life. She couldn't be under her sister's arms forever. And even though Rebecca was honest with her about what Kuri asked her for advice on wasn't entirely her area, she still tried to offer her something and she really appreciated it.

Of course, hearing her talk about her friendship with Yuugi, seeing how much she gushed over it, the regret of her actions when they first met, Kuri could really tell that the blonde liked him. It was nice seeing others being open about their feelings. As long as it wasn't too overly personal and detailed to where it got weird, she was more than fine with listening. That said, it wasn't strange at all to listen to Rebecca speak of how she felt. Even if she was attempting to be vague about it, there was no denying that she genuinely cared for her sister's friend in a romantic manner. Kuri couldn't help but feel a little envious. For one day, she hoped to find someone to care about like that in the same way.

"No issues here with being side tracked. It's nice to enjoy a nice conversation every once in awhile. So, how does your hair feel now? When I put the conditoner in it, it felt a lot easier to comb my hands through it. On top of that, the products I used made your hair really soft in texture as well. But that's from the prospectful of me doing your hair, getting it washed and cleaned out for you. How do you think it feels now?" Kuri asked her.

"You don't give your sister enough credit. Despite what she's going through, you're her sister. She's going to have to realize that you two will go in different directions in your lives. What she'd want more than anything for you is that you're happy and safe," Rebecca assured the brunette. "And even if she becomes upset with you for your decisions, she won't be mad at you forever for them. Keep that in mind, okay?" Rebecca wanted to give Anzu credit that she wouldn't ignore her sister's concerns. Kuri was right to feel the way she did. Anyone who had parents or siblings that wouldn't understand how the felt regarding something would naturally feel concerned they wouldn't be understood. But Rebecca also knew that while people naturally can be trash to one another, she also knew that people can be understanding if they're given the chance. They have to be given that chance. That said, the blonde new that this was something the two sisters had to work out for themselves.

In the meantime, Rebecca was appreciative to what Kuri had done for her today regarding her hair and using the facial wipes on her face as well. As she stated before, she was definitely going to buy these products for herself when she returned to her room. Standing up, she gave the other girl a respectful bow to show her thanks before standing up straight. "My hair feels amazing. I can't lie to you about that. Everything you've used makes my head feel so light despite the amount of hair that I have. Thanks, Kuri-san," she thanked her and smiled. "I'm also glad that I wasn't taking up too much of your time to do this. Dare I say, we should do this again sometime. It was ... fun. I don't think I've ever know what it was like to have what is known as "true girl time" with other females my own age. I'm usually wrote off by them but I supposed I don't help that any when I start talking like an intellectual snob." She chuckled sheepishly while sweat dropping.

There were times Rebecca didn't know when to reel herself back when trying to engage with others her own age. Which made attempting to form some sort of connection rather difficult to do when oftentimes people were always intimidated by her intelligence. It wasn't often anyone looked down on her or paid her no mind simply because of her secondary gender. Thankfully, that was rare but it was definitely obvious to the blonde when people avoided her when she started spouting out a bunch of information which in term makes them feel dumb. Majority of the time, she wasn't trying to do that but there are the few occasions where she is and it's when her troll side comes out. Especially when people are being idiots towards others for no reason. Those types of people, Rebecca felt needed to be put in their place. However, she did want to make more friends and having met Yuugi opened her mind up to that idea but she still struggled with it. Though it was nice spending this time with Kuri to see what it was like and the blonde wasn't lying when she told the other girl she didn't mind doing this again. She just wanted to make sure she was okay with that.
