Another afternoon beneath the skies of the land of the rising sun. Faust still found it a bit unusual that he'd been given the assignment to come out here to Japan. It did perplex him just a tad that Dusan had chosen him from the other Jr agents to come over? It wasn't as if SPIRIT couldn't get access to more parts of the globe with relative ease given the teleporter tech most of the higher ups had. It was used for emergency response typically when a portal began to open or anything extreme. But not all agents were given that level of autonomy. Similarly it was unusual for a Jr agent to be relocated but it seemed Dusan had something in mind for him. What that was he didn't know.
But Faust was grateful for the opportunity. He liked to travel and experience the world, his parents encouraged it. Maybe that was why he'd been selected? Oh well. Whatever the motive, Faust knew not to worry. Whatever trials the day would bring there was nothing to be prepped for by worrying over things you couldn't control. He whistled a little bit of a tune as he left the school facility to start making his way back towards the apartment he now called home. He typically finished his school day with Gym class and his personal soccer ball was bouncing up into the air. It was a simple enough drill for the sport, Faust juggled the ball from his left to right foot trying to take a step in between.
His pace was slowed but he was able to keep the ball in motion, letting it land against the lace of his shoe before it sailed back up to the height of his eyes and then back down. Faust did have some difficulty in adjusting to this new place but he was adapting well. The biggest thing that was hard was mostly the culture difference in not just approaching and saying hi to people. No you were supposed to be properly introduced which was a bit different. The young man did from time to time create social faux pas but often was able to cover over for it by just being charming and apologetic.
There was a small surge of students walking perpendicular do him. He was still getting used to hearing a different language but he could only make out a few words of 'sorry for' and 'not my problem'. It was enough to catch Faust attention but he didn't think much before hearing a resounding thud. It sounded as if someone had struck something metal. He caught the ball in his hands before turning to go and investigate.
The sight that awaited him was enough to make his initial blood boil. He never liked bullies and that was certainly what this situation looked like. One smaller girl on her knees having what appeared to be bunny ears being violently pulled from her head as another seemed to be rummaging through her belongings. It was always possible that a circumstance wasn't how it appeared but Faust wasn't about to let someone be hurt any longer than they already had been.
Giving the ball a light toss he brought his right leg back before striking the soccerball with a ferocious kick before the object had made contact with the ground. Faust might not be a professional player but he was still able to kick with enough force that the ball went sailing at around 60 miles per hour before it struck Takara in the side of his head.
"Oops. I guess the ball just got away from me."
His tone was playful, the element of sarcasm easily notable as he grinned. It was then that his nose caught the terrible scent. Good lord even the Alpha's he played sports with didn't seem this rank after a game. Maybe there was something to the whole idea of clean sweat? He'd have to look into that later. But for now his attention was focused on the boy and girl tormentors. While Faust had reservations of hurting an innocent, he didn't have reservations over hurting a female if they were being violent towards others. Faust was new to this and honestly he didn't know how the two of them might react. It was possible that just being confronted could cause them to run, on the other hand they might just get mad and be ready to attack.
"Leave her alone. If you really want to get your hands dirty then come at me."
