Personality: Tsubasa has been playing all sorts of instruments since childhood, having always been a gifted musician. He can play musical instruments such as the violin and the piano and interestingly enough, prefers to play either of these two the most compared to others. Though he's been known for being a musically gifted person, he is exceptionally smart. He may not be genius-level intelligent but he does study hard and pay attention to his assignments in school and has at least maintained a place in the top five of the mock exams. It shows that he's a well-educated individual. Tsubasa also stays on top of his health by actively participating in different sports. By maintaining an appropriate amount of physical activity, he's become good in general athletics and stays very healthy despite his physical structure making him appear frail when he's anything but. Tsubasa is an approachable individual who can socialize with all sorts of people. Easily befriending them and tends to unintentionally become popular with them even though he isn't seeking attention, but rather just trying to make friends.
He always wears a smile on his face and is affectionate towards other males. He may be intelligent, however, his nature as a person conflicts with himself whenever he's faced with a problem. He can be very indecisive when it comes to matters that cannot be simply handled by determining who's in the right and who's in the wrong. He also doesn't put a lot of focus on his secondary gender either. Although it is common for Alphas to appear dominant and confident, to the point of frightening others whether intentional or not, Tsubasa doesn't fit the ideal mold of an Alpha. Given that he has gotten remarks on his appearance where he comes across as feminine, he doesn't allow it to bother him compared to when he was younger. He has a lot of self-confidence in himself as a person and an Alpha. So much so, that it use to be a sensitive topic for him. Now, he's not bothered by any discussion related to secondary gender and who others may be interested in. He used to get mistaken for an Omega quite a lot but that has lessened as he's gotten older. It happens every once in a while and he finds it comical when other Alphas hit on him. Tsubasa thinks nothing of it and just finds it amusing.
When it comes to secondary genders, Tsubasa is neutral in the discussion. This is because he doesn't view people by their secondary genders but by their character as an individual. He will stand up for those who are being mistreated by those who demean others based on this and any other reason. He doesn't like the idea of others being bullied, especially for stupid superficial reasons. This doesn't mean he isn't above being a tad mischievous when he wants to be. He can show he has a sadistic side to him as far as jealousy is concerned if it involves someone that he deeply cares about and trusts. If he has to, he's not above putting the fear of God in someone. For those who are used to him being a friendly individual, this side of him tends to come as a shock to them. Tsubasa knows when to reign himself in and not go overboard in letting his emotions take full control over how he feels. Outside of this, he does enjoy time alone where he's usually reading or creating music. He finds both of these things relaxing and it allows him to escape any stresses he's dealing with.

When he's working on music alone, he's usually wearing button-up shirts and polos covered with a cardigan. When out in public, whether attending classes or performing a music piece in front of a crowd of people, Tsubasa's clothing choice is usually a mixture of unisex-based attire. Usually, dressed more professionally and appealing, which makes him easily approachable to many and off-putting to some. While he is never mistaken for being a woman, he has been described as feminine-looking by his peers. He takes no offense to this and just wears what makes him feel comfortable. His expressions range from being excitable to tired whenever he tends to exert himself from both school and work.
Tsubasa I,
Tsubasa II, &
Tsubasa IIIHistory: Tsubasa Shidou was born to parents Tadashi Shidou (Male, Alpha) and Takeshi Shidou (Male, Omega). He is the second son of his parents, for he has an older brother named Tsukasa Shidou (Male, Alpha). They were a wealthy family that showed their love for one another and that's what mattered most to them. Originally, Tadashi and Takeshi had been told their second child was supposed to be a girl who would later present as an Omega. However, the doctors made a mistake, for when Tsubasa was born, he turned out to be a boy. Instead of presenting as an Omega, he presented as an Alpha when he came of age. Growing up, Tsubasa knew he didn't fit the mold of an average Alpha individual. His physical features were always slightly feminine, which is why his Omega father would often dress him up like a girl. This was also the reason why Tsubasa didn't mind wearing clothing meant for both men and women – it simply didn't bother him. He knew when to look professional around people his parents associated with that where more stringent towards alpha's and other secondary genders and how they should act. Despite this, his parents still loved him and his older brother, unconditionally, even though they were gifted with two Alpha sons.
As Tsubasa grew older, he began to feel suffocated by the ideals of others around him who had strict expectations of Alphas and Omegas and thought less of Betas and low-status families. His parents thankfully didn't view people by their secondary gender, but that didn't mean those they associated with felt the same. He didn't know why but he found it to be silly to view people in such a way and he didn't want to be seen as only an Alpha. He also didn't want to depend on or use his family's wealth and status to get over others. He expressed this to his family and while Tsubasa thought they would turn away from him, they were happy that he had a good head on his shoulders. This made him happy that his family didn't shun him because of how he felt. That is what he feared. This didn't happen. Naturally, his brother called him a dummy for thinking that they would which he didn't appreciate being poked fun at. All the same, he knew Tsukasa meant well, especially when he'd told Tsubasa to just talk to them all instead of holding in how he felt and thinking the worst. He understood and apologized to his parents and brother.
Throughout school, Tsubasa studied hard and became more aware that even going to a school that wasn't a private academy, even regular people thought of themselves in a high and mighty fashion because of their secondary genders. He would always avoid such people and focused on his studies and his hobby, which was music. Tsubasa enjoyed playing the piano and violin and he wanted to succeed in creating music of his own in the future with them. Nobody ever bothered him when it came to what he liked. The only minor issue he had when he attended school was being mistaken for an Omega or a Beta by male and female peers. Being a bit of a troll, Tsubasa would never correct them on their mistake. This became a common occurrence for him because of his slightly feminine features. Out of personal entertainment, Tsubasa chose not to correct them. He found it amusing to see people's reactions when they realized their mistake. They would only get mildly upset or extremely embarrassed but Tsubasa would assure them that it was fine. He wasn't offended by their assumptions at all. Truth be told, attending a regular school made it easy for him to fit in with others. He didn't have to pretend to be someone he wasn't that "needed" to talk about wealth and status that he was born into but wasn't outright his own.
He could make friends with others by sharing and expressing their interests and talking about their goals for the future. Many of them desired finding a mate to be their main goal but others had career goals they wanted to achieve. This was Tsubasa as he wanted to create music. Tsubasa was lucky to get through school not getting into fights with people. He was usually the one who would come in and stop things before they escalated to physical violence. He didn't like seeing others bullied since he had a particularly strong sense of justice. Something his family could see in him early on in his life. While never having fought anyone, Tsubasa could put the fear of God in others without doing much of anything outside of smiling menacingly and telling those in the wrong to be good boys and girls and be on their way. Many found that to be off-putting and would avoid him. Others found this side of him just as endearing as his cheerful side. This showed more that he didn't conform to societal expectations and beliefs based on secondary genders. When he graduated from high school, he moved out of his family home and on his own renting a room at the Amestia Inn.
He was still passionate about music and enrolled at Kaibara University where he currently majors in Music Performance. He got a part-time night job at Club Skye as a bartender there to afford his living expenses. His parents do send him money but instead of using it, he saves it for when he may need it. He's happy that they support his interests but Tsubasa desperately wants to prove he can succeed on his own without needing their help. When he does have spare time, he takes a break from music and finds himself reading which he why he joined Kaibara's library club. To his surprise, the school had Manga which was something he'd read a little of during high school but was so focused on his studies that he didn't have time he could put in getting into a specific series. Now that he does, he can't help but share the stories with the friends he's made since attending university. Reading also tends to inspire him to create music. He has his own YouTube channel called "Tsudou Music" where he posts videos of himself playing the piano of violent. Sometimes he'll post instrumentals of popular songs with a background picture. His channel gained a lot of popularity, and his music was loved by many.
During Tsubasa's second year at Kaibara, he'd met another student there. A young man named Yukimi Kaoru. He couldn't help but find himself drawn to him and was always curious as to why this young man was so broody. The moment he approached him, Kaoru was very hostile towards him while telling him to get lost. Tsubasa didn't take offense to this. He became worried about Kaoru, wanting to know what made him become the person he is now. A part of him saw a little of what Tsubasa knew he could've been as a result of putting others down and judging them solely based on their secondary gender. Despite Kaoru's objections to Tsubasa's presence, he continued to stay by him and dub himself as his friend who wasn't going anywhere. Eventually, this desire to help Kaoru and make him happy turned into a devoted love for him. He has even admitted this to Kaoru who immediately turned him down. Tsubasa understood the other's distrust. He was betrayed by an Alpha and now Kaoru is someone who has a warped view of Alphas and Omegas wanting each other while excluding Betas. That makes Tsubasa very sad. He hopes that someday, Kaoru will believe and accept his feelings. Until then, he won't leave his side.
