 |  Hideyoshi, a first-year Dramatic Arts student at Kaibara University, harbors a passion for acting. Despite how he looks, he inherited his love for movies from his family. Hideyoshi's effeminate appearance and voice have led him to frequently voice female characters in his parents' dubbing work. Hideyoshi aspires to perform in various media, finding solace in the transformative power of acting. While he may have unconventional features, Hideyoshi remains persistent in his acting pursuits. Though this does end up with him being limited to female roles, he embraces this to hone his craft. He doesn't see it as a setback, but it does push him to work harder to gain the roles he wants to do. This has also confused many around him into assuming he's not only female but an Omega as well. It causes him to become a frequent target of daily confessions from others, which he oftentimes turns down. At the request of his sister, he takes self-defense classes to learn to protect himself. Often being perceived as weak because of how he looks and speaks, Hideyoshi is unafraid to demonstrate his strength when necessary. While normally calm, his stoicism occasionally falters when faced with unexpected situations. In his free time, he enjoys reading, watching movies, and playing video games, sometimes streaming these activities with friends. |
|  Hideyoshi is an individual with a warm and kind personality that enjoys befriending others. He's very open-minded to things, ideas, and people that would normally be dismissed by others. This means he wouldn't judge someone that has powers, isn't human, or if their secondary gender was different than his own. He wasn't raised to be judgmental of others and he shows that with those he engages with. It isn't a downside but, the way he carries himself when he speaks to others has caused many to mistake him for an Omega or a girl if they aren't paying close attention. As a result, he does have a lot of female friends who like the fact that he isn't an aggressive Alpha. Hideyoshi doesn't mind the compliments but always makes sure to draw boundaries with them. He does have male friends as well, most of them being gamers and movie goers. Strictly platonic friendships with those he knows. It's because of strangers he doesn't know that he took self-defense classes to defend himself or defend someone else. He's big on helping others when they need it. He seeks long-term friendships with others to have in his life even after university. I can see hilarious escapades with his companions. While I welcome comedic situations to keep things light-hearted, I also welcome dramatic elements that enhance the depth and complexity of his relationship with his friends. Currently lack substantial dramatic ideas, but I'm open to suggestions should anyone have any that could make things more interesting ^^; |
|  Hideyoshi isn't someone that would go out of his way to make enemies, much less rivals. Given his desire is to work in acting, he has a lot of odds stacked against him with others competing for the same roles. I can see Hideyoshi having acting rivals even if he isn't thinking of another person he's working similarly. Maybe a situation where he's pushed to go beyond his limits and comfort zone when it comes to perfecting his acting skills to get the roles he deserves to have. He wants to do more action and horror themed roles in movies but tends to get stuck with playing both sex's roles. He may not mind doing that, but it isn't the only thing Hideyoshi wants to be reduced to doing. He doesn't want to become stagnant in his acting, which I think an unexpected acting rival will point out his flaw in believing that he's accepting the roles he doesn't want and not aspiring to do more when it couldn't be further from the truth. This rival can be a male or female character. I am not picky when it comes to that. But it would be an interesting new experience for Hideyoshi, who has never had to prove himself before anyone except himself. Whether this person has powers or isn't human also doesn't matter. That's completely up to the player that wants to do that. For more supernatural related ideas, I don't have any in mind for Hideyoshi to be involved in specifically at this time. If anyone would like to share some ideas they have regarding that, please feel free. I'd love to brainstorm some more with this. |
|  Hideyoshi regularly gets confessions from male and female peers, and he always turns them down. It's not that he isn't interested in finding a mate. He wouldn't mind the idea of it, nor care if his partner is a man or woman, but he wants the person he is with to want him for him and not for weird reasons. Yes, even he can get weird people confessing to him. He is fully aware that how he appears to others can attract the worst type of people, even if he isn't trying. It just happens. Thus, the main reason he took self-defense classes was at his sister's suggestion. It has come in handy, but at the same time, it has also made some fear him. Hideyoshi just wants a normal relationship with someone. He's never offended by anyone that has these strange desires, he just makes it clear that he isn't who they're looking for and they may want to find a mate that would be more suited to that. He finds it rather amusing when Alphas mistake him for an Omega. They either walk around annoyed or intrigued. Hideyoshi clearly doesn't actively go out looking for someone to mate with, so this would make him very awkward if that were to actually happen for him. I don't have any heavy romance plots for Hideyoshi. Hoping for something innocent at most. Nothing too dramatic. Character can be male or female. Secondary gender also doesn't matter either. So, suggestions are welcome. |
