Ganza Strip / Trolled Paths Crossed (Beatrice)
« on: March 24, 2024, 10:14:06 pm »
It was another slow night at the Gentle Fantasy Host Bar, and Howard was working his usual late-night shift. As he made his way to the dressing room, he couldn't help but notice the excited chatter of his coworkers. They discussed their upcoming requests and made plans for after their shifts ended. On the other hand, Howard didn't have any requests lined up. He wasn't surprised, as he wasn't exactly the most popular host at the bar. His crude and brash personality didn't appeal to most customers, and he often found himself sitting alone at the bar, sipping on a drink and wondering when his shift would be over. But tonight, he was only requested twice. The first request was from an Omega woman who was loud and obnoxious, and he openly told the woman that to her face. She wasted no time in requesting another host. The second woman was a Beta who was more interested in taking selfies than actually talking to him. Instead, she was apparently streaming herself at the host bar to her followers. The moment she did acknowledge him, Howard gave a swift middle finger to the woman's audience and said, "Eat a Dick." Then casually took a sip of the drink he'd poured for himself.

Of course, the woman was offended and requested another host to sit with, leaving Howard alone with his drink. But he didn't mind. In fact, he welcomed the moment of peace and quiet. Working at the host bar was just a part-time gig for him, and he wasn't dependent on the money his parents sent him. Although the bar was currently hiring, Howard didn't realize how frustrating it could be to constantly talk to people he deemed as stupid. As he sat at the bar, he checked the time on his phone and sighed in annoyance. He wasn't looking forward to whatever customers would request him next. He wanted someone who would actually be entertaining to talk to and hold a conversation with, but the only requests he gets are from women whose personalities he couldn't tolerate. Hell, even if he wanted a quick lay for the night to satisfy his needs, his Dick couldn't get hard for such insufferable women that he's come in contact with.

This made him glad he didn't work full-time here. There was only so much stupidity he could take from people. Taking another sip of his drink, Howard started fiddling around on his phone, finding a game he'd installed on it and starting playing. He could only get away with doing this for at most ten minutes before the others said something. Then, he'd be reduced to doing meager chores. It irritated him, but since everyone sucked at cleaning, Howard saw it as it gave him something to do, and he didn't mind Bitching at anyone that made a mess once he'd cleaned up. For now, he wasn't worried about it. He was entertaining himself in the meantime. Between either getting requested or doing chores, Howard was waiting for whichever came first.

Plot Pages / Sarcasm & Chaos -- Howard Mably

Twenty Two • Human • Alpha • Bisexual • Sarcastic Drunk • History

ABOUT HOWARD
Howard Mably is the younger brother of Sadie Mably and the heir to the Mably Pharmaceutical companies that are located around the world, including Japan. Both of them are British Americans but they've lived in Japan for so long, that their accents have fallen off unless, of course, they're upset. Howard is an example of this but his access comes out at rare moments with him. Either when he's angry or during acts of intercourse with someone. Unlike his sister who is able to quell her anger most of the time enough to hold a conversation, Howard can hold a conversation, an intellectual one in fact but it's usually filled with some form of anger and sarcasm mixed in with it. In fact, he's typically seen being annoyed with everyone around him and drinking beer. He hates ALL of his sister's friends that she hangs out with on a regular because Howard finds them idiotic and doesn't understand how she can put up with them.

He has shown to be able to tolerate a few of them but he wouldn't openly admit to it. This is only because he is able to have a tolerable conversation with them that doesn't hurt his brain. The rest of her friends do and he wants to punch them all in the throat. At the very least, he tolerates his sister's "boy toy" but openly holds nothing against him as long as he treats his sister right. Howard's not the easiest person to get to know because he's very honest when speaking with someone and usually gives people nicknames or insults them by matching the behavior they display when around him. He's never nice about it. He's never been someone to force himself to like anybody. He does indulge in other things outside of insulting people and drinking. He does enjoy playing video games but prefers shooter-type games, he doesn't go knife throwing as much as he used to but he is skilled in using a knife to his advantage, especially if he gets into any fights with people, he's a clean freak and he's a perfectionist at cooking. But upon first meeting him, many wouldn't even think he has such a side to himself.

WHAT FRIENDS?
Howard's "friends" are technically implied NPC characters he hangs out with for some fun to take his mind off of things. This would include playing video games, going to a bar, etc. Something fun to pass the time to where he's not in his own head all day. As mentioned before, he hates all of his sister's friends. However, her closest friend he's usually seen picking on is Shouta Akimoto, an Omega who originally was highly afraid to be around Alphas but as of recent, even Howard has seen that to have changed about him. The only reason he picks on him so much is that he feels that his sister treats him more like a younger brother than she does him. So instead of talking it out with his sister, he retaliates by torturing Shouta. Whether it's through constantly calling him a nerd because of his interests, punching him in either of his arms or giving him noogies. He also won't admit that he has come to tolerate him in some capacity, especially after learning of Shouta's condition where he's actually required to mate otherwise he would continue to be in more pain. That doesn't mean he hasn't cracked jokes but in his own sarcastic way, he has given him some advice regarding his predicament.

As for anyone else, people don't usually like him as he is and many have made attempts to "change him". This never works. To Howard, you either like him as he is or fuck off. And because he's rather sarcastic ass to people, many find it difficult to understand him as a person and actively avoid him or insult him which only amuses him or he ignores them. So for this area, you're basically having to force Howard to accept you as a friend since he's definitely a stubborn individual who likes to do what he wants and he makes it openly clear he can't stand anyone who's stupid. Yes, he does not care if anybody likes him or not and he technically hangs around others, specifically his sister's friends if he has to, not because he wants to. To try and be friends with Howard, you have to be able to see past his crass and brutish exterior. If anyone has any characters that want to give being friends with Howard a shot, feel free to try and we'll see how it goes. I can't promise that Howard won't be Howard. I will not write him outside of how I've written him. Defeats the purpose of his character.

PAIN IN THE ass!
It doesn't take much to get on Howard's bad side. You say something he doesn't like, he's pretty much resorted to insulting you until you prove him wrong otherwise about yourself. This usually comes from people who don't like it when he points out their faults. Of course, this has definitely led to him getting into a lot of fights with people which he's more than happy to fight dirty. This shows that Howard knows whether or not he can win a fight he's in with someone. If he's unable to, then he fights dirty by pulling out knives he hides on himself to slow that person down or tire them out enough where they've lost so much blood from being cut that he can kick their ass. Although he doesn't find it to be a real win if it comes to that. If he can win a fight, he won't back down to beat a person to the ground. However, he's not as violent as his sister but that doesn't mean he hasn't gotten to that point before.

I don't really see Howard getting involved in anything supernatural related but I'm not against it if it makes sense for him to be a part of such ideas. He'd be at a disadvantage with no powers but he can help in other ways. For other characters, it's not all that hard for characters to easily hate him. Pretty much been playing him long enough to see that only so few characters actually tolerate him while the rest just hate him and don't attempt to understand who he is as a person and why he is the way he is. So as a result, there are a lot of opposing characters Howard himself will not favor. I don't want to make a plot for characters who just don't like him but if I have to, I'd rather it be more than just simply hating him for how he is. Give me something more to work with than that.

ANGRY & HORNY
Howard's a very honest person when it comes to his sex life or him just being attracted to someone. Most of his sexual encounters with people are implied since I don't feel like constantly writing out him engaging in sex all the time with different characters. He's not into someone that's overly clingy and emotional, he doesn't want someone trying to change him or preach to him about how he is (that's already way past annoying and has happened in other places) and he's attracted to men and women. And he is vocal about that when he's approached by anyone that's surprisingly interested in wanting to do anything with him. He has no interest in individuals he calls "why boners" which has gotten him punched a lot. Howard considers those who are like that to be people who have no idea what they want to be or trying to be and he does not wish to be dragged down trying to figure that out along with them. That's a headache for him. He also calls these same people why boners because he knows why other people are attracted to them but he personally isn't. He'd rather be with someone who knows who and what they are already. It saves time for him. I personally feel like Howard works best in some form of a chaotic relationship. Someone that matches his energy. That'd be the better partner that could work for him as a mate. At the moment, he isn't thinking about it, much less looking for it. He just does what he can to feel good and keep it moving. A character really has to pique his interest enough for him to even consider it. If interested, maybe it'll motivate him to get off his duff and put some of what he can do to use.

Unfinished & Finished Threads / Passionate Amusement [Open]
« on: May 20, 2022, 06:32:15 pm »
Yuuri wasn't in the mood for this. It was nearing the end of the month and not only was he dealing with his last round of finals before the semester ended and the summer semester began but his Heat was nearing as well. His grandparents were fully aware of this and yet they decided at the most inconvenient moment to arrange for him to meet with another Alpha suitor they've picked out for him. Only this time, he wasn't meeting them at their home like he usually would. No, for some reason he was meeting them at an amusement park. One, that wasn't his scene, and two, he had no idea what this person would even look like in this sea of people already here today. It's not as if they were going to tell him what this Alpha supposedly looked like as it was within their nature to be secretive at times. In their own way, making sure the young man did what they wanted.

Yuuri was definitely annoyed by that. And it's also why anytime they would send him money, he never spent it. Just dumped it into a separate account so when the time came and they disowned him for any choice he made they didn't care for, he could give it all back to them. So he was just biding his time until that happened. As for this arrangement, he tried to get out of it but his grandparents refused to allow him. Simply because they knew his Heat was nearing which made it all the most sleazy and gross in his mind but again, he wasn't surprised by it at all. They urged him to dress nice and socialize with said Alpha appropriately. That alone made him cringe. He kept it simple, wearing a Chinese-style top with pants and a baseball hat since he was deliberately trying to be unrecognizable to this person.

As for where he was in the park, he was sitting at one of the tables in one of the few food court areas but this one was in the middle of the amusement park and not closer to the entrance. Yuuri wasn't trying to make it that easy to be found. He was already feeling irritated and because of it, he made sure to take some suppressants to keep his Heat from triggering early but also brought extra just in case. The ticket he had was already paid for and the only thing he had to do was show it to the ticketer and he was allowed entrance. He hadn't planned on sticking around for very long. To be fair to whoever it was he was supposed to be meeting, he was giving them an hour to find him. If they didn't, he was going home. It was already hot and humid outside for one and two, he had been getting a few glances from other park-goers that were admiring his appearance.

The young man sighed as he cracked open the book he'd brought with him to read to keep himself occupied while playing the waiting game. He had to bring something to entertain himself while waiting for a complete stranger. He didn't like crowds and he didn't like being the center of attention. Why the hell did his grandparents think this was such a good idea. Yuuri sat there trying to read but his mind was clouded with thoughts of frustration regarding his family. 'I don't want to be here. Coming to an amusement park is something people do with friends or someone they're dating. This isn't a place to go with a complete stranger. God my grandparents are so frustrating,' thought Yuuri as he released a frustrated groan and put his head down on his book.

It's only been twenty minutes and he was already wanting to leave. 'I hope they never find me, whoever this person is. It'll make my day a lot easier. They didn't even give me a specific time to be here other than meet this person in the afternoon. Great. Today is going to be a pain...'

Western District / Just Breathe (Open/Mature)
« on: March 12, 2022, 05:41:58 pm »
Tonight wasn’t the greatest for Bridget. Like any Alpha, he was having to deal with his Rut, which was something the blonde young man never focused heavily on. He couldn’t touch anyone without believing his powers would hurt them so it wasn’t a priority for him to seek out someone to mate with, so to speak. Of course, he was the same as any average person that needed release but how was he able to do that when his mind was constantly focused on harming someone or himself? His grandfather thought it best that he should take care of his Rut properly: by going to a Heat House. As he was turning down a lot of potential candidates as mates and taking care of his Ruts alone, the man felt this was the only solution for his grandson. At least so he could know what it was like to engage in a physical relationship. He didn’t want his grandson ignoring his needs and putting himself and others in further danger by simply being around him. Most of the time, he never noticed if he released his scent. He would always refrain from doing so. No one around him ever said anything so Bridget assumed he wasn’t inconveniencing anyone. Bridget wasn’t against the idea of using a Heat House. He had sided with the idea of having Heat Houses provided for everyone, including special case individuals and the most famous place out of all of them in the city was the Amestia House.

He’d gotten a look at the place before, spoken with those in charge of running the place, and gotten to know those that were willing to work there and provided special care to those who needed it. It would seem there were a lot of new faces that worked there compared to the last time Bridget has been here. If only for a professional reason the first time and not a reason being out of necessity. No one had ever complained about the place and the services provided were always topnotch from the reviews it had. They provided all sorts of after-care surfaces for everyone, tailored to the needs of every specific person. Even so, Bridget personally never saw himself going to a Heat House during his Rut. He always stayed home. Like he wanted to do but his grandfather insisted otherwise. His grandfather didn’t like that he was avoiding people and thus this arrangement for him to be here at the Amestia House tonight was not of his own accord. He wasn’t avoiding people because he wanted to but rather for their own protection. Despite his reasoning, his grandfather was laying it on thick that he couldn’t keep using that as an excuse anymore. So he was here in a building around other people which Bridget found to be a very bad idea. He felt himself becoming fidgety from the moment he arrived, up to where he’d been placed in a room where he sat alone to wait for someone to come to him.

All he could do was sit on the edge of the bed anxiously while twiddling his thumbs. His fear, those nagging thoughts, were clouding his mind. He could hardly focus on wanting to do anything or allowing anyone to touch him. He didn’t request for anyone specific since he didn’t set this up. All of this was done for him. So he hadn’t a clue who was going to come into the room. The room itself wasn’t large by any means. Small but not to where it felt cramped. It had the visible essentials provided that, again, would allow Bridget to take care of things himself but was in a sense “forced” to engage in some form of physical intimacy. Never before had he been with anyone as for the longest time he was just used to pleasuring himself when he needed to. It was rather embarrassing to openly admit something such as that but Bridget never had issues with the idea of self-pleasure. It would seem others around him that knew it’s what he’d done had a problem with it. But they were never understanding of his feelings about his powers acting on their own. It’s happened before and the limiter bracelets he wore around his wrists could only do so much to keep his powers in check. He sighed, continuing to sit on the bed while tapping his foot anxiously. Sweat had begun to perspire around his neck, along with the feelings of tiredness. The usual signs of his Rut beginning to affect him.

He didn’t have to wait much longer as the door opened and in came a beautiful young woman with dark brown hair that had quite a lot of volume to it. She was wearing a simple lingerie outfit that shockingly wasn’t revealing, much to Bridget’s surprise. Though it was her hair he took notice of more than it was what she was wearing. His mind was too focused on other things to pay attention to anything else about her. She was a striking woman but the general presence of another person in the room with him just made him more anxious. He was unsure if the woman noticed but it would seem as if she hadn’t since she wasted no time in making her way toward him and sitting beside him on the bed while flashing a warm smile. She then placed a comforting hand on his shoulder. Bridget assumed it was to calm him down but all it did was made him flinch out of habit at the contact. He felt bad about that and hoped she wouldn’t be upset with him about it. “Relax, it’s okay,” she spoke in a soothing tone, “it’s okay for you to be nervous. I just want to assure you that you have nothing to worry about. I won’t do anything that you don’t want to do,” she assured him, her smile remained despite that he flinched when she touched him. She didn’t let this get to her. The comfort of the residents was more important. “My name is Honoka. I’ll be the one taking care of you during your Rut.”

Honoka was sweet. Bridget could see this and appreciated it. Personally, he wasn’t feeling where this was going to lead to. All he could think about was how scared he felt about hurting this poor woman with his powers unintentionally. That’s all his mind was on, but his body was responding differently to how he mentally felt. This showed with him sweating more than he was earlier, along with his breathing becoming shakier. Honoka saw this and carefully began to lean Bridget back against the bed, thinking this would help him relax a little more. All it did was take the blonde by surprise, making him blink a few times in surprise. Honoka may have said she wouldn’t do anything that he didn’t want to do but he couldn’t help but be unsure about that. Moreso when she began unbuttoning his jacket and shirt, exposing his chest to her as she’d begun running her fingers up and down his slightly chiseled muscles. Bridget wasn’t expecting that either. Honoka did surprisingly keep her word that she wouldn’t do more than what she said and despite doing this, Bridget found himself unable to respond to it. Not because he hadn’t wanted to. No, because she took it upon herself to start with this without asking if she could. She kept her ministrations going, albeit very slowly, steady smiling down at him with that sweet smile of hers. All Bridget could do was look away, gripping the covers on the bed with both hands as he tried his best to control his anxiety.

Try … to stay calm. You’re not … going to … hurt her … you’re not… Bridget thought, trying his best to calm himself down, yet his thoughts kept going. But I … don’t want to do this … with anyone … it isn’t fair … that I … just can’t… The attempt to calm himself down wasn’t working and it showed with the expression he had currently displayed on his face. He was clearly distressed.

Honoka noticed this and proceeded to lay fully beside Bridget, steady caressing his chest with her fingers, her way of trying to calm him down. Get his mind focused properly to not look so scared. She’d been informed of who he was and because she’d decided to be the one to assist him during his Rut, she was not going to do anything unfavorable that would make the Amestia House look bad. Especially considering who Bridget was. That was the main reason why she insisted on being allowed to care for him during his time of need. She’d never gotten an important clientele before and having this opportunity, she was going to do her best to give him everything he needed, wanted, and more. So that he’ll request her all the time. But little did she know, she was in for a rude awakening. “Try to relax, okay? I’m only doing this for now and just waiting for you to tell me when to proceed further,” she assured him, her smile ever-present with her gaze cast down upon him.

The limiter bracelets had already compiled so much output of Bridget's power already to a point they couldn't hold any of it. The very thing that Bridget feared would happen. Whether he wanted it to or not. As Honoka glided her hand down the blonde's chest slowly, doing so created an electrical spark of friction with her being in close contact with Bridget. She only wanted to show him a good time, make him feel good and not so scared, thinking that things were going well. She didn't feel that spark of friction at first but the more she kept caressing Bridget's chest, the stronger that friction became until her hand had been completely shocked by black electricity out of the blue, causing her to cry out in pain as she sat up quickly and held onto her hand which now was shown with her skin damaged by the effect of Bridget's powers. Bridget had sat up as well, not even realizing that his powers had acted on their own since he wasn't looking at her. He could only feel her touching him. But he saw her clutching her hand in extreme pain, tears falling down the sides of her face as Honoka cried softly while trying to figure out what'd just happened.

But Bridget didn't even have to ask what'd happened or if Honoka was okay. He could tell by looking at her hand that she wasn't. That was going to leave a permanent scar and he felt so horrible about that. He had to get out of here. Despite his tiredness and sweating all over, he stood up immediately, while bowing apologetically to the woman, his expression more distressed because of the situation. He was surprised no one heard her scream and wondered if the rooms were soundproof. That was a possibility. "I'm ... I'm so sorry this happened! It wasn't on purpose, I promise it's just ... my powers ... they always do this and I didn't ... want to risk hurting anyone and yet ... I have, I'm so very sorry!" he stood up straight, his tears running down his face but his eyes never left Honoka's hand and the marking she'd now have on her skin. "Please don't hate me... I'm so ... very sorry!" he apologized one last time before bolting toward the door to leave. If his powers could do that much damage to someone's hand, he didn't want to be here to see anyone else getting hurt because of them.

Quickly once out of the room, Bridget ran as fast as he could to get out of the building. He'd come back later to give a proper apology to Honoka and pay for her injuries but he couldn't stay there and attempt to help her while knowing he would only just hurt her again. He'd ran so fast out of the Amestia House that he'd given no one a chance to ask him if anything was alright. He just left and kept running as fast as he could into the darkness. Having no idea of where he wanted to go except to get as far away from there and stay away from people as possible. His distress and anxiety, both were making his powers react and the moment he finally decided to stop running and placed his hand against a lamppost to stop and catch his breath, the light exploded immediately and the glass began to fall which Bridget reacted quickly to get out of the way as to not get harmed if only falling back on the ground in the process. The glass fell on the ground in pieces and scattered in one spot and all Bridget could do was sit there on the ground horrified and feeling helpless. He couldn't even touch anything that was sensitive to being overloaded with electricity. How the hell ... was he going to get home or even call for help ...?

Recycled Threads / St Patty's Night (Jonouchi)
« on: February 27, 2022, 10:16:27 pm »
When it came to festival events, Usagi was like a kid in a candy store. There was never a festival event held that the blonde didn't attend. Unless she had to work late, which was rarely, or cram for classes, given her grades, that was all the time, that was usually the only time she wouldn't be able to make time to go to a festival. But sadly last month, she had to focus on her classes and was unable to make time to go to the Valentine's Day festival which bummed her out greatly. It's not as if she had anyone to go with, she would've just been going by herself. Which was fine. She never made a big deal out of it. She'd whine to herself on occasion about not having a mate or at least a boyfriend but the main thing she enjoyed the most about going was the candy, the food, and especially the masquerade ball. She bet everyone's outfits were awesome this year. She wished she could've been there to see it.

But the festival had ended weeks ago and it was now March. The two holidays that would be focused on now were St Patrick's Day and White Day. A white day festival wasn't something that was common and it usually got mixed in with the St Patrick's Day festival. This was fine with Usagi because the holiday was all about having good luck and she felt she could use a little bit of luck tonight. White day being intertwined with it was a bonus for those who, again, had someone to share it with. Usagi did not have this luxury sadly but she wasn't here at Tokyo Dome City to focus on that. Just to get out and have some fun which she had felt like she hadn't done much of. All she'd been doing was focusing on school and work. She was in dying for some much needed stress relief. Usagi wasted no time in stuffing her face with a St Patty's decorated cupcake from one of the stands that were offering one cupcake free but if anyone wanted another, they had to pay for it. One cupcake was all Usagi needed.

"Yum." Usagi took another bite of the cupcake she held with both hands. It was indeed a delicious treat. She didn't understand why anyone wouldn't want to pay for another. She was a sucker for sweets and knew she shouldn't be eating it but she didn't care. She wanted to indulge and have fun tonight. She didn't know when she'd be able to have free time like this again. Tonight, she was going to drown all her thoughts in sweets, rides, and any various entertainment the festival had to offer. She was going to do all she could until she got tired and wanted to go home. It was a long way home but, again, it was fine. She was in no hurry to get home anyway. Plus, it'd be a waste to not show off the outfit she wore with the weather finally starting to warm up a little earlier outside compared to normally. She made sure to wear a green shirt with cute green bows in her hair along with a white skirt and white sneakers with green shoe strings. She was definitely decked out for St Patty's day and had no shame in showing it.

There were a lot of people out tonight for it, more than she expected there to be. It was still fine. At the moment, she was enjoying the cupcake snack as she found an empty table to perch herself at to sit down and finish it. Usagi hadn't wanted to keep walking around with it in her hands and eating it. Knowing how clumsy she was, the blonde would eventually drop it. No, she had the right idea of sitting down to take her time to finish eating it. In the meantime, she was able to sit and admire how Tokyo Dome City glammed up everything for St Patrick's Day. She couldn't help but be in awe at the lights and decorations. 'Aw, I bet the Valentine's Day festival was just as if not more pretty this year. I wish I had been able to see it,' she thought with a pout.

Unfinished & Finished Threads / Getting Answers [Hiroka/Yuuto]
« on: February 16, 2022, 08:00:38 pm »
Sho had requested to see his doctor earlier than scheduled. Technically, he wasn't supposed to see him for another month but due to what'd happened recently, he had no choice but to request to be seen sooner. He was thankful he could be squeezed in to be seen today which helped greatly. He wasn't enthused about seeing the doctor. Far from it. No, he wanted to know the results of the blood work the man had gathered from when he first saw him. He was told during his second visit with the man those results hadn't come back yet for anything conclusive and they were still checking his labs in order to give him a proper answer regarding the symptoms he described he'd been having. Sho could say this much, at least his new doctor was doing more to find out what was wrong with him rather than just slapping a band-aid on the issue and calling it a day.

Once his classes were done for the day, he'd made his way over to the medical building. And he didn't have to worry about telling Sadie he needed the day off for it because once he'd told her what happened she practically threatened him to see his doctor and find out what was going on. At least she wasn't barring him from returning to work because of it, thank goodness. It's not as if Sho wasn't frustrated about what he was dealing with. He wanted answers too and it felt like he hadn't been getting them from any of the doctors he had before. Doctor Hiroka was at least willing to work with him and felt fine changing his medication from pills to the shot. He did make sure to bring all of his medication with him and it'd been a week since that incident at the Melody Cafe and being taken to Yuuto's apartment.

Which, by the way, he discovered was in the same exact complex where Sadie lived. So, that was another awkward discovery. It seemed that the universe was giving the green-eyed young man a giant middle finger a lot as of late. Well, for today, he was thankful that he wasn't dealing with his Heat anymore. That's finally calmed down until he has to deal with it again. But at least he didn't look like he was at death's door like he could just die at any given notice. Sho sighed as he finally reached the medical building on Kaibara's campus, walking straight down the hall to sign in on the sign-in sheet first and then made his way to Doctor Hiroka's office, knocking softly on the door before going inside. "I'm here. Gomen for taking up your time on short notice ," he apologized to the man as he sat down in the chair across from his desk.

The family may not request information. Those who leave Writhers House must be 'cleansed,' a process that includes drinking an unknown liquid that erases one's memories of their time with the organization. This is to avoid security risks in simply allowing anyone to leave with the information that they know about the organization and those present within it. No one is turned away regardless of species or secondary gender.

Type of Pack: Modern

Pack Members: Dr. Karen (Branch Leader), Cross Marian (Branch Chief & General), Sai Hamasaki (Active Field Agent)

Members are more than welcome to create a character that is a member of Writhers House be it a resident or an agent.

Pack Information: Writhers House is a religious organization that works under the sole purpose of dealing with individuals be they human or non-human, that attempt to disrupt the balance amongst the populous. There are 7 branches of this organization all over the world, the first branch was built and founded by Laura Kissenger in Memphis, Tennessee. They have expanded considerably where each branch with their own Branch Chief. Residents of Writhers House can also train to become active field agents, taking on dangerous missions that require deep undercover work to handle suspicious rumors/circumstances when they arise. Field agents are most recognizable when they wear the Rose Cross emblem pen. The organization houses individuals of the human and non-human variety, regardless of secondary gender, and protects them from situational circumstances. Members that work for the organization teach and show everyone how to be a viable member of society despite who they are. Many are even considered to be too dangerous and therefore are under the most protective watch under the organization. No one will be shunned that wishes to join to have a place to call home. Everyone is welcome.

Role of the Organization
All seven branches are given the duty of protecting the residents of their branch locations as well as assigning missions to active agents. Active agents are required to investigate situations that are under the "supernatural" category and deal with it should it require them to get involved in handling it. Should the mission require deeper undercover work, agents are permitted to do that while keeping their true purpose under wraps. Agents can use their real name but it is encouraged to use an alias when handling dangerous missions. Since many missions can lead to an agent getting killed if they aren't careful, newly trained agents aren't allowed to do missions alone. They're to go on missions in pairs, and gain field experience. Certain individuals also would not be allowed to go on missions depending on the circumstances surrounding them. This happens and it is not to avoid putting them in immediate danger. Therefore, missions are given out to agents by the Branch Leader & Branch Chief only. Only heavily experienced field agents can choose their missions, and these are usually agents that reach the rank of General.

Council of the Catholic Church
Writhers House also works with the council of the Catholic Church and often collaborates with another organization known as the “Catholic Order” on some occasions. The council is run by Catholic figureheads that exist in each location where branches have set up a base of operations. These individuals don't participate in violence and it is rare when they give out an order of that nature. However, given that Writhers House houses individuals who aren't human along with human individuals, sometimes precautionary measures are instilled and taken to ensure the safety of others. If they believe anyone to be a threat to the organization for any reason, that is only when an issued order of violence is given.

Ranks of the Organization
Branch Chief - Each Branch is overseen by a branch chief. The Branch Chief is responsible for the whole branch and gives his instructions to the seven sections that form the branch. The Branch chief is assisted by a Branch Chief assistant.

Sections - Each branch of the Writhers House has seven different sections, each overseen by a section chief, and each with their duties:

Science Section - Responsible for the research and development
Intelligence Section - Responsible for gathering intel from around the world
Medical Section - Responsible for the general health and welfare of the Writhers House personnel and its residents
Signal Section - Communications between active field agents and branch chiefs
Security Section - Guard all entryways (i.e. gates, waterways, etc.) into the facility
Diplomatic Section - They handle affairs with various countries and arrange for support and cooperation
Logistics Section - In charge of day-to-day functioning in the Order, including meals, cleaning, and accounting

Generals - Individuals who have far exceeded past the point in just being a standard field agent, possessing the skills and capabilities to handle solo missions without putting themselves in danger of being killed, have strong leadership skills, and works in perfect synchronization with others become potential candidates for the occupancy of the General. Generals answer to the chiefs of the branch they're assigned to and are usually stand-alone officers, wandering the continents on their handling the most dangerous missions that regular field agents aren't suited to handle and even recruiting others to join the organization if they deem them a suitable candidate to join or in need of a place to go. It is not uncommon for them to only check in every few months, though only one general has gone for years without contacting anyone.

Field Agent - A standard mission given to individuals who pass all of their training and are ready to go out in the field. Once training is complete, first-time agents work in pairs of two but it is not uncommon to go in a group of three or four if more help is needed. Some field agents have gone alone on missions but it is usually when the mission can be handled without casualties and extra help involved that is most suited to the individual given the mission. Sometimes there are missions given to retrieve important items while making sure they do not fall into the wrong hands during transport. There are many missions like this usually involving supernatural artifacts and texts that need to be studied and deciphered by the science department. Missions vary from retrieval, dangerous, or undercover.

Sho had survived his Heat period but it'd gone back to the painful experiences he'd had before. More painful compared to normal. He barely got any sleep, he definitely didn't eat anything and made it through drinking a mixture of Gatorade and ginger ale to settle his stomach to calm down the excessive vomiting. Not to mention he'd dropped some weight due to not eating hardly anything. Just smelling anything nearby him made him want to vomit. Bright lights made his head hurt and aspirin was only playing with the leftover symptoms of pain he felt from his Heat. Normally, he'd be resting and trying to rebuild his energy back up before returning to school and/or work but he was out in this cold weather because he'd gotten a message from the artist he collaborates with that they wouldn't be able to finish the work assigned to him so Sho's webcomic could be published. They'd come down with the flu and had to recommend a replacement artist until they got better.

This wasn't a great time for things like this to be happening. He hadn't wanted to leave his room but a meeting with this replacement artist was scheduled for today so he had no choice but to suck it up and meet with them. Hopefully, they could get the artwork finished on time and it all looks well before he had it uploaded. They said half of the work was already done, the rest needed to be completed, colored in, and looked over before being submitted. He did like the artist he worked with. They were nice, understanding, and weren't trying to change any part of the story he wrote. It'd made working with them easier. Sho didn't know what to expect with this replacement. Plus, he wasn't in a great mood to argue with anyone either. That won't improve until a few days from now along with his appetite. His stomach felt so empty on top of feeling drained. If someone looked at him, he'd look like the one that came down with the flu and not his artist.

But things happen when one doesn't expect them to. He made sure to wear his scent collar and take suppressants to keep his scent from causing problems for anyone. It shouldn't but paranoid as he was during his Heats, Sho didn't want to take any chances. He arrived at the Melody Cafe fifteen minutes early before he was scheduled to meet with the temporary artist he'd be working with. As always, the cafe was crowded as it was the early afternoon lunch period. Between students and people from their jobs taking their breaks/lunches here, the rush was expected. Though he did manage to find a table by the window that wasn't being occupied and made his way there slowly while holding onto the straps of his backpack. Tiredly, he removed his bag off his back and sat it in the seat while sitting beside it. He took a moment to adjust the scent-blocking mask over his nose as he didn't want to succumb to smells that would affect his stomach. The outdoor environment itself was already doing that enough. Adding the mixture of strong coffee and other drinks and meals being prepared to that did not help.

The only thing that was good right now about the atmosphere is that they had a small bad on the stage that was set up playing soft and gentle music. It'd been a while since Sho had come here so he'd completely forgotten about the entertainment aspect of the cafe. It'd added a nice relaxing touch to it which did ease his headache a bit. For the moment, he sat there waiting. His elbows propped up on the table while he was massaging his temples to help ease his headache further. God, he hated the after-effects of his Heat...

Recycled Threads / Unplanned Encounter (Koji)
« on: January 23, 2022, 10:17:06 pm »
Jacob had the day off from work and decided to use his time wisely by going out to get some exercise. Going out for a walk to clear his mind was a good way to spend his time. Thus, he went to Ueno Park. His everyday school stresses he once had were no more and he wasn't rushing to immediately apply for university. He wanted to work and save up money to be able to afford it on his own and not have his stepmother use her money to pay his way. He'd rather just not attend university if that were the case. He may not have had to deal with idiots constantly challenging him to fights on a regular anymore but it hadn't meant he was free from his stepmother invading his life. And because he avoids all of that woman's calls, somewhere in one of them was a message telling him that she picked out another useless suitor for him to meet with. He simply did not want to deal with that.

If they couldn't handle him as he is, then what was the point in meeting with different ones? Simple. Control. Jacob didn't understand what was it about that, that got people off but the mere thought of being controlled by someone he's in a relationship with didn't sit well with him. In fact, it just made him angrier. It hadn't matter if the person was male or female, they simply wanted to control and neuter him as a person. He'd rather eat nails than allow someone to degrade him like that. It's why he wasn't focused on finding a mate. He was fine as he was. It wasn't a necessity nor was it important for him to have a mate but his stepmother felt differently about it. Given that the woman was used to living in luxury, dealing with someone who didn't care about such things got under her skin. Why that was, Jacob would never know. And he didn't care enough to ask. Already a headache was forming just thinking about that woman. Knowing that he would have to meet with her later today. But he was going to drag it out as long as he could. At least until she got pissed off enough that he was taking too long to go by the house.

Stretching his arms up, Jacob yawned then placed his hands behind his head as he walked along the sidewalk path, headphones in his ears. The park was crowded like it normally was during the day with people hanging out. Friends, families, and couples were spending time with one another. Jacob adjusted the volume on his Bluetooth headphones and selected a song on his phone's playlist to listen to as he continued walking. All the while, his mind wandered again. Contemplating on university again. More or less waiting it out until possibly next year sometime to apply and work on getting an AA degree. But he wanted further work experience along with that degree as both looked good on a resume if he wanted a higher paying job in the future. He didn't dislike his job at the record store but Jacob didn't want to spend the rest of his life working a minimum wage job. It was enough for the time being that allowed him to save up, move out, and live on his own. Finally, he could go home to peace and quiet.

No one coming into his room unannounced and bothering him with stupid questions. As for finding a mate, Jacob was not interested. That was something many of his former classmates and his current friends knew about him. He was capable of taking care of himself. He didn't need someone to do that for him simply because he was an Omega. He already hated the idea he was one, he didn't need other people making it weirder for him. Now he had nothing against others like him being into it. They could do what they want with their lives. It just wasn't something he was looking for or wanted. Now if his stepmother would understand that, it would be nice. She had children of her own already she barely paid attention to and that was because they were Betas which didn't make sense to him either. They were her children and yet she ignored them to harass him and his brother. At least Usegi didn't have to worry about it anymore since he'd recently made it known that he and their former teacher Sousuke were engaged and were planning to become mates.

Good on them. He wished his brother good luck even if it was still strange he was with their former teacher. As long as they made each other happy, that's all Jacob cared about. What they did outside of that, wasn't his business. It only would be if he hurt his brother which he knows that Usegi can't keep a secret to save his life so he'll know if anything were to happen. As he walked down the park path, he spotted a tree with good enough shading and made his way towards it. Once there, out his phone from his pocket and selected a calmer song to listen to, and then placed it back in his pocket. He'd then began doing side stretches to loosen up his muscles. He would go to his cousins' dojo for a workout but it'd only end with him being challenged by Ryoichi and he wasn't in the mood for that. This was better. He felt more content.

Unfinished & Finished Threads / Unexpected Restart (Yuuto)
« on: November 17, 2021, 08:54:38 pm »
Things on campus were pretty slow today. The week of Thanksgiving was growing closer which meant that a lot of students that lived on the campus grounds in the dorms would be going home for the holiday. If any were still around, that was only to gather their course materials for the small break to work on. Sho wasn't one of those people that lived on campus but considering after that week of the holidays, his Heat would roll around, he was on campus to gather double the course work. While he may not be able to get it all done, he could at least have half of it worked on, which is what he was intending to do. He'd already submitted two chapters of his online comic in so it was just going through revisions and meeting up with the artist he was working with to get those two chapters drawn out.

He didn't think his little fantasy adventure comic story would be interesting to others but he was happy that it was well-received and readers wanted more. He was working hard to keep the story on the right path and avoiding straying too far off to have everyone confused when they read it. He didn't know how many more chapters to it he was going to write but there was no denying that the green-eyed young man was having fun writing and sharing it. At least working on his comic book story would be off his mind during the duration of his Heat. Lord knows he'd never be able to focus on it during it or anything else for that matter. But that wasn't the only dilemma that was running about his brain. On top of dealing with arranging for things in his personal life to be squared away for when he'll be out of class, there was also that nagging remembrance of that business meeting he attended with Sadie a week ago.

He wasn't fond of being sexually harassed by the man named Usui Tatsuya that he spoke with and he'd hit him out of retaliation for it. He hadn't liked that he'd done that but he'd done it and he had to deal with it. Safe to say that Sho definitely disliked this man and if he hadn't stopped Sadie from trying to beat the hell out of him, he probably would've had more than just broken bones and limbs to contend with. This was concerning but the more awkward part about the entire ordeal was seeing his old friend Yuuto White again. Or rather Yuuto Usui now. It's not surprising he didn't recognize the family name or the relation since his old friend at that time didn't use the family name. Sho never questioned it or believed he needed to because it didn't matter. However now, it did make him curious as to why he'd accept it after rejecting it.

It showed that there was clearly a lot about Yuuto that he didn't know or never got to chance to know before the other male had broken off their friendship out of the blue. Sho had no idea what to say to him and the air between them was just ... awkward ... Yuuto had admitted to wanting to mend their friendship but Sho was naturally unsure. He didn't know if he could go down that road again being left with unanswered questions from someone who just blindly followed what their family told them to do. Especially when he knew that Yuuto didn't like his family all that much because of how he spoke ill of them. Except for his sister and Sho didn't even know she existed. He'd never gone to Yuuto's home when they were friends. They always hung out at his home in his room.

Remembering all of that bothered him. Mainly because it hurt. He'd managed to move on and make some friends on his own. Albeit, they're very strange from what he was used to in terms of people to associate with but they didn't seem like people who would just leave him hanging the way Yuuto had with that air of mystery with the question of "what made you do this?". Shaking his head, Sho released a sigh as he held onto the folder in his hands with all his upcoming school assignments and tests that he would need to study for while walking about the courtyard which was very scarce with people. This meant, he could find an empty table to sit at and sort through all his assignments and put them in order based on what he needed to do first, and work from there. There were a couple of tables outside already occupied so Sho went for the table that was stationed underneath one of the large trees. The shading was also a plus. Winter was creeping in slowly and while it was cool outside, it was also warmer more than it was cold.

Settling on this, Sho made his way to the empty table, setting his things atop it before sitting down. He needed a distraction to stop his mind from wandering so much on things he'd tried putting behind him. 'Besides, can't fix what's already been done. Why ... try now ...?' Sho thought as he opened the folder with all his assignments in it and began sorting through them.

Let's be real, the only reason Sadie was here at the festival that was being held in this district was because of the simple fact there was a festival and it gave her an excuse to wear a cute kimono. Granted a "bonding festival" wasn't something she'd normally go to. If she felt like bonding with anyone but not specifically mating with them, she had her special group of friends for that. She loved it, they loved it, it was fun for them all. Her private life was no secret to anyone that knew her closely. Sometimes she had a habit of getting new people involved in her life to join in on the fun. Not everyone was receptive to it. Case in point was her friend Shouta being one out of her many friends that would always ignore and decline her advances. Whether she was teasing him or not.

While all she wanted for him was to see him happy, Sadie didn't always think much about herself. It's possible that's why she felt indifferent about the bonding festival. Sure it was a festival that promoted healthy relationships between secondary genders as well as allowing unmated individuals to find a mate they want to spend the rest of their lives with but Sadie didn't believe something like that was for her. Not that she didn't want it but she knew that despite the equality between the secondary genders, there were always ones that put down ones of lower class or putting down someone for just presenting at a certain secondary gender. That kind of thing grind her gears and it's that kind of trash she always kept out of the workplace. Didn't mean people wouldn't come into the bookstore and try it but they'd be read quickly and kicked out on their faces.

She needed a break from everything and while the festival had a purpose, it was an excuse for the blonde to get out of the house and see some fireworks and again wear a Damn cute kimono. Standing on a hill, she was leaned over the railing watching the festivities from a distance. The entire area below her light up with so many beautiful lights. Unmated and mated couples were present and even those like herself that didn't come with anyone was there as well. So even if she wasn't here for the intended purpose of the festival, everyone was still welcome to come and enjoy the fun and scenery. She would've worn one of those longer kimonos since she did own one but it was too hot outside for it so she settled for the shorter one. It was comfortable and she wouldn't die in it from the overwhelming humidity outside. It may be dark out but that didn't make it any less humid. It almost reminded her of how the weather was back home during the summer. Stretching her arms above her head, then placed them behind her back, the voices of passer-byers behind her walking on by to find themselves a higher spot to watch the fireworks from that would be showcasing pretty soon.

Alphas-α / Sebastian Michealis [Alpha]
« on: June 20, 2021, 06:34:46 pm »

”I am simply one hell of a butler.”

Name: Sebastian Michaelis

Alias: Sebas-chan (by Grell), Michealis Sensei (by his students)

Date of Birth: ----

Age: 20-25 (appearance), No known age confirmed

Primary Gender: Male

Secondary Gender: Alpha

Character's Scent: Fresh Wood & Sulfur

Sexuality: Asexual

Race: Presumed British American

Species: High Level Demon

Hobbies: Teaching, Cats (adores & collects them), Entertaining Others, Enjoys giving orders, Scooping out a new master

Powers/Abilities:
Faustian Contract – Sebastian is a high-level demon that can make a contract with any human who summons him and grants them his full services with the price at the end of the deal being him devouring their soul as payment. He bears proof of the contract on the back of his hand where the symbol rests while his master bears it on a part of their body. Sebastian keeps the contract hidden by wearing white gloves.

Enhanced Speed – As a demon, Sebastian has demonstrated the ability to outrun a car that was attempting to speed away from him. He is also able to run to places in one hour that would take longer to get to by way of transportation.

Enhanced Endurance – When fighting, Sebastian can sustain multiple injuries. An example of this is when he and a Shinigami by the name of Grell Sutcliff fought for the first time and he’d wielded a powerful death scythe. Despite being severely injured, he continued to fight and still protected Artemis. He’s also able to survive attacks that would kill humans, such as being shot in the head and chest multiple times. He’s even had one of his arms severed off at least once but he, of course, gained it back.

Enhanced Sense of Smell – Sebastian can find humans based on smell, included those he has never personally met, which allows him to deduce if they are dead, alive, or injured and can discern if someone is a human or a member of another race, like how he was able to quickly identify that there are students at Tsukuba who are also not human. Sebastian has stated that he can pick up any kind of scent and determine a person’s secondary gender without them having to release their scents.

Transformation – Sebastian has demonstrated that he can switch between his human form and his true demon form and back quickly. His true form is of a black crow.

Fire Control – By revealing the sign of his contract, Sebastian can set an entire building on fire from any lit fire in the area. Though it is not an ability that he uses quite often.

Manipulation – Beyond making contracts for a human’s soul, Sebastian has offered to make other deals or attempted to charm and manipulate people to get what he wants. Another Shinigami by the name of William has called this the ‘signature’ ability of a demon and states that it works by deceiving the pray with sweet words and dragging them into the darkness.

Body Manipulation – Sebastian has shown to be able to twist someone’s arm by just twirling his finger.

Personality: Aside from Sebastian's demon abilities, he is quite excellent at performing nearly any task that he does or ordered to do should he be bound to a master. He's dutiful, dedicated, and displays an air of sophistication when around others even though he is a demon. Given what he thinks and views about humans as a whole, there are times where Sebastian can appear to not show any concern for them at all. As humans are tempted by what is presented to them, he can be very persuasive when he wants to be and he uses this tactic to gain information out of others. It doesn't matter if the victim of Sebastian's persuasion is male or female, he will use that human's desire to his advantage to get what he wants from them. He finds it quite entertaining at times even though shinigami views such a thing as despicable. Although he doesn't mind taking orders, he enjoys it more to give them now that he has the free will to do so. His current position as a teacher at Hakoniwa Academy gives him that free will and he isn't above using fear to get his students to do what he says. This he also finds to be entertaining to him as well. Truth be told, he does enjoy teaching but being a demon he would prefer to devour the souls of a human that's worthy of forming a contract with. One quirk about Sebastian is his love for cats. He adores them and finds them to be the ideal pet compared to dogs which he despises.

It's not hard to tell when Sebastian is annoyed. He dislikes being behind schedule is one reason for it, unruly students who don't know how to listen is another, and three having to deal with his stalker Grell Sutcliff all the time. It's best to not get on his bad side or he will show you what it means to be in the presence of a demon. While he won't hurt anyone unless he has to, he uses fear instead and finds it a pain to do so since he doesn't like to have to repeat himself more than once. As a demon, he displays the same emotions that humans do such as being jealous and possessive but this is only when it comes to the one he is in contract with. He doesn't take well to other demons trying to take what belongs to him, IE his food as he shall be the one to feast upon their soul as part of the contract. As such, his demonic aura can be seen within his shadow if he appears to be bothered by someone that's clearly in his way. He finds humans to be difficult creatures and finds it hard to see the good in them. However, he does find their struggles and goals to be interesting and humorous in a sense. It is these things that drive him and if a human's desire for something is strong enough, he would be summoned and would be bound to them, following their every whim and word. It all depends on if there is anything in it for him, for that, he again doesn't show much concern for humans unless of course what's happening around him ends up destroying everything and everyone. It's half and half. But if he could convince a human who doesn't call upon him to enter into a contract with him, that works out for him as well, although this tends to get him into trouble sometimes.

Especially with women who are easily swayed by the face and charm of a man and especially an Alpha, which Sebastian uses to his advantage to collect information but the last time he did this he conceived a child with a sorceress named Yuuko Ichihara. His son Sai is a lot like them both in terms of personality which Sebastian finds to be frustrating at times whenever he does attempt to speak to his son though they've been known to also fight one another when they don't see eye to eye or he just fights him to test how strong he’s gotten. Being a higher-level demon that collects souls, Sebastian does not crave human food. Such meals and beverages are tasteless to him and he has been known to get heartburn from just simply drinking lemonade. As such, he does not eat, nor does he sleep except as a luxury. He also views money as rubbish and is more than willing to give out generous amounts of pocket money given to him. Sebastian also has a great distaste for Shinigami, a feeling that is returned but he, for the most part, tolerates Grell. He absolutely cannot stand dogs, finding them to be incompetent creatures that are at the constant beck and call of their masters and always run with their tail between their legs.

Occupation: Teacher at Hakoniwa Academy | Teaches 9th Grade Geography & 12th Grade Government Law

School: ----

Place of Living: Red Fountain Apartments > B5

Original or Canon: Semi-Canon

Face Claim: Black Butler – Sebastian Michaelis

Appearance: Sebastian is 6’1” and takes on the appearance of a tall, young adult male with red eyes (sometimes they turn brighter or reddish-pink) with black hair. In appearance, he's said to resemble a certain student on the student council even though they aren't related at all. He is normally dressed in an outfit consisting of black trousers, a tailcoat, a vest, and a tie. He sports a pocket watch with a chain and wears white gloves to conceal the mark of his Faustian contract. Occasionally he removes his gloves, revealing that his fingernails are black. When acting as a tutor to his charge, he wears glasses and a scarf and sweeps his hair back from his face. When he was the butler of Anastasios Cruz his hair was much longer and pulled back by a black ribbon. He also wore a slightly different outfit with a lacy ascot tie. He served as this young man's butler only for a little while before consuming his soul. He’s been known to wear other attire as well and any side wardrobe other than his butler outfit was altered to fit with the current time. Sebastian I & Sebastian II

History: Sebastian is an enigmatic Alpha demon with a mysterious past. He originally lived in the demon realm, which is very different from the human world. He was also different from other demons, being a high-level demon he possessed strength and power of his own but also a lack of emotion towards humans and their problems. Despite the desire to be in contract with a human to consume their soul, he finds the daily things they go through to be interesting and entertaining. Meaning that just from watching on the sidelines, humans have proven to be creatures that will do just about anything to obtain what they desire. If that meant stepping on others in the process, then so be it. Just as humans did what they felt they needed to do to get what they wanted, Sebastian was no different from them and used a human's desires against them. Yes, he has been contracted to many humans throughout the years. One of which was a young Omega woman named Artemis Mathews who had been abducted from her home as a teenager and was sold as a sex slave along with her family being killed in the process.

She'd summoned Sebastian out of the desire to be free of her captors and the life she was leading and he offered it to her in exchange for her soul. She agreed to it if it meant being free. Artemis belonged to a wealthy noble family but was the second born and was outshined a lot by her older sister Lucilla, an Alpha, because of her accomplishments as a noblewoman in London. She adored her older sister but at times she couldn't help but feel jealous of her because she did so much good for the city being a woman trying to run as a politician in London which was quite hard back then in the 1800s for women were known for only being good for bearing children and looking beautiful in public. Plus, Queen Victoria was her sister's role model whom she looked up to. In a way, Artemis wanted to be so much like her sister but knew that in her parents' eyes she would only be considered second best. As it turns out though, not many were happy with the idea of Lucilla trying to become a politician nor was she deemed worthy enough and many a time there had been attempts on her life and her family's lives. The last attempt took the cake which resulted in Artemis's abduction and her family's murder. Her family didn't deserve to die and she wanted justice for them and all the hell that she had been put through. And her contract with Sebastian was formed and he killed everyone around her as she had ordered him to do.

The experience of being used as nothing more than a sex slave had caused Artemis to be rather cold on the inside and she put up walls around her to keep others from getting close. However, she did have one friend that she cared for and wondered if she was still alive. Her friend's name was Sylvia Dallas (Beta) and upon her return to her family's rundown estate which is what all was left after her abduction, she was welcomed with open arms by her friend who noticed that Artemis was very different but she was glad to have her friend back in her life alive although she was saddened that she had lost her family in the process. Artemis merely dismissed it as nothing could be done to bring them back but now that she had a demon butler at her side, she was going to ensure that her family won't have died in vain and that she will restore their good name. Sebastian willingly served the young woman whom he found to be a rather difficult master because she liked to avoid social gatherings when she didn't want to be bothered or when it wasn't of any interest to her. Only social gatherings in which had those there whom her sister had been acquainted with she would attend to gain information out of them to see if any of the current politicians had it in for her. None of them seemed to be of any use to her so she kept digging elsewhere.

She'd even order Sebastian to dig up information in places that she couldn't look into without being discovered. In the meantime, she decided to follow in her sister's footsteps and try to become a politician to help the people and try to keep the streets of London safe if she could. It was a big responsibility but someone had to do it. That and this was the easiest way to find her family's murderers. Then a wave of women ended up murdered around London and Artemis was asked by many how she was going to handle it. She intended to and with Sebastian's help, she was going to do just that. What she didn't expect to find out was that Sylvia was behind the murders of all the women that were killed and each one in question was linked to Sylvia's husband Richard Dallas. Artemis confronted her friend about her actions as she escaped the police but she had been killed by her butler or rather a shinigami disguised as one by the name of Grell Sutcliff. Sebastian was ordered to handle the situation how he saw fit and he did as he was ordered, him and Grell fighting against each other. Although it appeared that Grell had the upper hand, Sebastian easily outsmarted the shinigami by disabling his death scythe by using his coat to jam it from moving. From there he proceeded to beat Grell senseless. But he didn't stop there as he'd taken it upon himself to use Grell's death scythe against him. Grell pleaded with Sebastian not to harm him, then tried to offer a trade of who killed Artemis's family to be spared.

This didn't work since Sebastian was stopped from killing Grell despite the offer and Artemis ordering for Sebastian to stop as well but alas he was interrupted by another shinigami from dispatch named William T. Spears who proceeded to stomp Grell's head into the ground while reading off the list of rules that he'd broken while apologizing to Sebastian for having to deal with the displeasure of Grell. He was also displeased because he had to bow to the likes of a demon. Grell might not have been dead but he was returned to dispatch where he faced punishment, leaving Artemis and Sebastian there with her friend Sylvia's body. Sebastian apologized to Artemis for not killing Grell as she'd ordered him to do but she slapped him instead, lashing out at the fact that, that thing had information about who killed her family, and if she'd known that from the beginning, she wouldn't have ordered it. When told to stop he should've done it. Sebastian apologized to Artemis for disobeying her and swears to never do it again but a demon's promise doesn't always go very far. But he was her butler until the very end of their contract and obeyed her until her days were finally beginning to count down. The further she pushed herself into the world of politics, the more she began to discover that not everything was as it appeared.

She understood why her sister worked hard at what she did, to change things, for the sake of the people and not to benefit herself. She discovered that two Senators were behind the murder of her family and the cause behind her abduction as well. These two men felt threatened by Artemis's sister and her achievements and plotted to knock her down a peg. They didn't think their plans would go over too well but what they didn't expect was for Artemis to resurface alive so they attempted to kill her too, just like they did her sister and their parents. The two senators were crooked and liked the way things were going to where they could fill their pockets as well as do what they wanted when they wanted. Lucilla got in the way of that by wanting things to be done fairly for the people to trust the words of a politician from start to finish. Discovering this, Artemis ordered Sebastian to kill the two men which as he tried, he was shot down by the men that guarded the men. They laughed as they believed to have succeeded and planned to kill Artemis next but they were fooled as Sebastian had risen and taken the guards down then followed through with his orders to kill them both. Having done this, Sebastian's contract with Artemis was now at its end. She stood there before him honestly stating that she thought this would make her feel better but instead she feels worse.

But at least now she'll be with her family like she wanted and asked of one last request of Sebastian was to quickly take her soul. Sebastian do so without any hesitation and Artemis's lifeless body was now laid within the demon's arms as he had successfully devoured her soul. After that, Sebastian became contracted to a young boy who was a mage named Anastasios Cruez (Beta) who summoned him to take revenge on those that killed the people in his village as well as destroyed it, all the while leaving him to die. Despite having the power of his own, he wasn't strong enough to fight. His hatred for the village raiders is what summoned the demon before him and it was during his service to this young man that Sebastian became a strict disciplinarian. He may have done as his new master ordered of him but he was a boy who had power himself, which wasn't uncommon but it was something that could easily get him shunned from society. He was no one of any famous family other than being born to a human witch and wizard but his powers were beyond mediocre. Doing simple spells was hard for him. Admittedly, Sebastian was no expert in magic or witchcraft but in some ways, summoning such power to use it wasn't that different from a demon. He'd joke with the boy about that from time to time but also literally kicking him into shape since he also lacked physical body strength as well.

Even Sebastian knew that those who possessed magic could easily manipulate their strength magically to be ten times stronger than the average person or being but it took one on willpower and strength to reach such capacity. Anastasios hated the training and just wanted to find the raiders that took away everything and everyone that meant something to him but Sebastian wasn't ready for it to end so quickly. Yes, he knew this boy's life would end just as soon as he would face them and while he harbored no fear of such savage humans, he knew his master did and would rely entirely upon him to fight, most possibly dying in the process even though death isn't something that demons hardly fear, especially a senseless one. He stayed with Anastasios for six months before seeing that the boy was putting more of an effort into the training exercises that he'd been put through. His magic had gotten better as well. Not great but better than it was when he first had been summoned to him. The raiders that had killed a lot of villagers and destroyed the village in which they and Anastasios lived were living it up in their village where their word and everything else was law. They took advantage of the people that lived there and extorted money from them along with raising taxes when the people could barely afford to pay them. Anastasios saw this and wanted to do something about it. A selfless act before he would depart from the world. Even with magic, one thing he couldn't defeat was a death that was inevitable no matter which way he looked at it.

He wanted revenge, yes but the people that the raiders were making downright miserable deserved some form of happiness themselves. So he ordered Sebastian to kill the raiders and the cruel people that ruled over that area so that new ordered could come and once he did that, he could have his soul. Sebastian did as he was ordered and struck fear into the hearts of the men who killed many innocent people, many of them being children. These were their just deserts. Anastasios fought as well but became injured during the fight. He found himself a place to hide where Sebastian had followed after him. He was dying and he wasn't strong enough to fix it. He couldn't do the impossible but he told Sebastian that he was glad that he had the chance to fight and that he may not have been able to save the people or his family in his village but at least this village didn't have to suffer the same fate as they did. Sebastian merely chucked stating that humans are interesting and confusing. No matter what drove them to do what they did, someone would always die in the process. That's just how it was. He took the boy's soul, leaving him to lay there as he died peacefully. From that point on, Sebastian had contracts with humans around the world here and there. He even got a free will period where he wasn't bound to a master and he could roam and do what he wanted.

He'd found himself another master that lived in Japan and this one was the product child of a former lead detective who was killed in the line of duty. He worked with this person for a while solving cases while trying to discover who killed the former lead detective. It may have been stated who did it but the child of the detective had believed it to be a setup and wanted to uncover the truth. At that time, there was a case that involved innocent young women being abducted at night on their way home and their bodies would turn up with their heads removed and bodies mutilated. Signs of oral gratification were done to their heads after being removed. Their investigation led them to a local shop set up in Tokyo. A woman named Yuuko Ichihara ran the shop there though it was here Sebastian's past had begun to catch up with him as he'd met and seduced this woman which caused her apparent disdain and hatred for him to arise as she’d given him the information he desired. That and she became pregnant by him and had a son that she named Sai. They did find the killer they were looking for, which was a man named Tai Buro and he explained in a sadistic way why he abducted the woman he’d killed. It was just to hear the way they screamed while and after he tortured them. He also stated that it was his way of punishing them for cheating on their partners as the women the man abducted were either married on in relationships. So he treated them like the shit he believed that they were.

Tai tried to get away but was killed before he could escape. Two cops on the force shot him dead rather than him being arrested. Sebastian found his time spent with this master to be boring since he didn't stay alive long enough for him to enjoy the taste of their soul. They discovered that there were two crooked cops on the force that worked with the former lead detective and had got him killed when he found out that they were up to no good but covered it up to make it look like someone else killed him. Sebastian then killed them and then devoured the soul of his master. It was then he decided to stay in Tokyo, Japan for he could sense a force of darkness that was stronger than anything he's ever felt before. It was exciting and he was curious to see just how humans were going to deal with it if they could. That would require them to accept that there are just some things in this world that are real that aren't supposed to be. That being said, to avoid being discovered as a demon, Sebastian took up a job teaching at one of the local schools there. One, in particular, was called Hakoniwa Academy. While he may not dislike having to teach teenagers all that much, it is entertaining for him to see how hard some of them would try to do anything to get what they want. Teenagers weren't all that different from adults after all as they wanted more things, no matter how pointless and frivolous it was.

Some students were not human at the school, some of them present within his class which he knew he couldn't tempt with an offer of a contract without getting in trouble for it should the student end up suddenly dying without an explanation. As a teacher at this school, his duties are not only to have his students well-informed but also to tone down what he finds to be nonsense between students constantly worrying about others around them presenting as a different secondary gender from them. Sebastian, while an Alpha, only uses that information to his advantage when he has to. When he’s teaching, societal norms are not welcome in his class. He prefers that his students pay attention and focus on their classwork. They can argue with each other when off campus but when in class, everyone is required to get along and he’s not above using fear to do just that. Because as a demon, he feels he has no responsibility to protect anyone but they all provide a good source of entertainment for him.

Omegas-ω / Kimihiro Watanuki [Omega]
« on: June 20, 2021, 05:48:03 pm »

"There are no coincidences in this world, there is only inevitability. Isn't that right, Yuuko-san?"

Name: Kimihiro Watanuki

Alias: Watanuki-kun

Date of Birth: April 01st, 2002

Age: 19

Primary Gender: Male

Secondary Gender: Omega

Character's Scent: Honeydew & Peaches

Sexuality: Demisexual

Race: Japanese

Species: Human

Hobbies: Cooking, Housework, Being Helpful

Powers/Abilities:
Seeing Spirits - Watanuki has the power to see spirits and other things that are invisible to everyone else that is unable to see them. These spirits plague him daily as they are attracted to his blood and therefore they will stick to his body like glue, weighing him down to where he is unable to move. To many who see this, they find him to be a weird young man acting strangely in public when in reality he's yelling at the spirits to get off of him and they will not do it unless Doumeki is near or he is within close range of Yuuko's Shop as both have the power to keep spirits away. There are also other spirits that Watanuki can see that do not plague him all the time and usually they have a reason behind him seeing them, whether they are attached to someone else, they're targeting him trying to kill him or others, etc. Being able to see spirits is not something Watanuki is fond of but because he has this ability, it has helped him get out in many situations.

Speed & Agility - Watanuki possesses great speed and agility as he's been able to outrun a lot of spirits that tend to chase him, especially during certain times of the year like the full moon. He's been known to easily dodge attacks from spirits that can attack without getting hit but there have been times when he's not been so lucky and has gotten injured several times.

Empathy - Watanuki can also feel the emotions of others when they are talking. If they have a negative feeling, he starts to feel sick and dizzy. If they have a positive feeling, he feels calm and cheerful.

Personality: Having grown up alone after the death of his parents, Watanuki had grown accustomed to doing housework which usually entails cooking and cleaning. These are things he doesn't mind doing for himself but he finds it troublesome to do it for Yuuko, mainly because he finds her to be a packrat that needs to clean more often. While he complains, he still does it as part of his job. He mainly enjoys cooking though as he always challenges himself to make new dishes, especially at the request of Yuuko and Doumeki as well. Normally the requests require ingredients that aren't in season and he has to use other alternatives in preparing meals which usually turns out fine. It can also be known that Watanuki adores Himawari Kunogi (Beta) whom he's gone to school with since junior high and has been his main crush and object of his affections since then. He can always be seen being cheerful whenever she's around and tries very much to spend as much time with her as he can before Doumeki interrupts but anytime spent with her, Watanuki enjoys regardless of that fact. Though Watanuki often appears annoyed and complains all the time, deep down, he does care about the well-being of others and tries to be helpful in any way that he possibly can. There have been times when he's even been nice to Doumeki despite his dislike of him.

Watanuki dislikes the spirits that follow him around every day and desires to find relief in not having to deal with them but is unable to unless he can pay the price in wishing for it, which would require him to give something of equal value for his employer Yuuko to grant the wish for him. Unfortunately, this got him stuck doing all of her housework like cooking and cleaning and helping her with any customers that she may have visited the shop. While assisting her isn't much of a problem, he does greatly hate Yuuko's drinking habits because of the simple fact he finds it to be such a pain to have to go to the store all the time to buy medicine for her to be able to get over her hangovers. It's troublesome but he finds himself being unable to not help her and does so but he'll complain about it. He finds all of this more troublesome and hardly pays attention to the societal issues that many around him tend to focus on. Oftentimes, forgetting he is an Omega since his secondary gender is more of an afterthought due to him having so much going on.

The main thing is often assisting Yuuko with anything that involves supernatural occurrences, Watanuki doesn't care too much for the creepy and unexplained happenings that come along with it. There's not much he can do about it but deal with it but that doesn't mean he has to like it. He tries so hard to also not bring misfortune to others and sometimes cannot help but blame himself for the things that happen to people, even if he knows it isn't his fault, he somehow feels responsible. Despite all of this, the one thing that Watanuki hates is Doumeki Shizuka (Alpha & classmate). He hates doing anything for him or having him around. But it is Doumeki's presence that keeps spirits away from him and knowing this, Watanuki finds it annoying, especially when Doumeki appears whenever he's trying to have some one-on-one time with Himawari and feels that Doumeki butts in way too much. Watanuki also possesses low self-confidence in himself and figures he has nothing important that he holds of value because of how his life has been.

Occupation: Watanuki's been working at Yuuko's Shop as her part-time assistant.

School: Kaibara University | First Year, going for AS Degree in Culinary Arts | Cooking Club Vice President

Place of Living: Red Fountain Apartments > Apt B4

Original or Canon: Canon

Face Claim: xxxHolic – Kimihiro Watanuki

Appearance: Watanuki is 6'2'' with short black hair and indigo blue eyes and he wears a pair of ordinary oval-shaped glasses. Watanuki's been known to wear clothes more related to the Japanese and Chinese style like yukatas and regular clothing such as jeans and t-shirts or suits whenever he is going somewhere that requires such attire.

History: Kimihiro Watanuki is an Omega who was born with no siblings and his parents having died when he was so young that he barely remembers much about them. He feels happy to know when told as he got older that they were happy despite being dead. However, this is not the worst of Watanuki's life. The fact that his everyday life is plagued with spirits that only he can see and it is an inherited trait from his family that was passed on to him. This means his blood smells good to various spirits and that is what attracts them to him. Many of them do not harm him but they do stick to him, causing him to be physically weighed down by so many of them to a point that he can barely move. As such, many things that he'd like to do as a young boy with others around his age, he had to avoid doing because it causes the spirits the come out as soon as they smell his blood nearby. He's lived the majority of his life alone, having to take care of himself and dealing with irritating spirits that he is unable to get rid of. It may be common for non-humans and spirits to exist but he is aware that not everyone can see spirits and therefore, some would just think he’s crazy seeing something that is not there. So much like a lot of his problems, he keeps them to himself and doesn't say anything, trying to figure out on his own how to deal with them.

He deals with so much that what many who present as an Omega would normally worry about is not something that is on his mind. He’s struggled to deal with it but he doesn’t allow his secondary gender to placate his entire existence. He doesn’t see things or people around him as black and white. He views everyone as their own person instead of segregating them like many tend to due to being lower class or just presenting as a secondary gender they prefer to avoid. Watanuki finds that to be cruel but that doesn’t mean he is without anyone he doesn’t care much for hanging out with. The two closest people around him are people he’d gone to school with since eighth grade and they are Shizuka Doumeki (Alpha) and Himawari Kunogi (Unknown). He finds Doumeki to be annoying but is infatuated with Himawari and doesn’t mind being around her at all. While he never noticed it before, the spirits never seemed to flock to him whenever he's around Doumeki. He didn't find this out until much later after stumbling and falling on a fence that repels the spirits he'd been chased by away and he'd been led to a strange house where he first met two small girls at the main door that welcomed him but it was a woman named Yuuko Ichihara that he encountered afterward. He swore that he entered by accident but she tells him that it was inevitable that he showed up to her shop, being that it was fate that brought him there.

She tells him that she is the owner of the shop and that she grants wishes in exchange for some sort of price. Yuuko asks Watanuki what is his wish and he asks for the spirits to stop chasing him. She agreed to grant it but at the price of him working for her as her helper in the shop until he accumulates enough time to pay the price he owes her for his wish. From that day forward, Watanuki began working part-time in Yuuko's shop. It is in this shop that he meets many people that coincide but as Yuuko says repetitively, there's no coincidence. The people Watanuki encounters help him to change and understand things from Yuuko's perspective and at the same time he also matures as well. He discovers through Yuuko that Doumeki's presence around Watanuki keeps spirits away so there are times when he must be around even though Watanuki dislikes this very much. But he tolerates it if it allows him to be able to help Yuuko and others. He learns the power of divination, not noticing that this is the beginning of a transformation in himself. Since one of his biggest problems is his low self-esteem, he'd gladly hurt himself if that helped someone else. It's suspected that this is why Yuuko asked him to work in the shop since he had nothing important enough to him to pay for his wish with. This causes difficulties when others decide to help him despite risking themselves. Watanuki is unable to accept someone sacrificing for him. In one case he exposes to great danger when spending time with the spirit of a woman, who lost her child when she was young. He does so that the woman doesn't experience the same loneliness he feels. He continues to see her despite falling ill (he even coughs blood).

To this day, he continues to encounter many different people and is involved in many different situations. The majority of the time he handles the problems on his own and other times with Doumeki whom he still dislikes now that the two of them are attending the same university. His love for Himawari hasn't changed at all either and he adores having her around but doesn't get that same feeling with Doumeki. At the very least he's come to tolerate him to an extent but has moments of vague deja vu whenever he's around him. Normally he shrugs them off but from time to time he'll question them if something different happens that he feels cannot be explained. He'll still complain about Doumeki's presence but he does take into consideration that whenever he is around, the spirits that plague him stay away. Watanuki continues to work for Yuuko while dealing with the woman's various childish antics and her heavy drinking where she ends up getting a hangover and he having to get some medicine to help her feel better. He doesn't show hate for Yuuko since she's been nothing but nice to him on many occasions but he does dislike her trolling habits. He does appreciate that she is willing to someday grant his wish to be unable to see and attract spirits.

This doesn't mean he won't get angry with her and it's usually all the time when she does something he doesn't like or is instigating Larg (Black Mokona) to do things he doesn't want to do or play with him. Watanuki doesn't care much for Larg, finding him to be an annoying "Kuro-Odango", meaning "black dumpling". Maru and Moro aren't as bad either as he tolerates them more than he can Larg and Yuuko sometimes. Overall, he does generally care for them regardless and would protect them at all costs if necessary. If it meant him having to give his own life, he would do it but that is something that Yuuko often calls him stupid for because she views it as him throwing his life away so cheaply as if his life meant nothing to him. He doesn't understand why giving his life to save another is a bad thing but it is a self-lesson that Yuuko is trying to teach him. Whenever he's not working at the shop, he does try his best to focus on school and find some leisure time in between the two of them so he can have some time to just relax.

Omegas-ω / Hanataro Yoshida [Omega]
« on: June 08, 2021, 07:26:30 pm »

Just promise me that you’ll come back home.

Name: Hanataro Yoshida

Alias: Hana-kun (by his roommate Sai)

Date of Birth: April 01st, 2002

Age: 21

Primary Gender: Male

Secondary Gender: Omega

Character's Scent: Lotus Blossoms

Sexuality: Demisexual

Race: Japanese

Species: ¾ Angel & ¼ Human

Hobbies: Cooking, Eating (meat-filled rice balls), Helping Others, Cooking, Cleaning, Being around Sai

Powers/Abilities:
Healing - Though Hanataro's healing powers are limited, he can restore biotic organisms to life which took a lot of practice and some encouragement from his roommate in believing that he can do it. He can also cure damaged and withered organisms, heal wounds, broken bones, low vitality, and poisoning. He, unfortunately, cannot heal diseases brought on by the human body nor can he revive the dead. He can, however, heal the damage done to the body but it would take him a while and he'd not be interrupted while doing so. The healing process for that takes a lot longer and once done Hanataro will be left feeling exhausted.

White Water Manipulation - Through the usage of any nearby body of water, Hanataro can take that water and through the use of his powers purify it to make it stronger with the divine purpose that embodies purifying properties and healing aspects. The purified water can cure and/or harm anything that is its opposite, which is anything that's under the influence of dark power. The water itself will not harm anyone that is human but should they be possessed or cursed, it will harm that which is dark. Most demons and vampires are rendered weak against purified water and as such Hanataro has to be careful about who he uses it on as he doesn't want to hurt the wrong person unintentionally as he prefers to help people not hurt them.

Teleportation - Hanataro can teleport from place to place without the need to physically travel to a destination. Just by thinking of where he wants to go, he'll appear there at will. Through some training with Sai, he's been able to better handle this power to where it doesn't backfire on him. He's learned to focus his concentration without letting anything distract him.

Wing Manifestation - Hanataro can summon transparent wings on his back that allows him to take flight when he needs to. He can also use them as a shield to protect himself from attacks. He can also detach a feather from them and use it as a weapon, which is a practice in progress.

Personality: Hanataro has very good domestic skills such as cooking and cleaning. At an early age, he became the immediate caretaker for his mother Aria who became overcome with an illness after his father left them and his older brother Gentaro. Gentaro was originally responsible for taking care of their mother but when he’d gotten a job that required him to be a live-in servant for a wealthy and famous artist that was an Alpha, Hanataro took on everything and devoted his time to taking care of their mother. He’s not very good when it comes to making sweets but he does his best with the recipes provided to him and trying not to change anything that would make them sweeter. Unlike his brother, Hanataro loves cooking, just as much as he loves eating, specifically meat-filled rice balls. He does like reading, taking a keen interest in wanting to learn about other cultures and the people from these places. That said, his academics are average but thanks to being tutored by his current roommate Sai, he’s above average at best.

As for his powers, while they may be useful to him, they are in their weakest form having befriended Sai as he has, he’s been able to train a bit with them. At least enough to where he can fully use them without them backfiring on him. Hanataro is known to be a nervous and timid young man, often freaking out over the littlest of things. He tends to be very clumsy and easily duped because his birthday is on “April Fools Day” and it gives others the excuse to prank and make a fool out of him all the time. It’s why he’s come to partially hate his birthday and never finding a reason to celebrate it. His kind nature and nervousness results in him being bullied by Alphas that attempt to take advantage of him. He didn’t trust people for a while but eventually learned to do so and open up more when he became friends with an upperclassman and now roommate Sai Hamasaki.

Face Claim: Bleach – Hanataro Yamada

Appearance: Hanataro is 5'4'' with black hair that is mid-length, his bangs framing his face and blue eyes. Hanataro works as a server & cashier for Bruster’s Ice Cream and his work attire is a short-sleeved shirt that consists of the colors blue, red, and white and he wears blue pants. For casual attire, he wears simple clothes like t-shirts, jeans, and tennis shoes. Hanataro I

History: Hanataro Yoshida was born to parents Aria Tenma (Omega) and Hiroshi Yoshida (Alpha & Angel), his birthplace being Hiroshima, Japan. He’s the younger brother of Gentaro Yoshida (Beta). As Hanataro was born the youngest, he nor his brother had any awareness of their father’s family but they were both aware that their father was an Angel and had powers that he never used or rather, never had a reason to use them but Hanataro was the only one who developed them at the young age of a year old. He grew up in a fairly normal lifestyle despite that but when it came to being around other kids his age, they were pretty mean to him. They liked poking fun and pranking him because his birthday was on the first of April it gave them the excuse to just be terrible. Hanataro didn’t understand why since he just wanted to be friends with them but they just saw him as a nuisance. That and this caused him to dislike his birthday from that point on.

As for how close he was with his family, he and his brother got along and got on each other’s nerves as siblings do but he was warned to not abuse his powers by both of his parents. His father respecting the wishes of his wife in wanting both of their sons to just grow up and living normal lives. But she didn’t mind at all that her husband wasn’t human. It showed that not all humans are afraid of what they don’t understand. And it was the lesson that both Hanataro and Gentaro were taught as they grew up. Despite the minor troubles he had to deal with involving other kids, that was nothing compared to meeting his father’s family who wanted the man to leave his family behind and come with them. Not only that, they wanted him to come with his father to train him properly to use his powers and find him a proper mate when he became of age. Hanataro didn’t want this. He didn’t want to leave his mother or brother and he certainly didn’t want his father to leave them either.

But to keep them from taking Hanataro away from his mother and brother, his father agreed to go with them alone as long as he left his family be. They surprisingly agreed to this so it left him having to prepare to leave. He apologized to the three of them and to give his wife some peace of mind, he used his powers for the first time but to erase memories of him. Only leaving her with a vague remembrance of someone she loved yet couldn’t remember. He said goodbye to her and his sons. This left Aria as a single parent taking care of her sons but she was often depressed and unfocused, unsure of why she felt so empty. Yet she continued to go to work to provide for her boys until she was unable to do it any longer. She’d fallen ill to a terminal virus attacking her body to where she was unable to move any longer. This had Gentaro taking over the responsibilities and Hanataro doing his best to help out as much as he could despite feeling useless. This included using his powers to ease the pain Aria was going through but he would never tell his brother as he didn’t want him to be upset with him for just wanting their mother to feel better, if only for a little while.

Life continued for the family despite the trying times they were going through. Hanataro was enrolled into an all-boys junior high where he’d eventually presented as an Omega. Because he was a low-class Omega, this made him a target to any Alphas. It even included harassing him on his birthday. Hanataro hated it. He hated going to school there but he stuck it out because he didn’t want to feel like a burden to his mother and brother. Plus, they couldn’t afford to attend better schools so they had to go where they could to gain a proper education with the money they did have. He was only able to get some peace of mind whenever he was home even though his mother wasn’t getting any better and the medical bills were piling up. Not to mention, he didn’t like getting involved into politics since many Alphas and Betas that attended the school he went to were highly opinionated. If you didn’t agree with them, it usually led to fights. So he usually kept his opinions to himself, being made to feel like he had no right to share his opinions because he was an Omega. That wasn’t even the worst of it. When his brother was seventeen and Hanataro being twelve, Gentaro had gotten caught up in a situation where he’d been accused of stealing art from a local gallery in an attempt to sell when he was only trying to come home from work.

The case was all over the news along with the faces of those taken into custody for it. However, only the others were prosecuted while his brother wasn’t which confused Hanataro and made him wonder why didn’t he return home if his brother’s innocence had been proven. It was only a few months after it happened that he received mail from his brother that’d informed him and their mother he was fine and he was offered a job to work at the mansion of the artist who not only owned the gallery but had art on display there. So they would be sent money to pay for medical bills, regular bills, medicine, as well as food, and anything else they needed. Hanataro thought this was very strange but he was glad to know his brother was okay. It still didn’t explain why he couldn’t come home. He had his suspicions about the letter that’d been sent so he’d decided to track the address it’d come from and go and find his brother. But he made sure that his mother would be alright before doing so. Aria told her son she was fine and just go and check on his brother. He found the mansion that his brother was working in and of course it was heavily guarded since the man who owned it was a wealthy Alpha. The only way he would be able to get in was to teleport inside. Given that his powers were very weak, he had to force himself to concentrate just to do so.

He got inside if not in the most convenient way but he got in without being seen. He was hoping to find nothing, that things were fine but they weren't. He'd spotted his brother going into a room that belonged to the Alpha in question who’s name was Daisuke Inaba and while no one was looking, he cautiously caught a glance inside of the room. Hanataro was traumatized by what he'd seen. His brother was having sex with this man or rather the other way around since it hadn't appeared as if his brother was enjoying it. It'd traumatized him so bad that he'd hid somewhere before trying to escape from the grounds using his powers. He wanted so badly to sneak his brother out of there and bring him home but he didn’t know what would happen if he had. He was scared his brother would be harmed or worse, all of them, including their sickly mother. So he did nothing despite what he’d seen, despite his inner thoughts screaming at him to help his brother, he felt ashamed that he was scared to do so. Even if he’d reported it, there was a good chance no one would believe that his brother was being forced to have sex with that man. But he made it out and went home. He couldn’t even tell their mother what he’d seen as it would just break her heart.

Gentaro was doing something against his will for them to live better and he hated that he had to resort to such a thing to be able to do that. Hanataro began to feel helpless and unable to do anything to get them out of the situation they were in. All he wanted was for things to go back to the way they were. Things were better but they no longer had that. He lied to his mother about Gentaro. He told her that he was alive and well but hid the truth about what he was really going on. He hated having to do that but he didn't want her to worry more than she already was. He also didn't want her to get sicker from doing so. From that point on, they continued to receive letters in the mail from Gentaro, and with it was money that did help for a while to take care of their mother and the house. Unfortunately, Aria took a turn for the worst and died in her sleep. Distraught, Hanataro had tried to use his healing abilities to wake her but it was no good. She was gone. He’d called 911 and they came to remove her body from the home. He’d eventually set up a proper burial for her using the money sent to them and decided to also look into selling the home they lived in. Hanataro did all of this on his own and he’d found a relator that wanted to buy the house and remodel it but he had to be honest with them that his mother had passed away in it. Everything inside, he’d put in a paid-up storage and the money he got from actually selling the house, he used it to move out and leave Hiroshima to go to Tokyo to start a new life for himself since he didn’t have any immediate family he could go and live with that he knew of.

Hanataro was fifteen around this time. Once he’d gotten to Tokyo, enrolled himself into a somewhat better school which was Hakoniwa Academy. It was more tolerable compared to his old school as the teachers there seemed to care when students were being harassed. He found the Amestia Inn where he’d stayed throughout his duration of attending high school at Hakoniwa. He was still distrusting of people but he’d been able to befriend an upperclassman named Sai Hamasaki. Rather, Sai befriended him. Suffice to say, he didn’t trust him in the beginning since he thought he’d mistreat him as others have in the past but he didn’t. Instead, he looked out for him. He was also a half-demon and a Beta but he didn’t seem to allow that information to bother him. Just as Hanataro being a half-angel didn’t bother Sai. The only thing about Sai he didn’t know at the time was that he was working for a supernatural organization that specialized in investigating supernatural cases that couldn’t be handled by local police. He just knew that there were days on end he was always absent from school. When he did attend school, he would often appear out of nowhere protecting him from another student harassing him. He appreciated it but it didn’t stop him from freaking out anytime Sai appeared out of the blue.

There were times he’d wanted to ask him why he was always absent but didn’t want him to get upset with him. He was technically the only friend Hanataro made and stuck close to whereas everyone else was just indifferent around him. Spoke to him sure but never asked if he wanted to hang out with them. He always liked hanging out with Sai but it wasn’t long before things turned awkward for them. Sai eventually admitted to having feelings for Hanataro to which caused him to have a flashback of seeing his brother being forced to have sex with that man Daisuke. He knew it wasn’t the same thing as Sai’s confession. Hanataro was just unsure of how to respond to it. That and his mind wasn’t on the idea of finding a mate as it was on the mind of others. He was just doing his best to make it like he has been doing. This is what prompted Sai to tell him why he was always absent from school. He told him about the organization he worked for and that he couldn’t tell him, in the beginning, was because it was for his own protection. He didn’t want him to become a target in case any of the missions given out to investigate ended up with the loved ones of those part of the missions getting attacked. Plus, he also knew how hard Hanataro was working but felt obligated to help him and still be there for him even when they both graduated.

That’s when he’d asked Hanataro to come and live with him. It was a lot for Hanataro to take in. He was confused and conflicted all at the same time. Yet as it turns out, the idea of not being able to see Sai anymore once he graduated bothered him more than he realized. So he said yes in accepting the offering to live with Sai but needed time to sort through how he feels regarding Sai’s confession. He also would tell him that he didn’t care about what he did but he just wanted him to be careful and to always come home. This had made Sai happy to know that he could still be close to Hanataro and even help him with his studies and help him to better use his powers which became a routine for the both of them as Hanataro gave up his room at the Amestia Inn and moved in with Sai during his senior year at Hakoniwa. For a year and a half, he’s lived with Sai and even graduated from Hakoniwa and started attending Kaibara University. He’s currently in his second year there, studying culinary to get better at cooking since he loves it and loves that Sai enjoys what he makes. He also works as well at an ice cream shop. He’d even reconnected with his brother Gentaro a few months ago, happy to know that he’s out of the situation he’s in but never admitted to knowing the truth about what he was doing. He was just glad to see him and no longer being forced to subject himself to anything that man wanted him to do.

But he could tell that because of it, his brother was no longer interested in the idea of finding a mate and preferring to just stay to himself. He couldn’t blame him on that though Hanataro’s situation was a little different as he had yet to come to terms with what feelings he had for Sai. He just knows and feels that he wants him to be around so there is a hint he has feelings for his friend but has yet to realize it. Only time will tell.

It’s possible I can no longer get close to people…

Name: Gentaro Yoshida

Alias: Gen (for short by Satoshi)

Date of Birth: April 20th, 1993

Age: 30

Primary Gender: Male

Secondary Gender: Beta

Character's Scent: Pink Roses & Sparkling Mandarin

Sexuality: Asexual

Race: Japanese

Species: ¼ Angel & ¾ Human

Hobbies: Cooking, Cleaning, Drawing, Reading (Comics & Graphic Novels)

Powers/Abilities: ----

Personality: Gentaro is a fairly smart young man when he originally attended school. Though he never scored higher than his classmates on assignments and tests who were considered “overachievers”. As much as this had made him feel quite inadequate at times, he was still able to pass his classes on his merit. He has always desired to go back and finish schooling and maybe attend university but found that to be rather difficult living as a slave in the home to a wealthy, yet selfish Alpha named Daisuke Inaba who always had him following orders and the man purposely made it so Gentaro couldn’t learn anything past the level of high school. This annoyed him greatly since he had a lot of things he liked doing. Cooking wasn’t one of these things he favored but he knew how to do it because he’d taken the responsibility of caring for his sickly mother and caring for his younger brother as well. What Gentaro loved doing the most was drawing since he’d always wanted to make his own comic books and had a lot of ideas for stories based around characters he’d created and inspired by characters from works he’d read from other creators. However, he’d lost his desire for it when his life had been taken from him and he had to become accustomed to the new one he’d been forced to live.

He very much wants to get back the love he had for drawing as it’s a side of himself that not even Daisuke knew about. He even enjoyed reading since he did own different types of comic books as a child. It’s what made him want to create one of his own. But living within the walls of Daisuke’s home, there was no such thing as comic books in his extensive library. This meant he’d read on his own or be required to read different books of other genres. He didn’t complain and it helped keep his mind occupied as well as keep himself sane by occasionally pretending he could escape within the confines of the stories he reads. As a person, Gentaro is nice once you get to know him but there are a lot of things he just won’t tolerate when it comes to people now. The obvious was stupidity which he had to deal with constantly being around Daisuke all the time. It was frustrating for him to deal with someone smarter than they let on yet there was nothing he could do to change them. He can virtually get along with anyone that isn't trying to hold him hostage or hit on him. He will speak his mind though and isn't above telling someone about themselves if they are showing out.

Gentaro also has trust issues when it comes to meeting new people. This stems from him being held captive by Daisuke since he was a teenager and being sexually and physically abused by him. This has put him off from the idea of wanting to mate with anyone since living around Daisuke and having to constantly interact with the man’s extended family has made him quite alert as everyone has an ulterior motive for attempting to be social. Nothing is without something needed in return for it. He isn’t against the idea of making friends, but it will take him a while to trust them. The one friend he had made is with another servant of Daisuke’s name Satoshi, but he dislikes it when Satoshi’s trying to hit on him and feel him up. The topic of "love" isn't something Gentaro cares about talking about for he wasn't given that chance to love anybody when his innocence was robbed from him. As such, he doesn't "feel" anything for anyone romantically that he comes into contact with.

He doesn’t even feel anything for the Alpha that’d held him captive for half his life before letting him go. Other than sheer annoyance and disgust, it doesn't go beyond that. His sexual experiences with the man have also caused him to develop a weak stomach for he's prone to throwing up at random times whether he wants to or not. He is unable to control his stomach when this happens. No matter how much he may feel hatred towards Daisuke for robbing him of his life, which he tells him on many occasions, he's not stupid enough to do anything to the man without his family trying to kill him for it. So, he settles for calling him out on anything he does and verbally voices his opinion about how he feels a lot while knowing he should remain silent but chooses not to. As such, he's developed a bit of a foul mouth that contrasts with his kind nature which he displays towards those he feels do not mean him any harm and aren't attempting to use him for their own purposes.

History: Gentaro Yoshida was born in Hiroshima, Japan to parents Aria Tenma (Omega) and Hiroshi Yoshida (Alpha). He’s also the older brother to Hanataro Yoshida (Omega). Gentaro’s mother was a human with no powers when she’d met Hiroshi who was a man with a few secrets of his own. Hiroshi’s family consisted of Angels with immense power and because they wanted to keep this power in its purest forms, this meant no one within his family was allowed to mate with humans or any other species outside of their own. This family rule had been followed for many years until Hiroshi was born as he was the only one who didn’t follow such a rule. He found it to be quite unfair they couldn’t choose the mates they wanted but they were allowed to be friends with virtually anyone. Whether he was refusing to understand their reasons behind why this was put in place or not, Hiroshi didn’t care. So he often rebelled, going out to do his own thing and it was when he’d first laid eyes on Aria. He didn’t know why but he felt a pang in his heart that longed to be close to this woman even though she was human.

This indicated that the Alpha inside of him wanted to mate with this woman so he sought out to learn more about who she was. Aria wasn’t interested in the beginning since she thought of Hiroshi as nothing more than a playboy Alpha due to how much he was flirting with her. As flattered as she was, she was very cautious. This was because she was a low-class Omega and because she was, it seemed unreal that any Alpha would be kind to her much less want her without trying to be forceful and get away with it only because they can. It left her unmated and alone but she wasn’t a woman that would just sleep with someone who showered her with compliments without wondering if they had ulterior motives. Hiroshi understood that but he also assured her that he genuinely wanted to get to know her but avoided talking about himself and his family. His family has migrated across the world before settling in Japan where he was born but while the world was more aware of individuals who weren’t human, there were still some that weren’t accepting of them. That said, he wanted Aria to get to know him for who he is before he’d told her what he was.

Aria did just that. Getting to know Hiroshi and finding him to be a rather interesting man. Eventually, she did fall in love with them, and to spite his family the two of them became official mates and had gotten married. It was after this he’d told Aria that he was an Angel and had powers. He’d wanted to know if she still wanted to be with him despite not telling her in the beginning. He loved her but would understand if she was upset with him. Aria only smiled and said that she didn’t care about that. She’d already accepted him for who he was and will continue to do so. All seemed serene and they eventually had two children together. Their first child is Gentaro and their second is Hanataro. Aria did show concerns about their children's developing abilities but it was only Hanataro that developed powers at a young age whereas Gentaro didn’t develop any at all. Though he wasn’t resentful towards his brother because of it. Like average brothers, they argued and would get on each other’s nerves but they didn’t hate one another. Plus, it wasn’t common in the current age for humans to be mates with non-humans, so that didn’t mean they had to hide any powers they eventually gained but that didn’t mean they could abuse them by using them on others.

And Gentaro never saw his brother trying to abuse them so he didn’t have a real opinion regarding his powers other than wanting him to be careful. Their parents also felt the same way. Their peace ended when Hiroshi’s family had decided to visit them, being very resentful of him deciding to leave the family to mate and have children with a human woman. This would also be the first time that Aria had seen, much less heard about her husband’s family but they didn’t hide their dislike of her. Yet they were surprised that a human woman like herself was able to birth a child that showed promise. They set their gaze on Hanataro and ignored Gentaro. He and his brother also weren’t aware of their father’s family and Gentaro took it upon himself to protect his mother and brother from them while Hiroshi settled things. While doing this, Gentaro watched over his mother and brother to keep them calm. His father, on the other hand, had been told to return to his family and leave the family he had behind except for bringing Hanataro with him. Despite being half-human, they would train him properly to perfect and use his powers to do good things with them and a proper mate would be found for him. First, they wanted to sever the pair bond between Aria and Hiroshi.

Hiroshi had confronted his wife and children about this and Aria pleaded with him not to leave or take Hanataro away. She believed they wouldn’t survive without him. Hiroshi didn’t want to leave them or take one of his sons with him but he knew that his family wouldn’t let up and would consistently harass him until he agreed to do it. Hiroshi wanted his wife and children to be left alone and he’ll only agree to go back with his family if they agreed to this. His family accepts his choice, leaving Hiroshi to apologize to Aria and their sons for this. He loved the life he had with them but his duty as an Angel would always be a priority to his family and them reminding him of it. That said, he told his sons to take care of their mother as they would probably never see one another again. To give Aria some peace of mind, he for the first time used his powers but only to erase memories of him, leaving only a vague remembrance of having loved someone before they left. He kept his sons’ memories intact. He said farewell to them and left. Aria was never the same person when Hiroshi left. She was constantly depressed and unable to focus on her job whenever she went to work. Eventually, she fell ill with a terminal virus that was attacking her body, making her unable to work, much less do anything around the house.

Responsibility had been placed in the hands of Gentaro who was fourteen at the time and already presented as a Beta while his brother was still young and hadn’t presented yet. Gentaro had not only gotten himself a job to help with the bills around the house that his mother was unable to take care of herself now but he also had to focus on school as well. He strove hard to want to leave Hiroshima to attend university in Tokyo once he finished high school but constantly dealing with medical emergencies with his mother’s health was hindering him a lot and he had to take care of his brother as well which he’d only told to not use his powers since they seemed like they would be nothing more than a burden for him. And then he believed it was still possible that their father’s family would return to take him away anyhow despite their promise to leave them be. He didn’t want to take the risk. Especially with their mother getting sicker and no amount of medicine was helping her recover. When he was able, he did attend school. He wasn’t academically intelligent like a lot of his peers but he passed his classes with decent grades. He had a love for art and would often hide away by himself somewhere on campus, usually the library to draw anything that came to mind for him, regarding how he was feeling.

He loved reading, specifically comics and other graphic novels for he decided that maybe someday he could make amazing art like that. He was pretty good at drawing but never showed anyone anything he worked on. Then an Alpha classmate of his got spiteful one day and took what Gentaro was working on just to give him grief. His reasoning behind it was because the boy was nothing more than a useless Beta to him and he wasn’t showing respect to those who are superior to him. He ripped up the picture Gentaro worked so hard on. Normally, it wasn’t in him to argue with anyone, let alone fight but he disliked the idea of being looked down upon for something he had no control over when he already had enough on his plate to deal with. So he punched the guy in the face. He wasn’t expelled for it which is what the parents of the Alpha wanted but he was suspended for a while on top of being made to write an apology letter to him. Gentaro knew an apology letter wouldn’t make that guy any less of a Dick but he’d done so without complaints. Since he’d been suspended from school, he used that week to earn a little extra money. Hanataro did his best to help out around the house as well and keep their mother company.

He wasn’t sure if he was doing things correctly but he wanted to help his older brother as much as he could. If it meant secretly using his healing powers to ease their mother’s pain. As his powers were undeveloped, he was unable to rid her of the illness she suffered from. He just never told his brother about this and instead would tell Gentaro that their mother was feeling better some days and not worrying. This made Gentaro feel relieved he didn’t have to worry as much and he could focus on other things. However, at the age of seventeen is when his life was suddenly taken away from him. He was leaving work when a group of Omegas and Betas were running from a scene of the crime at a local art studio they’d broken into. They stole a few pieces of highly expensive art and would attempt to sell them to make some money to split between them. Gentaro would always take the same route home but he’d gotten caught up in this when one of them had knocked him down while running away from the police. They were all caught and taken into custody but he’d been taken along with them despite not knowing who any of them were and what was going on. The police didn’t believe him despite being told he was innocent and he was only trying to go home as he’d gotten off from work.

He’d been told to keep silent and locked in a cell with the rest of the art thieves. Gentaro believed that things couldn’t get any worse since he was the only one taking care of his mother and brother. He knew they wouldn’t survive long without him but as weird as it was, this changed when the owner of the art gallery had come to the jail to confront the thieves that attempted to steal from him. This man was named Daisuke Inaba, a wealthy and well-known Alpha. At first, he was not pleased by what’d happened and released a powerful wave of his scent around the captives in the cell. However, he noticed that one of them wasn’t as affected by his scent as the others. He found this strange since it didn’t matter if he was in the presence of another Alpha or around Omegas and Betas, they would almost instantly fall victim to his scent and pass out from the strength of it. Gentaro was the only one that didn’t as he was clinging to his innocence in not being involved in what’d happened. The man became intrigued by this young man and ordered for the police to release him but prosecute the others. Gentaro hadn’t expected such an ordeal to happen, much less meet a well-known Alpha like Daisuke. He couldn’t help but be suspicious as to why he’d asked for him to be released instead of prosecuted with the rest of them.

Instead of taking Gentaro home, he’d taken the young man to his mansion. He’d asked the boy to tell him a bit about himself and what he was doing in an area where those thugs were. Gentaro was hesitant. But he told the man he had nothing to do with what was going on. He was just trying to leave work to go home, the same thing he’d told the officers. He’d slipped and said that he had to get back to his sickly mother and his younger brother as he was the only one working to take care of both of them. Daisuke had decided to offer him a job to work in his mansion where he would be given free room and board and a reasonable wage. It seemed too good to be true for Gentaro. As much as he needed the extra money, there was just something about the man that didn’t sit well with him. So he declined the offer and asked if he could go home to his family. He appreciated it but his family needed him more and he couldn’t be here working and leaving them alone to fend for themselves. And he was fine with the job he had. This was not what Daisuke wanted to hear. No one had ever turned him down before and he was someone that wasn’t used to being told no. But the decline had also aroused something within him and he couldn’t allow this young man to leave him.

Daisuke also told Gentaro that he couldn’t allow him to leave. If he did, he would simply take him back to jail and not home as he wanted. Then who would care for his mother and brother while he was in jail? He informed him that he was giving him a reasonable offer where his family would still be provided for even with him being away. Gentaro still told the man no and that his place was with his family and not stuck being the lapdog of an Alpha. This struck a chord with Daisuke, disliking his tone and struck him for his insolence. He then grabbed him, tossed him on the bed, and forced himself onto him with Gentaro pleading for him to stop. Being raped by this man was a horrific experience for Gentaro and later humiliating for after that night, he’d been forced to be that man’s sex slave as long as he was in his “possession”. He felt no need to claim him for he felt fear was enough to keep Gentaro from trying to run away from him. He may have kept up his end of the offer in caring for Gentaro’s mother and brother by sending money to them and any additional help they would need, but this left Gentaro broken. He hadn’t expected his first sexual experience to be with someone he didn’t want to be with and because of it, he’d been turned away from the idea of love. Daisuke was always rough with him whenever he was in one of his moods but occasionally, he would be gentle.

All the while, he found it to be nothing more than disgusting, and having to put up with Daisuke's bizarre moments of stupidity now and then frustrated him to no end. Gentaro spent the next seven years of his life living with Daisuke as his servant and sex slave. He wanted so much to leave but didn’t believe he had the confidence to do it without thinking Daisuke would send someone after him to bring him back. He felt so useless and was often depressed so to cover up this fact, he would always snap at anyone he came into contact with, which included other members of Daisuke’s family which he’d later discovered over seven years to be a large extended one. Gentaro didn't have any friends, not that he had any before he was forced where he is now but Daisuke did have another servant boy that to Gentaro's knowledge, he didn't sleep with but he was overly flirtatious and constantly hit on him ALL the time. It creeped him out and many a time he would tell him to stop but he'd continue to jokingly pester him. The boy's name was Satoshi and he did seem to genuinely care for Gentaro's well-being and would often scold the man for how he treated him. Threatening to take him away if he didn't treat him better. Albeit in a joking manner of course since he was always cheerful whenever he was around them.

Gentaro appreciated Satoshi's friendship but he wasn't into him like that. That ideal of romantic emotion ... he didn't believe it existed inside of him so it comes as no surprise that he doesn't open up to others so easily. It's also why he never responded whenever Daisuke attempted to be nice or gentle with him for he always believed there was an ulterior motive behind it. That and he was just bothered by the idea of sexual contact with anyone and embarrassed at his own body responding to it each time, always feeling disgusting. He's openly said that more than once and other times he's kept it to himself. Regardless, Gentaro desired to have a sense of normalcy back into his life and he didn't know what that felt like anymore. Satoshi could see this and decided to do something nice for Gentaro. He decided to look into the matter involving his mother and younger brother Hanataro. Discovering the information he'd given it to Gentaro and he found out that his mother was no longer living. She'd finally succumb to her illness and was buried in one of the Hiroshima cemeteries. His brother had left the house they lived in, having sold it, and used what he got from it to leave and head to Tokyo to start a new life. All he could feel was just sad that he wasn't there for the two of them. At least his mother wasn't in any pain anymore but this left him without a reason to worry anymore. Granted he still wondered if Hanataro was alright.

Having learned of this information, Daisuke had eventually decided to let Gentaro go and be free of what he always felt to be “imprisonment”. It was hard for Gentaro to believe at first but since he wasn’t being stopped from leaving, he took him at his word that he was genuinely letting him go. He was given money to go wherever he desired and his desire to leave Hiroshima and go to Tokyo had begun to surface again. He didn’t want to live within the city any longer. It’d also given him a good reason to look for his brother as Satoshi had informed him that Tokyo is where he’d gone to. He first had to establish himself somewhere and that meant finding work, a place to stay, and going back to school. Daisuke had only allowed for him to finish up high school but not allowing him to attend university, only wanting him to always be around the mansion. But since he was out on his own, he took the chance in taking a university entrance exam. Plus, Tokyo was known for having some of the best schools and Gentaro already had an idea of what he wanted to do. Getting back into art since being around Daisuke had made gave him a dislike for it but he still wanted to follow the old dream he once had. He did pass the entrance exam to an all-boys school that had a university attached. Ashford Private Boys Academy.

He’d also found himself a job and a place to stay that was affordable which was the Amestia Inn. He did eventually find his brother Hanataro who was a high school graduate and currently a student at Kaibara University. Gentaro couldn’t be prouder of him as well as happy to see him. He was also thankful that Hanataro never had to see him in the situation he was formerly in. He didn't think he'd get to have a normal life again but it's finally happening. No more does he have to worry about looking over his shoulder and worrying. He can focus on himself now. He is content with the new life that he is starting to settle into.
