 | | Tonight was especially chilly, not that Mori could feel it. The forest was peaceful tonight too, so Mori decided it was time for a little break, even if only for the night. "Time to explore." The spirit thought to herself, finally taking a step outside of the forest she'd spent basically the entire past 200 years inside of. Being a spirit, Mori could definitely float around the city if she really wanted to, but instead, she decided to go on foot, like when she was alive. Despite the time, the streets of the city were as bright as day, and so, Mori followed them, it was certainly an unusual experience for the spirit, especially having no idea in which direction to go, so she followed the plant life throughout the city.
Mori decided to use some of her power to make herself visible as she explored, in case she somehow met a local at this obscene hour. This situation really let Mori think, think to herself about what city life must be like, it must be so different from what she was used to. Looking around, Mori could tell that tonight was cold, even if she couldn't feel it. The biggest thing Mori misses since turning into a spirit was being able to touch things, to feel things. The chilly breeze blew against the plants as she walked past them, yet not moving her hair even an inch. Anybody passing by would probably think of Mori as a crazy person, wearing what she was in this kind of weather, let alone the fact she interacts with nothing.
While she was thinking to herself, Mori seemed to have subconsciously walked to the local park, which amused the spirit greatly. Seeing as she was back around nature again, Mori decided to wander around the general tree line of the park, getting a good look at all the fruits in the trees and flowers lovingly planted by her feet. Despite being inside the city now, this park that Mori found herself in felt really homely to the spirit. Bending down with a smile on her face, Mori brushed her hand through one of the flowers, it passing straight through without even a second thought, the flower did however wave lightly as Mori's hand brushed over it as if hit with a sudden breeze. With that, the spirit let out a light sigh as she stood back up and continued wandering around the park.
