Arcade Challenge [Open]

Sho had decided to take a break from writing and venture out of the inn and head to the arcade. Not to avoid writing since he did have a couple of writing projects he was working on but also because there was a special limited edition action figurine that was a top tier prize for anyone that scored the highest points on at least three of the arcade games and kept the high scores for at least a day. So it was one of those, three high scores on any game challenges. Being the nerd that he was, he couldn't help but collect things that he liked.

Right now, Sho was playing one of the racing games that he originally started pretty bad at playing. The more he played it, the better he got. Not enough to gain a high score of course, but it was still pretty good to at least be three spots close to it. Pressing his foot down on the pedal and turning the wheel, he ended up swerving out of bounds toward the end of the game which is why he was placed fourth. He'd done better than most that played the game but still had a long way to go. Sho was sticking to three games. A fighting game, a racing game, and one of those target shooter games.

He still retained the high score on the fighting and target shooter games he played but the racing one was giving him a run for his money. As long as the prize was still available, he'd be persistent in coming back in hopes of winning it. He'd come to the arcade enough to be recognized by those that worked there. Not a bad thing but at least they weren't making a fuss about his presence. Since the game ended, Sho got up and decided to head to the counter to buy a snack and a drink. Small bag of chips and a Gatorade. He took both and sat down at one of the empty tables, taking a break from the games for a minute.
