"Alright, make sure that section of books is stocked because those are what's selling the most right now. Shiguchi and Akane, you two I want to clear these shelves here because we need to make room for all the Valentine's Day merchandise that's come in. All the Christmas and New Year's merch has been packed up and shipped out so the next holiday to promote is V-Day," Sadie told her coworkers before her that were gathered around to be assigned different tasks to do around the store. Like always she was dressed up in a cosplay outfit to match the next following holiday that was coming up. In this case, her outfit was reminiscent of Valentine's Day, even if it was a bit too sexy but using her creative mind, she made it work to her benefit and to the benefit of the customers. Meaning she couldn't go super sexy with her outfit that would be deemed "inappropriate".

This meant she had to wear tights underneath her outfit and a shirt of some sort over or under it. She went with a long-sleeved white shirt to go under the dress as the blonde found it more fitting. Can't show the kiddies everything that they're too young to see. But Sadie couldn't resist being a festive person when it came to holidays and birthdays, it was just her thing. As long as no customers complained or made up lies about her outfits being a health hazard or something, she was fine. This was all in good fun. She even left it up to her coworkers in deciding if they wanted to wear Valentine's Day pieces of their own. Being the manager of the Evergreen Bookstore, she'd always been told she was a strange and unconventional one. She already knew that but took it as a compliment most of the time whether or not it was meant to be one.

In the meantime, everyone that was standing in the group as she was talking to them nodded in understanding at their assignments. Once she clapped a few times and give them a thumbs up, they dispersed and got started. Sadie would go around helping them off and on but being the extroverted and cheerful person that she was, she hated staying in the back in the office like a stuffy office manager and preferred to greet new customers as they entered the store. Today wasn't a busy day but business was picking up a lot more compared to the first couple of weeks of January. It'd been pretty slow but everyone was coming back and she made sure to flash them her best smile like she always did. She wanted to make every customer that entered the bookstore felt right at home shopping there.

She heard the bell jingle, indicating that more customers were coming in and she stood behind one of the display tables and greeted them. "Welcome, welcome! We have what you need for all your reading desires and so much more! We will have future Valentine's Day merch available soon!" she chimed while giving a peace sign with her fingers. Despite what she was wearing, unless she felt it was a necessity to act in character with what she wore, she'd do it. Other than that, she was her usual self which everyone preferred since they knew it was a terrible idea to get on her bad side.
