"
Alright, alright everybody! Welcome, one and all to Kaibara University's Halloween Festival hosted by your school's student body and many students who wanted to put forth their participation to make this the most SPOOKTACULAR day EVER! WHOO!" There stood student body president Milly Ashford on top of a large stage in front of a crowd of students dressed in a
Halloween costume as she waved excitedly at everyone. She was happy that the preparations for this day was successful and there weren't any problems whatsoever in getting things done. It was getting close to the holidays and exams would be rolling around soon and therefore, the blonde felt that everyone at least needed to have fun on this day.
Besides, she LOVED Halloween. It gave her an excuse to dress up as well as torture Shirley by fitting her into costumes that she wouldn't normally wear along with the rest of the members of the student body. It was mandatory for them to dress up and she wouldn't take no for an answer. Well, unless they agreed to wear a hat then Milly would settle and not force it. As for the students of Kaibara, they were all excited about the many booths that were set up, contests that they could participate in, musical performances Halloween shows, rides for the kids that were set up, and a ton of food that was prepared, including giving out candy. Everyone cheered in excitement and Milly couldn't be happier at seeing the smiles on everyone's faces. "
So let's all enjoy this day, shall we? We have a costume contest later on in the day so make sure you surprise us all with your adorable, funny, and scary costumes! Oh and before I forget, free pictures with any member of the student body! So meet us by the photo booth across the courtyard! Alright now, let the fun begin!"
The fireCrackers went off as a signal for the festival to start and everyone didn't waste any time at all to check out what all was in store for them to enjoy. And students couldn't have all the fun and get a break from their classes for the day. Teachers were allowed to have some fun too and parents were allowed to come and have some fun as well as spend time with their children that attended the school, meet some of the teachers, etc. Students from other schools were allowed to come to their festival as well as long as they had permission and a free period. Yes, Milly liked going all out for everyone. This was a lot better than thinking about other things she'd like to forget forever but often pushed them aside and out of her mind. No, today was Halloween and she was going to enjoy it with everyone else!
