Dusan wasn't really much for being romantic or even soft by most standards. It didn't mean that he didn't know how to be those things it was just that they were not in his nature. He had been more of a sociopath than anything else. He knew what to say to get what he needed and he had done so quite a bit back in his high-school years. But as he'd become an adult he'd begun to be less emotionally manipulative and just more strong willed to get things the way he wanted them to be. It was quicker than trying to placate people and it usually was met with less backlash later. But for Miyako it was enough to let him at least dip his toes into the water of being a caring companion. She was crazed with blood lust at times and with a job that fed her more unhealthy tendencies it was Dusan's nature to see it as his responsibility to keep her in line.
Her coworkers had been less than thrilled at the involvement he took but as much as ever Dusan never concerned himself with what they thought of him. A bunch of killers who thought themselves to be something -grand- were still just killers in his mind. He could appreciate the effort that went into keeping the assassinations' clandestine and hidden but to just do killings seemed like a severe waste of talent and resources. But all of that was gone now, for tonight it was the two of them and Dusan would just as soon burn the place to the ground and salt the Earth if anyone dared try and ruin it for them.
"You got to keep your reputation. I would have hate to outbid you in front of everyone." Her smile was matched by his own as they moved to continue swaying to the music. "And as for hiding out naked, this evening was your idea are you so eager to discard it to have us doing that? Because if you really want, you can strip down and I'll be happy to test how the evening will be."
