Usegi perked up at the suggestion of going out on a date with Sousuke as he'd offered his hand to him to get out of the tub, which the blonde took and carefully stepped out of it. He was also blushing as the man had stated he looked good wearing his shirts. He was sure he did but they were such nice shirts that Usegi didn't want to constantly put wrinkles in them by wearing them all the time whenever he came over. He'd never have anything to work in if he kept doing it. But at least that would be helped with the idea of also going shopping. He did want to find himself some new shirts to wear. He never focused on anything fancy since he never thought there was a need for it. Plus, the blonde felt uncomfortable wearing suits and believed he didn't look right in them anyway.
So he just never bought them. Only time he had to wear one is whenever his stepmother would attempt a family gathering at her home for him and his siblings. It was always all kinds of awkward. He wanted to ask Sousuke each time to go with him but knew he couldn't. That woman was way too suspicious of everything him and Jacob did. He didn't want her judging the man based on the career he chose for himself. Besides, he knew Sousuke was a wonderful teacher and he wouldn't ask the man to give that up for anything in the world. The man liked his job and Usegi enjoyed not being made to feel like he was an idiot.
The connection they had would be strange to others but to him, it was just right. He wanted no one else but him and couldn't wait to properly be the man's mate. As relaxed as he was, he couldn't help but tiredly stretche his arms above his head while yawning. He'd nodded to his lover on the idea of a date and going shopping with him, putting a smile on his face. "
Hai, I can't wait for both. Sounds like a fun idea. I'd really like for us to be about to go out more without having to hide that we're together. I don't know, maybe we can do a day trip to another city and do shopping and a date there? Maybe Ueno or Ikebukuro?" he suggested.
