Sho felt the coolness of Minoru's hand pressed against his sweat-dampened forehead. Naturally, the young man would have a fever going through this and he'd been lucky that it never landed him in the hospital. Even now though, he could feel that it was beginning to get worse to a point that was eventually going to happen to him. But it's not as if he had the expenses to rid himself of going through this. If he had the money, he'd sooner do it. At least he would have to no longer suffer every month going through his Heat like this. Practically putting him out of commission to a point he was incapable of taking care of himself or even getting around to do simple tasks around his room.

Minoru had offered him to take some medicine but also openly stating he knew Sho would turn it down without him having to say so. Sho wasn't opposed to taking medicine but it's more to do with he didn't know or trust Minoru for one and two he knew his body was finicky when it came to him trying to take medicine to elevate what he's currently going through. It was met with him throwing it back up along with any food he would attempt to put in his stomach. Speaking of his stomach, it'd begun to lightly pinch him again, making him place his hand over it as he remained laid on his side, the distressed look in his face visible as the man in his room removed his hand from his forehead. And not for nothing, but he also couldn't help but wonder just who was he talking to as Sho saw no one else but Minoru himself in his room.

This was made apparent when he said "us" when asked if he wanted him to stick around, yet it was clear he wasn't alone. With that realization in mind despite how extremely tired he was, he didn't fail to notice this and tiredly turned his head back while giving Minoru a look of suspicion. "Who else did you invite inside of my room the reason you said 'us'?" he asked, almost darkly.
