\The coast was clear. The blond haired teenager sprinted forward, intent on getting away unnoticed before anyone else came up and made him feel uncomfortable. He had already left dozens of notes behind, not having bothered to read any of them.
All he wanted was some peace and quiet, a chance to unwind and clear his mind. Tonight was Aikido practice. The last thing he needed was to have his mind plagued with troubled thoughts from social anxiety.
Thunder headed through the doors and across the school yard. The woods weren't too far from the school and he could get in some meditation for a half hour before heading to do his homework and get ready for practice. He walked lightly, scarcely making.a sound, but quickly with purpose.
The sky was very blue today with a few wispy clouds floating overhead. The only other person Thunder saw was a girl walking away from the school, but didn't think too much of them, other than the fact they were headed for the central district. He veered off to the left, heading in an opposite direction.
The woods were a welcoming site and already he felt a sense of relief. The trees were quiet today, sensing his need for calming silence and he appreciated that more than words could express. Being an Aleantylar elf had its advantages and one of those was to understand the trees and It was here that he felt the most at home.
