Ran Misaki Age - 33, Alpha, Open	Ran is an intelligent Japanese American young woman and as a politician working for the Japanese Government, she's able to guide her way through the ever changing world that is constantly changing. Her position in the Cabinet Office is Minister of State for Secondary Gender Equality for all citizens of Japan. Ran supports the idea of making sure that everyone isn't discriminated against based on their secondary gender and has no qualms about standing firm to govern well and equally by upholding the laws and traditions of her country. Ran has a younger brother named Mamoru Misaki and a younger sister named Ashanti Misaki. Ran has the abilities of Telekinesis and ESP. Though she is skilled at using them when she needs to, she prefers not to. Not because she can’t, but prefers to rely on her marksmanship and trained fighting skills to defend herself and others from harm. Both her brother and sister have powers as well, but while her brother has control of his, Ashanti doesn’t and instructs her not to use them to avoid harming others accidentally. She is unaware that Mamoru is helping Ashanti train to use her powers. Face Claim is Bishamon from Noragami.
Riku Iori Age - 26, Alpha, Open	Riku works as part of Japan’s Military, leader of her own battalion of soldiers under the name “Glaston Battalion”. She is proficient with swords, guns, and her fire abilities, which she inherited from her mother. While she may be looked down upon for being a woman who’s part of the military, she makes up for it with her skill, confidence, and ability to coordinate her assigned soldiers when an issue arises. She frequently travels overseas because of her position, which involves protecting Japan's figureheads. She has a younger sister named Chisame Iori. Face Claim is Karin from Naruto Shippuden.
Kagura Saito Age - 12, Alpha, Open	Kagura is the only daughter of Lolita Alexander, who never paired with her daughter’s father, but had no qualms about taking advantage of it for her daughter. Kagura was born out of an affair between her mother and one of the male members of the Saito family. When this was discovered, Kagura’s mother fought against the mate of her father. Her mother, having won, walked away, not realizing she was pregnant. She didn’t find out until she left, but kept in contact with her daughter’s father. When Kagura was born, she was a rather quiet child who inherited her mother’s powers. Still being young, she hasn’t perfected them, but they aren’t difficult for her to use. It wasn’t until she was ten years old that she was sent to live with her father and the children he already had, also having to go through the heavy training as an assassin. Surprisingly, Kagura had exceptional skills in killing. While her powers weren’t as useful in killing her targets, her choice of weapons, two large Dozkuis, and fighting skills make up for what her abilities lack. She’s also good at gathering intel and holding onto it to have an advantage over those she distrusts. She doesn’t get along with her half-siblings and doesn’t bother to try. But she seems to get on well enough with her father. Face Claim is assam from Girls und Panzer.
Renji Tanaka Age - 44, Alpha, Open	Renji works as the Chief Cabinet Secretary, who is often called the “Prime Minister’s Shadow”. As such, he bears a commanding presence that can be considered frightening if his buttons are pushed. He tends to butt heads with Ran Misaki, who he believes focuses on making sure that everyone isn’t discriminated against based on their secondary gender, which is a child’s dream. He believes there are more important things to worry about. He tends to use his position of power and his status as an Alpha to frequently bed different women. It is hard to tell when he walks around with a cold expression on his face, and if he wears a smile, it’s usually to give those he speaks with a false sense of security if they’re leaders from other countries coming to make deals with Japan. He is a private person, despite his position. Face Claim is Hagi from Blood+.
Daisuke Inaba Age - 40, Alpha, Open	Daisuke is a wealthy and well-known Alpha who, while living in Japan in a mansion with many servants at his disposal for his needs, frequently travels out of the country to display and sell his art. Yes, Daisuke is an artist, and due to his superior artistic skills, his work is often the target of art thieves out to steal and sell it on the black market. This angers him greatly, and while he may not have powers, his presence and scent as an Alpha are so strong that it brings a group of people immediately to their knees. The only person who wasn’t affected by his scent and presence was a former servant named Gentaro Yoshida. Though he kept this young man against his will to work for him and bed him to satisfy his needs, he did eventually release him, having learned of the passing of Gentaro’s mother. There was also a part of him that began to feel guilty for taking him away from his family. The jealousy of not being close with his own family and being constantly lonely got the better of him, and he took that out on Gentaro. He desires to find him and apologize to him. Face Claim is Soubi Agatsuma from Loveless.
Hanzo Hayashi Age - 28, Alpha, Open	Hanzo is the older brother of Haru Hayashi. The two live completely different lives, though it was expected that both brothers would become powerful lawyers like their parents. Only Hanzo went down that path while his brother became an educator. Their family is well-known, and while Hanzo's relationship with his brother is one of indifference, he generally has not shown any hate toward his brother. But feels guilty for not praising his brother's achievements as an educator, whereas others look down on him for his choices. Hanzo works as a lawyer in criminal cases and makes sure that the right people get justice and criminals are locked up. That said, he is constantly and always working late. Face Claim is Caster from 07-Ghost.
Shoichi Ueno Age - 26, Alpha, Open	Shoichi works as a soldier in the Japanese Military. His position as Brigadier General is taken very seriously, which makes it difficult for others to get close to him. He prefers to be given his orders and the allotted time required to complete them. This usually means he handles his job in less time given because he’s the type who doesn’t like sitting around doing nothing. Nor does he like slacking off, or when others do. He doesn’t even allow the partial weak disposition he has to stop him. He needs to eat, and if he doesn’t, his glucose levels will drop. He tends to keep tablets on hand to chew that help keep them up, but there have been only a few times he’s forgotten them because he didn’t have time to restock before he ran out. He never lets anyone see him in such a state, because he wants no one to feel sorry for him. He doesn’t want others to view him as weak. He’s a very stoic person who rarely smiles. When he does, that usually means someone is in trouble. His younger brother is Masaya Ueno. Face Claim is Conrad Weller from Kyo Kara Maoh!.

Rihanna Ryusaki Age - 29, Beta, Open	Rihanna is a professional, hardworking woman, who is often admired by her male coworkers but looked down on by her female coworkers because of the attention she gets and because she’s a Beta. She works as a manager for a finance firm, and though she is strict with her coworkers, she is only that way because she believes they have what it takes to get projects done by working as a team. She doesn’t get caught up in office romances as she prefers to stay professional. Outside of work, Rihanna is a professional cosplayer as she has always loved anime and manga since high school. However, she doesn’t show this side of herself at work. A part of her feels ashamed for it and doesn’t want to be judged by her coworkers for her interest. Face Claim is Koyanagi Hanako from Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii.
Ezra Enoshima Age - 22, Beta, Open	Ezra inherited unique abilities that her family didn’t care too much for. She has the ability to bend and fold any type of metal. Having the ability didn’t allow her to really fit in with anyone growing up. To cope with her loneliness, she took up ventriloquism and comedy to make others laugh. She had the ability to manipulate her voice and throw it anywhere around her. Meaning she has the uncanny ability to mimic the voices of others as well. Usually, for her own amusement and to humiliate others who annoy her. She can be moody and unpredictable, which many find difficult to be around her when she’s in such a foul mood. Face Claim is Eriko Nanao from Dragon Crisis!.
Nunnally Lamperouge Age - 13, Beta, Open	Nunnally is the younger sister of Lelouch Lamperouge, who is her older brother. She is a blind paraplegic. While she had a lot of struggles growing up with her disabilities, with the help of her brother and cousin, Euphemia, it became easier over time. However, that doesn’t stop those her age from bullying her. Not only because of her disabilities, but also because of her secondary gender, something Nunnally doesn’t care about. She isn’t someone who likes fighting because she is unable to defend herself. She prefers to talk things out with others if it is possible. She attends Seinan Academy, where she is a part of the school’s student council. Face Claim is Nunnally vi Britannia from Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion.
Mamoru Masaki Age - 31, Beta, Open	Mamoru is the younger brother of Ran Misaki and the older brother of Ashanti Misaki. He also works as part of the Japanese Government alongside his older sister as part of the Cabinet. He assists with submitting the budgets and reviewing the policies. Similar to a salaryman but in a higher position of power. Mamoru prefers to keep a low profile during his daily life, but unless asked by Ran, he will accompany her to great important figures to go over the budgets and discuss new policies of the country and its citizens. When he does have to meet with important figures, he has the ability to change his appearance using his power of dimension changing at his fingertips with just a snap. He goes from his quiet and introverted appearance, which is known by many, with him having black hair and dark gray eyes, to a confident and composed appearance with white hair. He dislikes working overtime and complains when he has to. When he has free time, he helps to train his younger sister, Ashanti how to better control and use her powers without hurting anyone. He tries to make it fun for her, so she doesn’t hate the training. He adores her and won’t forgive anyone who dares hurt her. Compared to their older sister Ran, Ashanti can’t defend herself well if in a serious situation where she needs to. So, he looks out for Ashanti when Ran cannot. Face Claim is X from To Be Hero X (Both appearances & powers similar to canon FC).
Kazuma Daiyo Age - 28, Beta, Open	Kazuma works as a video game tester for a major video game company. Because he takes his job seriously, when he does have free time to himself, he goes all out in relaxing to have fun and unwind from work. He loves video games and board games. He even challenges his close friends to different games. He isn’t aggressive in his desire to play games with anyone; it involves Kazuma desiring the company of others, and he figures games are the only way to do that. He’s a patient and calm person. He doesn’t rage out when he loses games compared to gamers of today. And because his life is focused so much on games, he tends not to register sometimes when there are people he comes in contact with, trying to put him down because of his secondary gender. He rarely acknowledges it unless someone is trying to be violent, which he will get involved to protect others should that happen. He tends to use his power of eletrokinesis to stop attackers from harming others. Face Claim is Ban Norio from Lip On My Prince. (Eye Recolor)
Haru Hayashi Age - 24, Beta, Open	Haru is a licensed private tutor who frequently travels to school workshops with others in his line of work. He rarely shows any type of emotion and is incredibly stoic. He is polite to everyone at all times, even when he is being insulted. He may appear harsh and cold, but he is actually empathetic and understanding. He's intelligent, but has never flaunted it. He rarely loses his composure unless someone mistakes him for a child, which is something he cannot help. He inherited his mother's genes, who was also a naturally very short person despite being an adult woman. This left him ignored a lot by his older brother Hanzo Hayashi, who is more acknowledged by others because of his position as an Alpha and that of a successful young lawyer. He's never let the differences between him and his brother bother him. As long as he's free to do his own thing, Haru has no complaints. Outside of private tutoring, Haru can sometimes be called to temporarily stand in as a substitute whenever a teacher is out for any school that needs an extra set of hands. He accepts the job without complaints and takes no crap from his students. Face Claim is Heine Wittgenstein from The Royal Tutor.
Lelouch Lamperouge Age - 16, Beta, Open	Lelouch is the older brother of Nunnally Lamperouge and cousin to Euphemia Arima. He frequently takes it upon himself to help care for his sister when their parents work. He has no issues doing so. While he has genius level intellect, he pretends when he's not at school and makes decent but lackluster grades. This is mainly because he feels that his school, Hakoniwa Academy, isn't challenging enough for him, so he makes an effort when he feels like it. On the one hand, he tends to secretly go off gambling. Not for the enjoyment of it, but for the sake of boredom, because he has nothing to do. If there is money involved in it, he collects it and saves it in a private account. He has no idea what he wants to do after graduating high school, and feels he'll just deal with it when the time comes. Face Claim is Lelouch vi Britannia from Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion.

Ashanti Misaki Age - 10, Omega, Open	Ashanti is the younger sister of Ran Misaki and Mamoru Misaki, who both work for the Japanese Government. Unlike her siblings, Ashanti has no interest in politics, but she sometimes asks questions about their work if there is something she doesn’t understand. It is because she’s young, she has no full understanding of her siblings' positions, but knows that they’re trying to do good things for the country and its people. Ashanti attends Astraea Academy. She's a kind little girl who loves making friends with everyone. She likes playing dress up whenever her family has time to spend with her. She also has powers just like her siblings, but not the same ones. She has the ability to reflect attacks back towards her attackers and create a twister by pulling forth cold and hot moisture together to form a large twister in the form of an F-4. Because she has no control over both of these abilities, she has been instructed by her sister to never use them. Her brother feels otherwise, and whenever he has time from work, he helps Ashanti learn how to control her powers. Face Claim is Mari Asahina from Mahou Tsukai Precure! .
Chisame Iori Age - 13, Omega, Open	Chisame is the younger sister of Riku Iori, who works for Japan’s Military. Chisame has a small understanding of politics, but doesn’t get fully involved. She leaves that up to her sister. She’d only ask about politics if it pertained to something she was curious about. Outside of that, Chisame does her own thing, which usually involves music. She was taught at an early age to play instruments, where she got better over time. She also sings and desires to make a career in music. She attends Seinan Academy, and unlike her sister, who inherited fire abilities, Chisame has the ability to move objects using her mind. She still struggles with controlling her powers despite her age. Face Claim is Akane Mishima from Kämpfer.
Takami Aizawa Age - 19, Omega, Open	Takami is a young woman who loves playing pranks on others, believing she has a great sense of humor. Her pranks usually involve using her powers of space/matter manipulation to change the colors of people's hair or changing an entire room to look completely different. Most of the time, everything is upside down. She also enjoys scaring people by teleporting out of the blue to freak them out with her random appearance. It amuses her. Takami is also a collector of rare exotic pets, treating them with extra care and love. As an entertainer, she tends to use them as part of her performances. Though Tamaki is rather silly for her age, she is actually intelligent, but hides this fact from others. She prefers to be laid back and chill rather than take things seriously. Face Claim is Yoi Takiguchi from Uruwashi no Yoi no Tsuki.
Anne Flourite Age - 11, Omega, Open	Anne is the younger sister of Fai Flourite & Yui Flourite, who are her older brothers, who are twins. To sum things up about Anne, she is a spoiled brat who hates her family and their dynamic. Knowing that her mother comes from a powerful race of energy beings known as “Anodites” who can perform extraordinary magic. However, the only downside is that Anodites who mate with humans have a one percent chance that the children born won’t necessarily inherit Anodite abilities. Anne and her brother Yui, were the only two who did not inherit the abilities, but Fai did. While Yui doesn’t seem to mind or care, it irritates Anne to see her brother hold himself back from being powerful like their mother. Anne wishes she inherited her mother’s abilities, but sadly, this did not happen. So out of frustration, she constantly pranks her brothers or hits them with a magic staff that was in her mother’s personal things, but Anne uses it as a weapon to strike people with, even if she can’t use it to perform spells. Anne attends Astraea Academy. Face Claim is Reo Kawamura from Sona Hanabira Ni Kchizuke Wo: Anata To Koibito Tsunagi.
Fai Flourite Age - 29, Omega, Open	Fai is the older twin brother of Yui Flourite and the older brother of Anne Flourite. His mother was from a powerful race of energy beings known as “Anodites”. The known thing about Anodites is that if they were to mate with humans, it isn’t a guarantee that the children they have with their mate will inherit Anodite abilities. Sometimes, the genes will be passed down to future generations of children. Another fact is that most Anodites are usually female, but it isn’t too uncommon for a male Anodite to be born. They also present as Omegas, whereas female Anodites tend to present as Alphas. Anyone who doesn’t awaken their Anodite powers at all presents as Betas. Fai and his siblings learned this when they were younger. Twins were an uncommon occurrence for Anodites, and while they normally present as the same secondary gender, Fai and his brother didn’t. Fai presents as an Omega and inherited his mother's powers, while his brother presents as an Alpha and has no abilities. Fai and his brother used to work for the Japanese Government together in the Cabinet Ministries appointed to them by the Prime Minister. Fai often played the part of an aloof idiot despite being an intelligent and powerful person. He enjoyed helping the people of Japan, but discovered that certain people in positions of power used their positions to do things they shouldn’t, so he quit while his brother Yui stayed. As for his younger sister, Fai didn’t get along with her because of how much of a spoiled brat she is. Although he wants a normal sibling relationship with her, he tends to ignore her when she throws tantrums. He also has a long-time friend named Kurogane Kagoshima, who he hasn’t seen in a while, who also left working for the Japanese Government. Face Claim is Fai D. Flourite from Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles.
Masaya Ueno Age - 22, Omega, Open	Masaya works in the Japanese Military, where he worked hard and earned the rank of General Major. He's an adept military strategist who is capable of coming up with plans and strikes that have been known to border on genius. He is the younger brother of Shoichi Ueno, who also works for the military as well. Masaya prides himself on not being treated any differently than any soldier under his command, despite the fact that he is an Omega. He's heard all the jokes from his squad before, but he never lets it bother him because he is more than an Omega. He's a soldier who stands tall to protect his country when the time comes. That said, he refuses to be overshadowed by his brother, who is in a higher position than he is. Though his brother tends to push him away and sometimes puts him down by not taking him seriously, Masaya strives to show that he is capable. Whether his brother acknowledges him or not. Face Claim is Shusuke Fuji from Prince of Tennis.

Activity Checks / February Activity Check!

February is HERE, and love is in the air! That means the activity check for next month is being posted early for everyone to log their activity. If you logged your activity this month, you can skip next month, just make sure to do so for March. The major holidays in Japan in February are National Foundation Day (Feb 11), Valentine's Day (Feb 14), and the Emperor's Birthday (Feb 23). Members are free to do RPs related to these holidays if you all want to celebrate them for fun and boredom. You can also do RPs related to the Valentine's Day Festival as well, it usually starts from February 1st to the 14th. Up to you guys. Outside of that, there are no major forum-wide plots, and Raven's Yokai Inc. sub-plot is still open for players to join. Just reach out to him and inquire about it. This is it.

Happy New Year, everybody! It is 2026! So that means the activity check for January is finally up! In other words, you all need to log your activity for this month if you skipped December's Activity Check. For everyone else, you're still free to log your activity when you next log in, but if you skip this month, make sure to log your activity for February. As for holidays, outside of New Year's, there are no other major holidays, but if you all find some that you want to celebrate in RP, you are free to do that. Otherwise, there are no other notable plots outside of Raven's Yokai Inc. plot, and currently no forum-wide plot. You all can come up with ideas for us all to do together as a forum-wide plot that everyone can get invested in. The most important thing is that we all have fun writing.

Interesting to see this character here at EL. There are some issues with the bio that need to be corrected, and once they are, the character will be approved. Also, I’d advise checking the bio of this character for VU as well and making corrections over there so it can be approved. Anyway, let us get started!

Age – Not an issue, but I figured since Hitoshi was new here as a character to this genre, he wouldn’t be the same age as he is on VU. But I don’t know what his history reads like yet, but when I do, I’ll probably revisit it there. I dunno. My brain just figured he’d be either 19 or 21. @_@ My brain is weird.

Quote – The quote underneath the banner for your character, while not missing, you hadn’t put anything there that your character would say, or lyrics, or a quote that reflects Hitoshi as a character. Wanted to make sure you were aware of that.

Powers/Abilities – This is missing from the bio as it is part of the character template, even if your character doesn’t have powers. It’s supposed to be between Hobbies and Personality. So make sure to add that there, and if you’re not planning on giving Hitoshi powers, just put N/A.

Scent – I’d suggest adding a second scent along with Cinnamon Roll, just in case someone comes in and wants Cinnamon Roll as a scent as well. Granted, they won’t be able to have it as a singular scent, but Cinnamon anything seems to be a pretty common one that people like to give their characters. I’d suggest the secondary scent either be something else that is sweet, or there are the options of fruit scents, spiced scents, and nutty scents. But yeah, you can keep Cinnamon Roll, but a secondary scent is needed.

Place of Living - You state that he lives at the Red Fountain Apartments, but you don't state the apartment number. Please view the thread for the apartments that haven't been taken and choose an available one HERE.

History – There are issues with the history that are similar to the bio on VU for this character’s original bio, and corrections still need to be made to that one. But for this one, let’s first start off with there is no mention of Hitoshi’s parents and who they are outside of the throwaway line of religion, which feels like a strange read. I’d advise rewording that so it doesn’t make it seem like religion plays a bigger part in Hitoshi and his family, outside of it just being, as stated, a weird throwaway line. But yes, a little bit about Hitoshi’s family would be nice here. Who his parents are, how they met, their secondary genders, what they do, and if he has siblings. Despite the history having minimal information to where it implies he is an only child, but I don’t think that’s a question you want to be asked a lot outside of RP, if it can just be stated here, and players already know he has no siblings without having to ask you. It’ll just be their characters that don’t know the answer to this question.

Since this is a different universe, we do need to know if Hitoshi struggled with his secondary gender as he got older. If he did, how bad was it for him? It doesn’t seem like he physically went to school to be around other kids his age, based on how this reads, but if he did, please clarify that before the eventual transition to only doing his classes online and explaining why. If it ties into him presenting as an Omega, it would need to be in his history. His parents don’t seem like bad people, so I’d imagine they would help Hitoshi through his struggles with that, so adding a little bit of that in the history would help too. Which would tie into why they didn’t have internet in the beginning. That does need to be explained as to whether or not both parents couldn’t afford it until later, which would mean one, if not both of them, got promoted at their jobs to a higher position. So getting internet would be a luxury. It could be that Hitoshi really wanted to do schooling from home but had to endure physically attending school until either one or both of them got promoted to afford it. And the reason could be that he presents as an Omega, and it is a struggle for his body to adjust to it. It'd be helpful to know how Hitoshi feels about presenting as an Omega. If it doesn’t bother him much, cool, he adjusted well enough to move on and live his life; if not, and still has occasional struggles, that information needs to be here.

As long as being an Omega doesn’t affect him too heavily, there isn’t too much detail needed for that, since he wouldn’t be a Dominant Omega, which would mean his symptoms would be a lot worse for him without the proper medication to keep them under control. And there isn’t any resentment there about being an Omega either. Some do have it and others don’t, based on how the history is written, but a lot of details are missing about Hitoshi, which is why I’m presenting the suggestions and questions to you to fill in those plot holes. There’s also no explanation of how Hitoshi got into his current hobbies and profession. That is definitely missing and needs to be there. It doesn’t need to read as if he always had his interests and hobbies. Something or someone had to have piqued Hitoshi’s interest in it, and it would explain how and why he stuck with it. Also, putting in the age range in which these situations and things happen to him would establish a better understanding of how things fell into place for Hitoshi. I did mention I’d bring Hitoshi’s age up after reading his history, and now that I have, I feel that at most he’d be between 19 to 21 based on how you ended it. It sounds as if things fell into place for him, maybe within a year and a half span after graduating high school, so he’d either be 18 going on 19 or 20 going on 21. Somewhere in that age range. Not struggling, but definitely still independent at least.

So far, this is everything I feel that needs to be addressed. Once those corrections have been made, ping the staff role in the server to let the mods know, and one of them will check over your bio. XP

The November activity check is up! Another reminder for you guys to log your activity this month. If you were unable to do it last month, try to do it this month. If you did it last month, you are free to skip this one, but make sure to post your activity check for December when it comes. No forum-wide plots, but there's still the Yokai Inc. sub-plot Raven still has for anyone who is interested, and the holidays for this month are Veterans' Day and Thanksgiving. You guys are free to do RPs centered around these holidays if you choose to. As long as you all are having fun and communicating with each other, that is what matters most.

There are no major holidays of importance this month, so everyone is free to write what they want. School has already started back up for characters, so school threads can be posted. Will post a thread for the Bonding Festival up soon, so be on the lookout for it. Raven's Yokai Inc. sub-plot is still open. Holidays for this month are Labor Day. Feel free to celebrate that in plots how you want. Other than that, plot amongst yourselves and just have fun.
