Powers/Abilities: It isn't a special attack that's super powerful, but because Ruri runs track, she has a lot of strength in her legs, and whenever someone is being cruel towards others, downright hateful, she retaliates by kicking the shit out of them. She is the one who dubs this her "Ruri Kick!", which she also shouts out anytime she's preparing to do it. Sometimes it sends others flying, and sometimes it just slams them into the ground or what's nearest. She does this to put people in their place by teaching them that just because they're cruel, it doesn't mean someone can't kick their ass and make them stop.

Personality: Ruri is an excitable tomboy of a girl who likes dancing and running track. Both activities allow her to take her mind off things that trouble her, but she does do them for enjoyment as well. She also tries to get others to join her, but has only ever succeeded in getting some of her classmates to dance with her and not so much run track. She enjoys making friends with everyone and doesn't mind making someone who feels out of place, feel "in place" as she would often put it. She doesn't like seeing others isolate themselves from others and the world, and goes out of her way to make them feel like they are a part of it. Like any kid her age, she does love playing video games. Her favorite ones are fighting games, adventure games, and shooter games. Only because she knows she's very good at them. Her father isn't really into the idea of her playing shooter and fighting games, but he doesn't mind her playing adventure games. The two of them compromise on the other two as long as he's playing them with her or he's making sure she's not picking up any bad habits from the games. She's shown she can be responsible when asked to, such as helping her father out around the house and running errands if needed. Overall, Ruri is a kind and considerate person. At least until you piss her off by doing and saying things you shouldn't. That's when she gets violent, but the most she's done to anyone is painfully kick the crap out of them.

Ruri doesn't like it when other girls who are preppy and girly always tell her that she should be more "ladylike". She doesn't understand why others always try to get her to be someone she's not and do things she doesn't want to do. While she may not often show it, there are times when she wonders if there is something wrong with the way she is because others keep telling her how to behave properly, and that acting this way won't get her very far once she gets older. It's disheartening to hear, but she hides the fact that it bothers her from others, especially her father, to avoid worrying him. Ruri doesn't talk much about her family either. Not that she has a bad family, but because the death of her mother is still pretty fresh, given that she was very close to her. She does love her father, but feels that she can help him more by just smiling and having fun every day rather than being sad all the time. Ruri knows this isn't the proper way to handle her grief, but sometimes it does help her not to think about it. She also tends to be violent whenever someone is acting like an idiot towards others. She created her move called the "Ruri Kick" which involves her kicking the crap out of people and putting them in their place. It causes many girls to avoid and fear her, whereas others admire her for standing up for others. However, these actions of hers don't sit well with adults, and teachers often chastise her for kicking other students. So, yes, she does have a bit of a temper issue that comes out when provoked.

Occupation: Ruri's father works at Tokyo Disneyland, and she sometimes gets to go with him to help him work and advertise the new attractions and rides that are coming to the park. Ruri also gets in for free because her father works there.

Appearance: Ruri is 5'1" with shoulder-length black hair and puce colored eyes. Ruri, in fact, has developed earlier than most girls her age, and therefore she has a B-Cup size bust and a slender waist with noticeably darker skin color due to spending a lot of time outside running track. She wears a variety of casual clothes such as shorts, pants, skirts, and dresses. She doesn't dislike feminine clothing; she just doesn't wear it all the time without a real reason. Other than that, Ruri prefers to just dress comfortably and presentably. When attending Seinan, she wears the required uniform for her grade.


History: Ruri Tatsumi was born to parents Rao Tatsumi (Male, Alpha) and Juri Tatsumi (Female, Omega). She's also the older sister of two younger siblings who are fraternal twins, Ren (Male, Alpha) and Jen (Female, Beta). Ruri was born two years after her parents had graduated from high school and were making their way through university, making them high school sweethearts. While the two were in love and wanted to wait to have children later, it didn't happen that way. Thus, the plans they made for themselves had to be constantly altered due to the number of changes. Though they never complained and loved their daughter all the more. Rao was the more level-headed of the two of them, while Juri was more outspoken, blunt, and forward. It's clear that Juri was a tomboy, but she never let that stop her from moving forward with her life, and she wanted to teach her future children that there's nothing wrong with speaking out when you feel something is wrong. She instilled this into Ruri, who takes a lot after her. She was not only hyperactive but energetic like most children are, and her enthusiasm to try and learn new things never surprised them either. Her parents may have worked a lot, but they always made sure to find time to spend with her and show her that she was never alone and that they would always be there for her. However, Ruri wasn't someone who cried for the attention of her parents all that much. Sure, she loved them and wanted to spend time with them, but she understood that they had to work to take care of her.

Therefore, she knew it would be selfish of her to ask them to play with her all day, every day. So instead, when she was old enough to attend school, she sought out making friends with other children, whether they approached her first or not. She would always be the one to initiate things, never waiting around. Ruri was someone who didn't like seeing others just hanging out by themselves, so she took it upon herself to be the one to make others feel welcome, even if other kids found this to be strange. Ruri was enrolled as a student at Astraea Academy. Her mother worked as a high-profile reporter who was known for reporting stories with the truth, and her father worked at Tokyo Disneyland, where he was in charge of promoting new rides, and he was allowed to have a free admission pass for himself and his family to get on any rides they wanted. Of course, Juri made sure to make sure her husband was careful when it came to a lot of the rides the park had. Many of them weren't for a child of her size, even though that made Ruri a little disappointed because she thought a lot of the rides looked so cool, and she wanted so much to feel like a big kid getting on rides she was too small to get on. When Ruri turned five years old, her mother became pregnant again, this time with twins. Normally, this wouldn't sit well with some kids, especially if they were the firstborn, but Ruri was excited to have younger siblings on the way. She'd finally have someone to play with, and she could help her parents take care of them. When they were finally born, Ruri was happy to have a little brother and sister, and her parents were also happy to have new additions to their family. Juri took two years of maternity leave to take care of the twins before returning to work. Even when her mother returned to work, Ruri was still helping out around the house and with the twins.

Having them around made things more fun around the house, and Jen and Ren never felt bored. When things were looking better for the Tatsumi family, they ended up becoming worse. Only a few years after returning to work, Juri eventually fell ill from cancer. Ruri's brother and sister were still pretty young and didn't understand why their mother was sick, while Ruri didn't want her mother to be sick anymore. She wanted her to get better so she wouldn't have to see her in such a sickly state anymore. It also meant that her father had to take a lot of time off from work to take care of his wife, who couldn't seem to get better despite the treatments. Doctors state she had no more than six months to live, but she managed to make it a full year before succumbing to her illness and passing away. It left everyone in the Tatsumi household very heartbroken, and Rao was in the care of all three of his children. However, Ruri had made a promise to herself and her mother before she died that she would help out around the house so that her father wouldn't have so much on his plate. He could go to work without having to worry about her and the twins. That was the goal she'd made for herself. Schooling became secondary for her, but she didn't neglect her schoolwork or her studies because of the extra duties she took on around the house. Rao appreciated it, but he wanted Ruri to be a kid as it was his job to take care of them all, not the other way around. But Ruri insisted, plus it helped her to keep from crying and thinking about the fact that her mother is gone. So while her father eventually went back to work, leaving the housework in the hands of his daughter on top of taking care of the twins, too, at least until he came home for the day. Ruri doesn't talk to anybody about her home life because she feels there is no reason for her to do so.

She keeps everything to herself when she's away from home, since it feels at times like school is a real headache for her, being around irritating classmates or just other girls at school who constantly like telling her that she needs to be more ladylike, otherwise, she'll never find an Omega to be her mate with a personality like hers. When she used to attend Astraea Academy before graduating, she would hear this all the time. She hears it even more now that she's attending Seinan Academy. They would only say things like this because of how much of a tomboy Ruri is, but when she shows her frustration with their comments, they tend to back off. Her male classmates were tolerable and never treated her differently. There was only a small group of them that acted the same way as her female classmates. The only time Ruri got in trouble was if she was physically harming others by kicking the crap out of them when they're being stupid or bullying others for things she finds to be nonsense. There weren't a lot of students at Seinan who came from influential families, but they did exist there and always acted as if they were better than everyone else because of their family's status, and they were usually the ones Ruri had beef with most of the time. It's not as if she doesn't get in trouble, as mentioned before, she does, and is made to apologize when her father gets involved. Ruri just can't stand by and see others getting mistreated. Her father tells her all the time that she can't fix everything, even though it goes against everything her mother told her. She does her best not to get irritated often, but she can't help herself without planting her foot at the back of someone's head.
