Pending / Nunnally Lamperouge [Beta]
« on: February 24, 2026, 03:28:24 pm »

"I wish the world was a more gentle place."

Name: Nunnally Lamperouge

Alias: Nunna-chan

Date of Birth: October 25th, 2012

Age: 13

Primary Gender: Female

Secondary Gender: Beta

Character's Scent: Patchouli & Orange

Sexuality: Heterosexual

Race: Japanese

Species: Human

Hobbies: Reading (Braille), Making paper cranes, Learning new things, Hanging out with her brother & cousins

Powers/Abilities: ----

Personality: While Nunnally isn't able to do a lot of things others her age can do, she can still do some things despite being blind and paralyzed. She enjoys hanging out with her older brother and cousins, whom Nunnally adores very much. She also enjoys hanging out with her brother's friends, because while they may be older than her, they are kind to her. They don't treat her differently because of her disabilities and are very accommodating to her. While she does enjoy their company, Nunnally does want friends, but finds it difficult since many don't have a full understanding of others with disabilities and are very judgmental. It also doesn't help that she presents as a Beta, and some of her classmates don't associate with her because of that as well. However, she refuses to give up and believes she'll be able to make friends with others despite their differences. She doesn't like to be a burden on others, and while she is helped a lot, this doesn't mean her own insecurities don't nag at her frequently. She desires very much to be able to see and walk, but since there is realistically no way modern-day medicine can fix her inability to walk, Nunnally has accepted that and settled for wanting to fix her vision so she can be able to see again. In her spare time, she could be found reading books in Braille and learning new things, or she is making paper cranes with her cousins.

Occupation: ----

School: Seinan Academy | Seventh Grade | Student Council Member

Place of Living: Nunnally lives with her parents and older brother in a large mansion in the Shibuya District

Original or Canon: Semi-Canon

Face Claim: Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion - Nunnally vi Britannia | Nunnally Lamperouge

Appearance: Nunnally is now about 5'2'' with brown curly brown hair that she inherited from her father and goes all the way down to the middle of her back, and violet colored eyes. She is always seen with a smile on her face, and her eyes are constantly shut but appear relaxed and at ease. She has a very plain skin complexion and has a very small figure for someone her age, as the only thing that seemed to grow on her was her height, and her hair got a little bit longer. She wears casual clothing for a girl her age, but it's mostly dresses or skirts. Something appropriate that her mother, Miwa, feels is proper attire. She wears knee-high dress socks along with brown suede dress shoes. Since she's allowed to attend school now, she owns a Seinan Academy girls' uniform that she's required to wear specific to her grade level.

History: Nunnally Lamperouge is the daughter of Bunta Lamperouge and Miwa Lamperouge. She's also the younger sister of Lelouch Lamperouge, and she is a young girl trying to overcome the many obstacles that have been thrust upon her since the day she was born. Nunnally was born with a condition known as spina bifida, paralyzing her from the waist down and making her unable to learn how to walk. As she grew, she had to be wheelchair bound to get around wherever she needed to go. She was born with the ability to see, but her sight eventually deteriorated around the early age of one. Having these disabilities has made it hard for her to enjoy life like other children. Instead of being able to run around freely, having fun playing, she was stuck in the house being home-schooled, and her parents were worried that she would be picked on by other children if they allowed her to attend public school. Bunta and Miwa didn't want their daughter to endure that.

Her brother Lelouch was born without such issues, but he felt bad that his little sister couldn't do the things she wanted. Her family was supportive and comforting, trying their best to make it easy for Nunnally as she grew up. Lelouch took care of her when their parents were working. She appreciated it and adored her brother very much for how he helped to take care of her. It wasn't easy for Nunnally to grow up like this. She's acted out many times, having wanted her parents to end her life because she believed that there was no point in taking care of her if there wasn't a chance to fix what had happened to her. But they stood by her and didn't want her to give up, for things would get better for her. Although there were times Nunnally might've felt like she didn't deserve it because of how she may have acted out, she does know her parents care about her, and neither of them is at fault for what's happened, just like she isn't.

She just had to do her best to stay strong and believe that something good would come out of her situation. It's also why her father worked as hard as he did late at night for the Arima Toy Industries, a company that sold toys of all kinds to children. Miwa was originally a stay-at-home mother who took care of Lelouch and Nunnally, but eventually took a part-time job when her kids were older. Although Bunta worked, he did his best to come home and make time for his family. He didn't want his children to grow up feeling their father preferred to work rather than be at home. He worked hard to take care of both Nunnally and Lelouche. Nunnally knew this, but it didn't stop her from lacking confidence in herself and thinking that she would end up spending the rest of her life the way she was. Relying on her family to get her through each passing day as times got harder. When she was five, Nunnally met her older cousins, Rika Arima, Chika Arima, and Euphemia Arima. Euphemia was the same age as Nunnally's brother, but Rika was older, while Chika was the same age as Nunnally. Their mother, Mae Arima, was the CEO and founder of Arima Toy Industries, in memory of her late husband, Kira Arima. She was also the older sister of Bunta, and she would bring her daughters over to visit often for them to spend time with Nunnally and Lelouch.

They would visit so often that Nunnally began to see them as her big sisters, rather than as cousins, often calling "nee-sama". Euphemia was the one who showed her and her brother how to make paper cranes, which the young girl loved to do. When Miwa wasn't tired, she'd take them all to the park so that they could play as much as they wanted, while just being happy that they were happy and getting along. And while Lelouch went to school, Nunnally would be home-schooled, having to be taught academically by tutors. Nunnally wanted to go to school too, just like her brother, but her parents didn't think she was ready to deal with attending school around other kids yet. They were just worried about how it would affect her mentally and emotionally. Nunnally knew what she would be getting into, but she honestly wanted to feel like a person by not being stuck at home and sheltered every day because of her disabilities. They were adamant about their decision not to let Nunnally attend actual school around others, but they eventually caved in after a few years. Placing her in a high-status academy would only put too much pressure on her, so they enrolled her in Seinan Academy since it was a public school with decent reviews regarding its students graduating and being able to move on to decent high schools. Nunnally appreciated that her parents listened to what she wanted, but she also told them that she didn't want to be given special treatment at school either.

Though they were going to hire an aide to assist her as it was required by law, Nunnally wanted to show her parents that she would be fine without it. She assured them that if she did need an aide, she would let them know. They were skeptical, but decided to let their daughter go without an aide. Luckily, the school had special classes for students with disabilities that did help out a lot with her studies, and as she wanted, she wasn't given any special treatment. However, like any school, there would always be peers who would be cruel to her. She put up with it to avoid being a burden to her brother. However, what Nunnally didn't know was that her brother already knew what was going on and would approach her classmates and let them know not to mess with his sister, or they would regret it. It's because of that, that the bullying she endured lessened. It didn't go away entirely, but it did make going to school easier for her. She mainly stayed to herself and wasn't able to make friends in her classes, but she was able to make friends with her brother's friends whenever she was brought to hang out with them at Hakoniwa Academy, who welcomed her with open arms. Nunnally found it nice that others didn't mistreat her and enjoyed having her around. They were members of the student council, and because they were, Nunnally was allowed to join them as well and given easier tasks to do that wouldn't be strenuous or difficult for her.

She wasn't able to attend the more active clubs, but being a member of the student council made her feel nice to be helpful in some way. The other members of the student council are quiet, but they don't ignore her and allow her to be able to assist with any tasks they give her. Nunnally hopes that there will be a chance she'll be able to see everyone someday, accepting that she'll never be able to walk, but at least with the technology being better, there is a chance she will be able to see again. Life may throw out obstacles, but Nunnally will take things a day at a time and won't give up on herself.

Tokyo Dome City / Re: a day at the festival (open)

Kaoru remained silent as she stood there while Tsubasa used his phone to call his boss. At least his boss didn't ignore the call from an unknown number. Otherwise, that would've sucked for Tsubasa being unable to get in touch with his boss, who ignored his call. Thankfully, that wasn't the case, and he was able to take the rest of the day off. He was surprised to hear Tsubasa's boss say that his concerts were popular. Thinking about that, the young man realized he'd never watched any of Tsubasa's performances, let alone paid attention enough to listen to the type of music he's into. Or maybe he did, and his mind was so doped up on antidepressants at one point that he glossed over it. He couldn't help but feel guilty about that.

Then again, that's all he'd been feeling lately: guilt and anxiety for many different things. He was only here at this festival at the suggestion of his therapist to slowly integrate into learning how to enjoy things he once loved. It was just ... hard. Yes, Tsubasa was helping him through it, but he couldn't help but feel guilty about that. Part of the reason why he couldn't understand the other's feelings for him because it didn't make sense to him. That, and he couldn't trust himself to fall in love again. So, he settled for being friends with anyone who WANTED to be around him. And here he was now stuck in a situation where Tsubasa was clearly going through his Rut without even realizing what was happening to him. His expression was neutral as he took his phone back once the other male was done with it.

As for Kasane, she was happy that the young man was able to reach his boss to let him know what was going on. She smiled warmly and said, "I'm glad you're able to get some rest and go through your Rut properly. Make sure to get to the hotel soon and use those vouchers I gave you. Please, take care you two."

Kaoru turned to the woman and gave a small nod to the woman, then turned to face Tsubasa, who was speaking to him, apologizing actually for the entire situation. "Don't apologize for something you can't control. Let's just hurry up and head to the hotel. The sooner we get there, the sooner you can lay down and get some rest," he said to him. He knew his response came off cold, but it was going to take time for Kaoru to feel anything, much less respond in a manner of how he used to be before he became the person he is now. Sometimes he wished he could be the cheerful person he once was, but then fear that others would find him annoying for it. It was all his insecurities nagging at him at any given moment they could. And he hated it.

But right now, he couldn't focus on that. He had to focus on Tsubasa to get him out of this god-awful hot weather and into a cool room where he can rest and focus on going through his Rut where he's at least away from others. The last thing either of them wanted was for him to suddenly attack someone. Kaoru knew Tsubasa would feel horrible if he ever did that to someone. So, without saying another word, he grabbed hold of his friend's arm and began to quickly lead him in the direction of the hotel. The place was massive, so it was going to be about a three-minute walk at most. He just hoped that Tsubasa could hold out long enough until they made it there.

Kaoru had an annoyed look on his face as she sweat dropped when Tsubasa mentioned he left his phone at home. He couldn't help but feel that the other male was an idiot for that, if his boss from his job decided to do a concert of some sort at the festival today. He sighed in frustration as he took his phone out and handed it to Tsubasa before the nurse could answer his question. "Here, use my phone," he replied, his tone clear and full of annoyance. "Baka, why would you leave your phone in your room?" he added.

Kasane bowed apologetically. She could tell that Kaoru was annoyed by this situation. That much was clear. She knew it was a lot for a person to care for someone going through their Rut or Heat. It's not an easy experience for anyone to go through. While it is encouraged that one has someone on hand to help them through it. At the very least, making sure they eat and drink necessary fluids that would keep their strength up should they choose not to engage in intimacy. She could tell that the young man didn't come here today to deal with that, and she would do her best to help as much as she could with anyone who is feeling ill today. "Gomen ne, I know this is a lot, but he should notify his boss. I apologize that this isn't how you expected your day to go. If you're unable to get in touch with your boss directly when you call him, I can at least let those that are setting up the entertainment areas know that you'll be sitting today out," she said to Tsubasa. "Since you mentioned that your employer is Club Skye, that does make it easier. They're supposed to be handling a lot of performances today. That said, it wouldn't be difficult for me to reach someone. But only if it is necessary and I'll need your full name so they'll know who I'm calling about."

It wasn't much, but Kasane was doing as much as she could to be helpful to the two young men. One was going through a Rut and the other was ... indifferent. She wasn't sure how that was going to work. If anything, she hoped that Kaoru would at least make sure that his friend ate, stayed hydrated, and showered. Unlike most medical professionals, she wouldn't tell someone to engage in intimacy with someone they did not want to be with. That was wrong and a little creepy. It'd literally have to be so bad a medical emergency that that would be the only time telling someone that is what's going to help their body and not make them sicker. She hoped that it would not be the case with Tsubasa. He already seemed out of it and needed to get to a room soon before his scent caught the attention of those around him.

Amestia Inn / Re: From Crisis to Connection [Nikolas]
« on: December 23, 2025, 02:44:25 pm »
Feodora was surprised by Nikolas's offer. He'd offered to help her in the past with any repairs that may be needed around the inn when she'd first met him. However, she knew she couldn't do that because one, he was a resident, and two, it wouldn't be right for her to let him do it without paying him for his time. But he didn't want to be paid for helping to fix the oven. Instead, he wanted her friendship in return. She didn't know how to feel about that. It's not as if she were opposed to being friends with anyone. In a situation like this, she'd preferred to compensate someone for their time and efforts if they offered knowing that they didn't have to.

In this moment, she was split, but at the same time, Nikolas was offering his help in her time of need. She could either decline his help and deal with it herself or save money and give him a chance to see if he could fix the issue. She knew her father would just toss money to someone to fix the problem, but that doesn't work in every situation. She also knew that her stepmother would judge Nikolas based on how he looked and wonder if he was qualified to touch anything. It's why she never liked that woman nor ever acknowledged her as anything more than "that woman" whenever she does return home to visit her father and her brothers. It didn't matter what her father or stepmother thought. This was her job, and she was in a pinch. It wasn't something she could put off because she had long-term tenants who stayed and relied on the food prepared by the cooks.

With her cheeks lightly flushed pink, she cleared her throat and responded with, "I appreciate the offer, Johnson-san. I'll accept it, and I will pay you properly for fixing the oven." Feodora stood up and gave Nikolas a bow of appreciation for wanting to help. She stood up straight, her eyes on the man before her. "In the event you're unable to fix it, I will call a repairman. After all, if the issue with the oven is bigger than what you can fix, I'd have no choice but to do so." Her lips formed into a warm smile. "And yes, I accept your offer of friendship." Having a new friend didn't seem so bad. She didn't have a lot of male friends, but was for the idea of befriending guys if they were interested. To her, it was always nice to form new bonds with others. Their background didn't matter to her. She certainly knew if she were a teenager right now and this question was presented to her by a younger Nikolas, her father would pitch a fit. God, she didn't want to think about that.

The person on the other side, Nikolas Johnson, was not who she was expecting to run into today. The last time she'd seen him was at the Melody Cafe a few weeks ago. Since then, she'd gotten busy with work and hadn't had much free time because of the holidays rolling around, and there were a lot of things she needed to prepare for around the inn. Instead of doing that now, she was having to deal with trying to reach out to get their kitchen's oven fixed, and having a bunch of residents angry about that didn't help. Them being upset was understandable, didn't mean it wasn't stressful to Feodora. Still, she was glad that Nikolas wasn't upset with what was going on.

It's not as if the rooms that everyone stayed in don't have kitchens in them that allowed everyone to be able to cook, but today seemed like one of those days where nobody wanted to cook their own food. Well, except for Nikolas. Instead of yelling at her, he was here checking on her and bringing her coffee. With a weary and tired smile, Feodora accepted the coffee from him, wrapping her hands around the cup as she set it down on her desk, waiting for it to cool down some before drinking it. "Arigatou, Johnson-san," she thanked him as she gave the man her full attention. "I wish I could enjoy the company, but we have an issue in the kitchen with the oven having stopped working suddenly and the kitchen staff is unable to prepare the meals requested by the residents. That's why everyone is at the front desk upset," she explained.

"I appreciate you worrying about me, but it's fine," Feodora assured him, but continued, "I was about to call back up repair services to get the oven fixed. No telling how long it'll take for them to get here and fix it." She sighed, raising the cup to her lips and taking a sip of the coffee before speaking again. "I'm dreading it because I know the secondary services will cost a lot since our usual guy who handles our repairs is busy." She knew this issue was sudden, so it was to be expected that her usual repair guy was busy, but it couldn't be helped. She just had to deal with it as she always did when this happened.

<------------------------------------------->
Little princess in a terrible mess
A kingdom alone, but no love to confess
Dreams of a prince on a tall white horse
Runs like a spirit by the castle walls

Rachel got what she wanted. She wanted Tachibana Sensei to doubt himself as a teacher, but mainly for her own amusement since he was purposely ignoring her. With that in mind, she shifted her gaze back to her teacher, her lips forming into a wide smirk as she playfully stuck her tongue out at him. It was fun for her to tease her teacher. The idea of a child having already decided at an early age who their mate will be, isn't entirely unbelievable. However, it bummed her out that because of her age, it was deemed inappropriate in the eyes of others for adults to engage in a relationship with their students. Though, as far as Rachel was aware, it is a thing in Japan, but not open. Thus, she desired straight away to learn everything she could, so by the time she was old enough, she would be ready for Tachibana Sensei.

However, he was still going to treat her like a kid, which was the annoying part. He wanted her to look at her like he would the other female adult teachers who had the boobs she wanted. It's also why she was a little jealous of Mana, who developed early for her age, but she won't hesitate to smack her male peers if they do anything to her. Sighing, she placed her hands on her desk while everyone else was raising their hands and giving out the names of those who could take on the leadership role of their class. Rachel wanted that role, but she couldn't nominate herself. Someone would have to suggest her for the position. Of course, she knew if someone did, Tachibana Sensei would be against it anyway. 'What a drag. Well, at least during the school festival, I can tease Sensei all I want,' she thought.

So far, there were three names of students given to Tachibana Sensei to write down on the board. Two were boys and one was a girl. Rachel saw this and noticed that the number was uneven. She decided to fix that by raising her hand with a grin on her face. "Sensei, can I recommend my friend Mana?" she asked politely. Mana was a timid and quiet girl, but Rachel knew that when given a chance, she liked to help anyone, especially the teacher, because that's just who she was. Their class from third grade liked poking fun at her and calling her a teacher's pet, but since her fourth year class had different students in it and a few familiar faces, Rachel didn't think anyone would complain about this suggestion. It was just to have a fair number of people recommended. She would've suggested Sana, but she knew that she'd only argue with the teacher the entire time, all because he's an Alpha. No work would get done if that happened.

Kasane was glad that she was able to help. It was summer, and it made sense that the weather could trigger Ruts and Heats unexpectedly. She understood the struggle that everyone had to go through dealing with them. Every day, someone was having trouble dealing with either their first experience going through a Rut or Heat or has already experienced them, but they're difficult to handle when they occur. The medications for them were getting better day by day. She hoped that soon there would be a suppressant that worked when Ruts and Heats were triggered and calmed them down instantly. It sounds like a pipe dream, but given the world they live in, medications were being made for those that weren't human, and they were much stronger for that reason. Many of those medications can work for humans, but at lower dosages.

She prayed that Tsubasa would get better. It seemed unfortunate that the friend he knew didn't seem to feel the same or feel anything. It normally wasn't hard to tell when people released their scents around one another, but there was just a refusal to release his own. Maybe she was overthinking it. Regardless, Kasane knew that Tsubasa wouldn't be the last person she helped today. Plus, her shift didn't end until the afternoon, so she was in it for the long haul. She was then snapped out of her thoughts by the young man's request to inform the staff that he was working with about what was going on. That would be easy, but she'd have to know which group he was working with here at the festival. "Ah, you'd have to tell me the event crew you were working with for me to do that. Each event stall has a code they can be reached by and as long as I knew which stall you were working with, I can reach out to them and let them know about your situation," she told him with a smile.

Kaoru merely raised his brow at that request. Thinking that Tsubasa could do that right now while he was there. Only an idiot boss would make someone work during their Heat or Rut. That was legally a required time off given to everyone who goes through that period, either themselves or with someone. Besides, the people who owned the Tokyo Dome would be fine without one worker. It wouldn't ruin the whole festival if Tsubasa weren't there. He looked over at the sandy-haired blonde and asked, "Can't you call your boss while you're here and tell them what's going on? You're still lucid enough to do that aren't you?" For the most part, Tsubasa hadn't completely lost himself to his desires. He should be able to do that right quick.

Feodora had gone back into her office and was trying to get in touch with the repair guy. However, he currently was booked for the rest of the day and couldn't come to check and fix the issues that they were having at the inn. She tried reasoning with him, including promising to pay him double if he could come any time today but, each time, he declined and say there was nothing he could do and couldn't break prior appointments already made. Although she was upset, didn't argue with him and thanked him before hanging up. She was surrounded by residents earlier that were upset and asking what was going on with their orders. She'd calmly explained what was happening and that only certain meals can be made at this time until they got someone to fix their oven, but that still didn't stop them from being upset with her.

She'd sighed and retreated to her office where she'd finally managed to get the repair guy on the phone. However, because he had scheduled appointments he couldn't break, she was at a loss for what to do. Well, not entirely a loss. In actuality, it just meant she'd have to find another repair company to come out and fix the oven, but it would cost significantly more. The usual guy was reasonable and never overcharged because he had standards and wasn't looking to get rich off of companies that did reach out to him for his services. He'd fix what needed to be done and things would last for a good while. They never broke down a month or two later. It was usually a year or two out before anything happened and that was because Feodora made sure that everyone took the time to clean the appliances they used thoroughly to prevent them from breaking down unexpectedly. That's how things last long.

Now, she was in a pinch and was dreading having to call the two back up repair services she had because she knew they would overcharge for something they could clearly fix in a day and in less than three hours if the issues weren't serious, but they loved taking their time and milking it as much as they could to make sure they got paid a hefty penny for their time. On top of that, they weren't friendly either and the guys they usually sent out were always trying to either hit on her or her female employees and making them uncomfortable. She sighed heavily in frustration, rubbing her temples while clasping her fingers together as she rested her chin atop them as she contemplated what to do next. She could hear the voices of residents getting louder, but her employees were doing their best to keep everyone calm and help them understand that the issue isn't forever, but temporary.

Besides, it's not as if the rooms they stayed in didn't have kitchens in them. They weren't restaurant quality, but they worked just enough to prepare a lot of the meals that they ordered. However, Feodora took into account long ago when she got into this job that there were a lot of people that didn't know how to cook and would prefer someone to cook for them or they'd go out and buy already made meals. Which meant they would be spending MORE money by doing that. The only difference is that for residents that stay long term and pay rent to live in the rooms they're in, their meals are free and there is a food service fee included in their rent. For residents only staying with them briefly, there was a fee they had to pay for every meal they ordered. They weren't a luxury hotel, but the ingredients they ordered were high quality ones and many had specific tastes buds that could only handle certain meals and spices. She made sure to accommodate to that.

But she knew what she was getting into when she stepped into this role. Wanting to be independent from her family, but also wanting to help everyone through useful resources and accommodations that she could handle. And this happened to be one of those days that she couldn't do it. She heaved another sigh as she picked up her cellphone. However, before she could make a call, she heard someone knocking on her office door. She thought it was one of her employees needing assistance with the crowd of inn residents that'd formed, which made sense, so Feodora sat her phone down and sat up in her chair at her desk as she replied calmly, "You may come in."

It was a normal day at Amestia Inn, and all the staff were focused on their tasks for the day. It was mid-afternoon and Feodora was doing her usual rounds of checking to make sure that everyone was doing their job but also help when an extra hand is needed. She'd also take a break to handle some things in her office, which was usually coordinating with the vendors whenever they needed to order supplies for the inn, making sure new guests that came in were greeted and satisfied with their stay at the inn and managing the inn's sales and budget. She had other tasks she had to contend with on top of that, so her day-to-day life was always busy when it came to managing the inn. It always felt as if she never had a day off despite actually having them. Even when she had a break, she was usually needed.

It probably didn't help that she also lived in one of the rooms of the inn, but much like other residents that paid on a monthly basis, Feodora herself did the same thing by staying on the premises. It was easier than getting an apartment and it's not as if the rooms were bad. The inn was well maintained, so if there were any issues, it was always handled. Currently, she was in her office trying to work on a small poster advertising another inn party for Halloween. It was that time of month where kids and adults get excited wanting to dress up in costumes and just have fun. There were families that lived at the inn who couldn't afford to live anywhere else and the Amestia Inn was the next best thing for them. It is because of that, Feodora takes it upon herself to make sure everyone at the inn feels welcome and can feel comfortable to interact with one another. Even if it's just a casual greeting, she always tried to make sure others were comfortable around one another.

Granted, she couldn't force people to engage with each other, but sometimes, if the opportunity was there, she wanted to try and bridge that gap. She did worry about some that stayed to themselves. That worried her a little bit. Talking to them directly seemed to help sometimes, but there were times she couldn't always interact with the ones that stayed away from others. It made her feel bad, but she had to focus on her work when she was working. Outside of work, she was free to do what she wanted that was within her ability to do so. All in all, it was a pretty standard workday for her like it always is. However, as she was putting the finishing touches on the poster she was working on before wanting to print it, a member of staff came rushing into her office with a panicked expression.

Immediately, Feodora looked away from her computer to give the staff member her full attention. Given how they looked, she immediately knew it had to be serious. "What's wrong?" she asked.

The staff member, a young male university student was clearly worried, but knew he had to tell Feodora what was going on. "It's the oven in the kitchen, ma'am. It stopped working right when it was being used. Or erm, rather the system of the stove seemed to glitch and suddenly short circuited somehow," the young man told her.

Feodora's eyes widened at this revelation. "What?! How did that happen?!"

"No one is sure. There was an influx of food orders coming in, so it was being used a lot since this morning up to now. We're not sure what caused it, but none of the entire oven isn't working. Stovetop included. The cooks can't prepare certain meals without it."

Feodora sighed, rubbing her temples. This wasn't what she expected to happen today, but it did and now she had to take care of it. Otherwise, a lot of angry complaints will come pouring in. "Alright," she began, "In the meantime, tell everyone in the kitchen if there are certain meals that can be cooked in the toaster ovens, to use them temporarily, but to not take any larger and longer meal orders. I'll call the repairman and I'll make sure front desk reaches each resident in their rooms to let them know what's going on."

The young man bowed his nodded his head. "Understood," he said, before taking his leave to head to return to the kitchen.

In the meantime, Feodora grabbed her cellphone from her desk and left her office. There were two people manning the front desk today, so when she approached them, she made sure to inform them both of what was going on in the kitchen and to inform residents in occupied rooms that fewer meal orders will be taken until the problem is resolved. They understood and began to check the occupied room list and start calling each rooms while Feodora stepped away to call the usual repair guy that handled these sort of issues. She wasn't sure if they were available since based on what was described to her, it's possible a part in the oven blew out and that may end up needing to be replaced. There's no guarantee it'll be fixed by the end of the day, but she wanted to see if he could check and see how bad it is. She could only imagine how much this will cost, but she just needed to know how much it will be so it can be taken care of. If she had to shut the entire kitchen down for a day or two, she will do that, but only if it is necessary. She just hoped it wouldn't come to that.

Rachel immediately puffed out her cheeks as her teacher disregarded her idea for the maid cafe and that it was inappropriate. If it were inappropriate, then the school wouldn't have allowed it. She didn't understand why he was being so biased. The maid cafe from last year's school festival was fun, and Rachel couldn't wait to be in fourth grade because she wanted to do that because of how fun it looked. And the maid outfits for the girls were cute. Granted, they were school-issued ones that would be appropriate for students to wear, but the female students were allowed to decorate them as they pleased. She had a whole plan set out to decorate her dress with pretty hearts that she would've sewn onto the outfit with her name on it. But now, her completely unfun teacher thinks it's somehow inappropriate. Before she could protest, another student raised their hand and spoke up to their teacher. It was a male student, shockingly. However, Rachel raised her brow, being very suspicious that he was going to make the counterargument worse or agree with him.

"Sensei, the school is the one that issues out the outfits for any class that decides they want to do a maid and butler cafe theme setup. The only thing we as students are allowed to do is decorate them however we want with tags and shapes. We as students aren't allowed to buy our own outfits for such events," the male student explained. "In fact, they order new outfits every year to have on hand, and they may have some unused outfits left over as well. The outfits are always school-appropriate because so there are no issues or worries about it being inappropriate. I'm ... not sure if that helps or not if the answer is still no," the male student said as he lowered his hand down to wait for Tachibana Sensei's response.

Rachel blinked in surprise at this information because she didn't even know they always preordered outfits every year here, but that information does help her case in her desire to want to do the event. If it were left up to their teacher, he'd make them do something boring like a tea ceremony booth. That's not fun at all. As appreciative as she was, she had to be fair and let everyone have their turn about the ideas they wanted to do. Some wanted to do the maid and butler cafe booth, but the moment Tachibana Sensei declined it, she could see the disappointed looks on many of her classmates' faces. Rachel tsked, her face turned to look away from her teacher, and her gaze shifted her gaze toward the window. However, her response that came next would probably set the man off, but she spoke loud enough for everyone to hear her. "You're already disappointing your students, Sensei," Rachel replied, her tone serious as she said it. "If you're thinking about how inappropriate a fun event is, that says a lot about you as a teacher."

The conversation between the students grew while they waited for the arrival of their teacher. Rachel sat happily at her desk as she casually began drawing on a blank piece of paper she had in her desk. There were some of her classmates either studying or reading at their desks, but others were chatting away as if they had nothing to do. Yet Rachel was trying to draw a very crude picture to show her teacher to express how much she likes him when he arrived. As luck would have it, Tachibana Sensei entered the classroom and like always greeted the students. Considering he was a very strict teacher, everyone in class new that when he entered the room, they were to quiet down so the day's lessons can begin.

Seeing the man, Rachel couldn't help herself but to form her fingers into a heart while playfully sticking her tongue out at him. Naturally, she was ignored, which made her pout as he began to talk about today's lessons as well as discuss what their class was going to do for the school festival. Rachel sat patiently and listened to her teacher speak. It would seem he'd decided to start discussing the school festival and was in need of volunteers. The child immediately perked, standing up from her seat with her hand raised. "Sensei, I got an idea of what we can do that would be for some of us to do," Rachel replied with excitement as she continued, "how about we do a maid and butler cafe? The fourth and fifth graders last year got to do one, so we should get to do it too."

Naturally, some of her classmates were mixed on the idea, but there were others that were all for it that attended the previous term as third graders and saw the students who participated in the school festival and the maid and butler cafe event. However, these weren't Rachel's only two ideas. Since she knew her two friends would be troubled by the idea of a maid and butler cafe alone, she also had two more ideas to add onto the idea of something else their class can do. That said, with a smile, she placed her hands on her hips as she stared confidently at her teacher. "Don't worry, there's nothing bad about that idea so you don't have to worry, Sensei!" Rachel assured him. "But that's the main event for our class. We need a secondary event too. So, I got three more. The first one is apple bobbing, second is a scavenger hunt, which I think would be way cool and fun, and the third can be an obstacle course. What do you think, Sensei?" she asked.

"You're no fun, Sensei. I'm sure everyone else would like a kissing booth. Even if the only person I'd want a kiss from is you," Rachel replied. She didn't care about the boys in her class. Her eyes were only on her teacher. There were really no boys that paid her antics any mind. The only seemed to though into the body of their female peers when it came to Mana. Which Rachel had to immediately shut down with an intimidating look and possibly threaten violence on them. Mana may have been more developed than her and the rest of their female classmates, but that didn't give her male classmates the right to leer over her. But there were times the child couldn't help but be jealous of her friend because she wanted a body that would make her teacher notice her. Instead he was treating her like the child she was.

It irritated her, yet there wasn't anything she could do about it. In the meantime, she decided that she would tease Tachibana Sensei one last time before heading to class. Grinning, she placed her hands on her hips and said, "Fine, Sensei. While you're in the bathroom, you better me thinking about me and only me." What she said wasn't better than her earlier statements, but in her mind, it was funny. Plus, she hopes that someday her teacher will look at her as an adult and not a child when she becomes older. She won't give up until she becomes his mate. Sticking out her tongue, she waved playfully at her teacher before running off to head to the classroom. Naturally, he did get stared at by a few teachers that were nearby as she ran away. Their looks one of concern which is understandable hearing a child say that to a grown adult. To them, it wasn't normal, but in Rachel's mind it was and all in good fun for her.

That said, she couldn't wait for class to begin as she entered homeroom and made her way over to her desk and sat down between her two friends, Mana and Sana.
